I set up on it by using Sword Dance and Double Team, then swept his team with Dig. I only got hit once due to it deciding to use Feint Attack during one of its turns.
I personally feel that brock's onyx from yellow should have made it into this list. It was such a pain that all his pokemon were immune to thunder when your starter pokemon is a freaking pikachu, forcing you to capture other pokemon and that at that point in the game you couldn't catch any water or grass pokemon. The only pokemons then were caterpie, pidgey, rattata and nidoran none of which were that affective against rock pokemon, especially brock's onyx that had the most defense among his pokemon. All I can remember was how much of a pain in the ass it was to knock down that onyx.
I was playing the pokenn tournament with my friend and everytime I used garchomp I would always beat him even when he used weavile and when he used charizard and when I mega evolved my garchomp, there was no hope for him to win. 😂😂
10. Nah. 9. Can't really comment. 8. Sorta I guess but Zebstrika is her signature 7. Not really for me. This Elite 4 was easy as heckles. 6. Not really for me. 5. Protect-Dustox says hi 4. Ughhh I hate this one. Especially since I played it when I was foolish and only used my starter ever. 3. Anything that can outspeed it with an Ice type move will OHKO all of it. 2. I really never had a problem with Whitney. 1. Alright, yeah. Gotta give you that.
Possible Counters: 10. That's why Chikorita was on the table 9. Raichu or Jolteon or get your own Lapras/Starmie and teach it Thunderbolt 8. Krokorok with Moxie. Teach it Rock Tomb/Slide and Dig 7. Steelix. Minimize that speed and go for Earthquake 6. Counter it with your own Milotic with the same moveset (Emerald). Good luck finding one and making it evolve :P 5. Protect. Iron Defense. Protect. Rock Smash. Repeat. Best used with Lairon 4. Hard to counter. Gyarados with Twister or Steel-type with Toxic 3. Lapras with BoltBeam is more than enough to take down his entire team 2. Female Rock- or Steel-type. Heracross in the bug catching contest is also good if you have Brick Break 1. A fast Ice-type or bulky water-type with Ice Beam And if possible, why didn't Nintendo change M-Garchomp's stats? Say, SpA from 120 to 90 and Spe from 92 to 122.
+Fellow Heroes but i believe why ppl find it hard its bcs when they arrived at snowpoint city they already have their party full and they usually dont change any of their pokemon. however, i do find her milotic harder, but garchomp is still hard
Emma Blue was the hardest for me but then again I was about 9 and only had maybe 2 very strong Pokémon with other lower level Pokémon haha. My Nidoking was my ace in Yellow haha.
If they ever make a 4th gen remake let's just pray that they don't replace Garchomp's *Giga Impact*with *Poison Jab* to stop fairy types *--* that when everyone gonna to live in hell
Not to mention that she's going to get a frickin' Garchompite on it! Cynthia's Garchomp + Garchompite + Dragon Rush + Brick Break + Earthquake + Iron Head + Cynthia = No one will ever get past that beast
No, because most of the NPCs are unaware of how breeding works in the games. Even the daycare folks state that they DON'T even know how the egg got there, or even know what that egg contains. FEAR at level 1 can only be obtainable via breeding, which is why you CAN potentially sweep certain pokemon leagues with that strategy, which in turn catches them completely off guard.
***** Yes, the only battles that were actually challenging were the secret base fights, and those are against ghosts of other players, so they will have super trained their Pokémon.
Have you never played emerald? Juan's kingdra was by far the most broken and impossible battle to face when it has a moveset of Rest Double team Substitute Surf
Lol, I remember when I was about 8 or 9 and I battled Whitney's miltank, I threw my Nintendo across the room after losing to her about 20 times. (Somehow my Nintendo did not break).
I remember facing a Candice when I was little and she froze my Empoleon. I spilt some coffee on my DS. It worked fine, and my Empoleon thawed out right at that moment.
Since Emolga is a flying type it weak to a eletric type but because of emolga a eletric type we can use rock type instead and to handle the eletricity use ground types.
In general, I'd say Garchomp for sure. Higher speed, higher Hp but the same Def, basically the same attack, outrage is an easy 1HKO. Or maybe Dual Chop would be better, the first hit would get rid of multiscale.
I defeated her on my first try in SS...but i got incredibly lucky...my Quilava burned it using Flame Wheel...and after that i spammed it with lvl 11 ratata and onix..lol
You aren't. People just love to bandwagon and overhype the crap out of stuff. "Oh, she gave a a little bit of a hard time? SHE'S SOOO TOOOOUUUGH!!! ZOMG" :3
She gave me a hard time because I chose a quilava and didn't have a counter for her. I can't remember If I kept trying til I got lucky or trained up something, but it took me a few tries.
10.) Whitney's Miltank (HG/SS) - the ability Scrappy allows it to hit Ghost types with Normal moves. Also Milk Drink. 9.) Misty's Starmie (FR/LG) - I swear the pulsehax hates you. 8.) Fantina's Mismagius (Platinum) - insane speed, power and coverage for a 3rd Gym Leader. 7.) Iris' Haxorus (B2/W2) - Dragon Dance + Focus Sash 6.) Elesa's Emolga (B/W) - GAH! 5.) Clair's Kingdra (HG/SS) - Good luck finding a dragon. Dratini's in the Game Corner if you're willing to spend a lot of time. The Dragon Scale for your own Kingdra can be acquired only after beating her (and it's a trade evo). 4.) Ghetsis' Hydreigon (B/W) - You don't have a solid counter? You're dead in ein... zwei... drei... 3.) Lenora's Watchog (B/W) - Retaliate+Hypnosis on the second gym leader. 140 base power anyone? Utter insanity. All Hail the One True Queen of Normal Types. 2.) Cynthia's Garchomp (D/P) - really good stats on top of a well-rounded team and an insane level curve. 1.) Juan's Kingdra (Emerald) - Chesto-Resto Double Team. You're barely hitting his Kingdra and he sleeps off the damage with Rest then wake up immediately with Chesto Berry.
You know what, number 10^^^ should be Crasher Wake's Floatzel which outspeeds the fastest Sinnoh Electric type, base form Rotom, and KOs it with Crunch. It also outspeeds Grass types and KO them with Ice Fang.
I can agree on Misty, she's hard to deal with even if you have Pikachu/Bellsprout. I don't get why so many people have problems with Hydriegon, considering you already had to deal with dark types with the elite 4 member Funny enough, I swept Iris with moxie Scrafty (Ice punch+ drain punch) I had trouble with Leanora and Cynthia's Garchomp the first time I faced her. Silly me for not recognizing the greatness of Weavile at the time.
le_ halfhand_easy Also, Who Thought It Would Be A Brilliant Idea To Give Misty A Psychic/Water Type At Gym 2? Also, Starmie Has Like, Stats That Are Ridiclous.
joltotube 2003 I wouldn't say it was easy overall. It was only easy if you knew about it before hand and adequately prepared for it, which most people didn't.
Do you wanna cry? Slaking has a high attack stack, in gen 3 all normal moves were physical, hyper beam, increase the PP with pp ups, train the pokemon to have the highest attack stat possible. Hyper beam, since you have truant anyway, really has no disadvantage. Chuggaaconroy used it durind his emerald walkthrough to great effect.
Super surprised Ghetsis' Hydregoin wasn't on here from Black and White 1. Level 54 [which is impossible] with very powerful moves. It one shot the Zekrom I got in the battle and Fire Blast nearly 1 hit my Serperior which was at like Level 60.

Kalos was easy I could beat everyone in one turn each pokemon with my Lv. 100 Sylveon, Charizard, Balaziken and Delphox and Lv. 99 Lapras and Lv. 97 Ampharos
NO! Mega Garchomp is an utter disgrace to Garchomp and to Sinnoh as a whole. Sinnoh always gets the shaft anyway. Empoleon, a special attacker got Defiant as it's hidden ability. Infernape, the definitive mix sweeper got Iron Fist instead of Adaptability. And where do we even begin with Mega Garchomp.
He said that if you didn't get a ground type before you fight elisa, you would have a hard time, but emolga is a flying type which means ground types have no effect
Fish Fish! You could just send a Dwebble out and use Smack Down. The worst part it when I tried to strategise with her I got swept. The one time I said fuck it and bullshit my way through that fight, I beat her no problem.
when i first played pokemon black i was like "OH SHIT ITS A FROG, BETTER GET IT!" and then wooped elisas ASS. my fav pokemons are the frog ones *carreses shrine of toxicroak, (toxicroak one shot mega gardivoiur)*
Angel of Art I beat her on Gen 2 in one try. I had a Machop I traded for and a Geodude. It stood no chance. When one got attracted, I'd switch. I never really rely on my starters anyways, except maybe Charizard.
well i would not count traded pokemon, it's like cheating. but yes, geodude is the answer, but be honest, how many ppl realize geodude is one of the strongest pokemon in gen.2, since in gen.1 it pretty much a meh.
pokemon emerald worst for me Torkoal in the fire gym and Makuhita in the fighting gym if you dont get a flyig type before Dewford then you are screwed in the gym and Torkoal knows attract and body slam so when I fought it it just used attract on my swampert and I couldnt do anything
Pokemon pearl elite four and champion tactic Staraptor+LOT of potionsand ethers and revives+spam brave bird = best Pokemon in get 4 the brave bird staraptor
everytime you say milKtank, i die a little on the inside
NebulaPirate don't you mean you die a "litten" inside hahaha

Wow
NebulaPirate I get flashbacks everytime I drink milk

Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh No! OH NO! NIEN! NO! NEGATIVE! NOPE! RIP GRASS FIGHTING
? C. C.
I'll admit. When battling Slaking in Omega Ruby, I used a Pokémon with protect and protected every time it was allowed to move. xD
Cassie Vulich I got encored into Power up Punch so it was an accidental sweep.
i kept using dig
I set up on it by using Sword Dance and Double Team, then swept his team with Dig. I only got hit once due to it deciding to use Feint Attack during one of its turns.
Protect was made for a Slaking counter
I used steel/rock type with iron defence and hitting move, slaking always uses counter so.. :P
I've been stuck on that gym for literally 3 YEARS
I personally feel that brock's onyx from yellow should have made it into this list. It was such a pain that all his pokemon were immune to thunder when your starter pokemon is a freaking pikachu, forcing you to capture other pokemon and that at that point in the game you couldn't catch any water or grass pokemon. All I can remember was how much of a pain in the ass it was to knock down that onyx.
You could also get a Mankey early on in Yellow which learns low kick (which wrecks Onix)
I don't think I have ever NOT ohko'd Wikstrom's Aegislash. I definitely agreed with milotic and miltank though.
I was playing the pokenn tournament with my friend and everytime I used garchomp I would always beat him even when he used weavile and when he used charizard and when I mega evolved my garchomp, there was no hope for him to win. 😂😂
in the gen 2 remakes to beat Claire's Kingdra I used a a quick claw destiny bond wombuffet
If red's signature pokemon was his snorlax I would def put him at #1.
Agatha's FRLG Gengar better be on this list…
Signature Pokemon are kind of supposed to stronger than others. They're like starters, used the most and therefore the most experienced.
DUDE FOR ZEBSTRIKA AND EMOLGA I HAD TROUBLE TOO AND I HAD SERVINE
10. Nah.
9. Can't really comment.

6. Not really for me.
5. Protect-Dustox says hi
4. Ughhh I hate this one. Especially since I played it when I was foolish and only used my starter ever.
3. Anything that can outspeed it with an Ice type move will OHKO all of it.
2. I really never had a problem with Whitney.
1. Alright, yeah. Gotta give you that.
I just saw BOTH slakings have fanit attack
Whitney’s Clefairy is so much harder
Steel is weak to Fire, so.... Aegislash wasn't very hard for me to beat considering I had Mega Charizard X on my team.
Emolgas were easy if you keep a blitzle from earlier with lighting rod
I beat Wallaces wailord and milotic with a lvl 30 shedinja and fury cutter
Possible Counters:
10. That's why Chikorita was on the table
9. Raichu or Jolteon or get your own Lapras/Starmie and teach it Thunderbolt

i am gonna call it: whitneys miltank number 1
I know right
not quite
Sandro Guzelj *Cynthia's Garchomp
Nate Hicks h
Just use a female geodude. It destroys the first 3 gym leaders in Johto.
Misty’s Starmie was pretty obnoxious imo
I mean if you trained a pickachu up it didn't matter
It ticked me off so much

You forgot that Cynthia's Garchomp has PERFECT fucking IV's
not perfect
James Gordon yeah her garchomp got perfect iv
Modaltas Send me a link because I heard is was only 30iv. But Garchomp is still OP with 0 ivs
HyperVenomProduction give me sometime and i will guve you the link
Silver Enigma
No. There's a chance but it is normally 3 iv's for all champions and elite four.
Number 1 didn't surprise me,I mean,Cynthia is the boss when it comes to Champions
Dude Cynthia Was EZ PZ And With Wevile/Abomasnow You Can Take Most Of Her Moves And OHKO With Avalanche
Understandable
I need my Bronzong as the tank, while I recovering my Gastrodon as decoy and dealt some damage, to end it with my Abomasnow 😂😂😂
You forgot to mention that Dragon Rush on Garchomp had 100% accuracy.
If they ever make a 4th gen remake let's just pray that they don't replace Garchomp's *Giga Impact*with *Poison Jab* to stop fairy types *--* that when everyone gonna to live in hell

Flower jack Or iron head.

Rease for Peace He probably forgot about that part.
LeQueen OfPotatos oh my flippin god I remember *shudders*
LeQueen OfPotatos THANK YOU! Uhhggg. People
Saying I was weak cuz I couldn't beat an Emolga...
***** If they only knew the struggle...
LeQueen OfPotatos I had a lot of trouble with the Gen 5 Elite 4. I don't even know why.
Now I wanna make a rom hack with the six hardest pokemon on one team, all with sitrus berries, level 90, and give the trainer five full restores.
Hey that's unfair. Lvl 100, 12 full restores and similar movesets and the same abilities.
*cough* *cough* Cynthia *cough* *cough* Garchomp *cough* *cough*
If they make diamond and pearl re-makes and Cynthia's Garchomp is a mega...I just cant...really...just no
We need that, and for it to be 10-20 levels higher than in the originals, to try and offset super training.
Even with all of that it can't counter a FEAR Aron.
metayoshi1 Yeah, but do npcs even use that strategy?
No, because most of the NPCs are unaware of how breeding works in the games. Even the daycare folks state that they DON'T even know how the egg got there, or even know what that egg contains. FEAR at level 1 can only be obtainable via breeding, which is why you CAN potentially sweep certain pokemon leagues with that strategy, which in turn catches them completely off guard.

Which is weird, because it's not that hard.
well it depends on some rng stuff or if you got a fighting type

***** Yes, the only battles that were actually challenging were the secret base fights, and those are against ghosts of other players, so they will have super trained their Pokémon.
Darth Sanguine Aegislash is gen 5 now?
BluPringlez wtf?
Darth Sanguine You said that there is none gen 6 -_-
BluPringlez What??? o.O

I HATED EMOLGA UUUUGGGGGHHHHH YOU CANT EVEN USE A GROUND TYPE BECAUSE ITS A FLYING TYPE
May GS then don't use ground types

Since Emolga is a flying type it weak to a eletric type but because of emolga a eletric type we can use rock type instead and to handle the eletricity use ground types.
Don't forget about the evaniesses rising attacks! Those were the worst....
not all types negate the weakness to themselves. for example, fairy doesn't negate fairy weakness on mega altaria.
Who would win in a fight: Lance's Dragonite or Cynthia's Garchomp? My Poke-money is on the Garchomp because holy shit is that thing strong.
+The Nerd Beast probably dragonite if it's the one with the ice moves and multiscale.
Jethrotex garchomp also can learn it
Garchomp because sweet Jesus does it give me flashbacks
not Cynthia's Garchomp. try to do it you'll end up in pokemon centre.
In general, I'd say Garchomp for sure. Higher speed, higher Hp but the same Def, basically the same attack, outrage is an easy 1HKO. Or maybe Dual Chop would be better, the first hit would get rid of multiscale.
10:39 weird. I remember it dying to an ice shard from my equal leveled mammoswine
But in soulsilver I rekt the miltank with my lvl 19 heracross using brick break
Aidan Braddy Yeah but Heracross has one of th highest base attack stats.
I do admit dough that I did lose to her like 50 times before catching dat heracross and I'm still using him after the first gym in kan to in SS
I defeated her on my first try in SS...but i got incredibly lucky...my Quilava burned it using Flame Wheel...and after that i spammed it with lvl 11 ratata and onix..lol
@@aidanbraddy1684 yeah you had to find a pretty rare pokemon grind to lvl it up and get a super efftive move just to counter miltank gg ez

Dentally Challenged I didn't either
I used a her across in gen 4 which destroyed her
Actually, Cyndaquil would have it worse... Rock type attacks such as Rollout are super-effective against Fire types...
What about jethrotex's Steve the ampharos
last time i was this early, this joke was funny.
so basically never

1. Kanto, I always struggled to stay leveled
2. Hoenn
3. Sinnoh
4. Unova
5. Johto
6. Kalos
Everyone leave your opinions and your list 😊
Sinnoh was pretty easy if you used Torterra
Brickster I definitely agree with 1,2, and 6. It took me a ton of tries to beat Steven Stone with my team back in Sapphire
I think Johto is a little bit more difficult
The Cataking Omg Steven was so difficult :D
Kalos was easy I could beat everyone in one turn each pokemon with my Lv. 100 Sylveon, Charizard, Balaziken and Delphox and Lv. 99 Lapras and Lv. 97 Ampharos
Cynthia should have a mega Garchomp
Teodor Bäcklund no! She'd kill us all. She don't need more power!
Definitely not. It's the Speed that made Garchomp so much of a threat, Mega Evolution takes that away.

No.
His Slaking? I just have Breloom.
He said that if you didn't get a ground type before you fight elisa, you would have a hard time, but emolga is a flying type which means ground types have no effect
Yeah, but being a ground type resists electric thus mitigating her volt switch strategy, plus most ground types learn a rock move.
Jethrotex nice backup plan
Jethrotex also you can have more than one Pokemon.... You know, like a normal person...
Of course? He's not gonna bring nothing but a geodude to battle Elisa. Like, come on that's not what you thought right?
Fish Fish! You could just send a Dwebble out and use Smack Down. The worst part it when I tried to strategise with her I got swept. The one time I said fuck it and bullshit my way through that fight, I beat her no problem.
Steven's metagross should've been on the list
it's not overpowered until oras.
Team Awesomeness it's not Overpowered unless you choose Sceptile
TheDragonstorm1993 it's not even overpowered if you choose treecko at the start of rse.
Team Awesomeness true
But Emolga can't be hit by Ground
Creeper0357 UA-cam And Emolga's electric attacks can't hit ground-types.
Throw a rock at it
There's a reason they have ariel ace instead.
yeah, throw a rock at it. but seriously, watch my trying to evolve klang into klinklang series.
smack down
Before I watch the vid, I predict miltank will be in the top 3
I was right
Are we going to get you're reaction to decidueye?
*your
+Cade Ellsworth nice save
AndresJVF Why thank you.
its over 9000 view
nvm
You forgot, ground type moves are ineffective against Emolga because it's a flying type.
+Shania Browne yeah I know, but it resists electric moves so it can't volt switch and you can use any other moves you have
Yeah But,Aren't Most Common Ground Types Also Rock Type??
No
Pokefan Pocket Monsters It's the other way around.
I managed to solo Claire with Typhlosion so I guess my ace was just stronger
Why hasn't your Rowlet evolved yet?
keep off the grass everstone
It's probably a mon from the anime
Totally unrelated ....but if Rayquaza doesn't need a item to mega evolve, can he use a z move ?
daniel dragotti I hope not!
daniel dragotti rayquaza not rayhfgejdtrj what ever you typed in
daniel dragotti I hope so!
If they make Rayquaza a mega evolution AND have a Z-move, that thing will be banned from tournaments and be completely broken.
LeQueen OfPotatos isn't already banned. Isn't it even banned from the banned Pokémon
It sounded like op you like
Not hope you like
Ima idiot bro
When going through diamond I was given a rayquaza and swept cinthias team
he said ground but emolga is immune
young luck Ground types can't be hit by electric moves, making volt tacke useless.
Zebstrika isn't, though, and Volt Switch can't hurt a Ground-type Pokemon.
um,aerial ace.
young luck what
when i first played pokemon black
i was like "OH SHIT ITS A FROG, BETTER GET IT!"
and then wooped elisas ASS.
my fav pokemons are the frog ones *carreses shrine of toxicroak, (toxicroak one shot mega gardivoiur)*
Toxicroak is literally my best friend in pokemon white 2
Hi
"When we were kids"?
Gonna do one about various other characters?
Oh my god Whitney's Miltank
What's funny is I had absolutely no problem beating Whiteny when I played Soul Silver.
Yeah me too.
I easily beat her in gold. I got and trained that female machop, stocked up on items, one shot her clefairy, and three shot her miltank
Same
I don't know if the slaking was weak or I'm just that good 😋
Anthony Conty I just used dig it was easy
Whitney isn't that hard. I beat Whitney when I was like 7 with just a Quilava in SoulSilver.
For me I think gen 6 starters were kinda bad besides Greninja
I'm still a kid
So am I
Pokemon yellow: Koga's venonat
my whitney plan pidgeoto sand attack it misses rollout like ten times i kill it with gust
pokemon emerald
worst for me
Torkoal in the fire gym
and Makuhita in the fighting gym
if you dont get a flyig type before Dewford then you are screwed in the gym
and Torkoal knows attract and body slam so when I fought it it just used attract on my swampert and I couldnt do anything
I One-Shot Wickstorm Aegislash...
I will never forget getting whooped by that Miltank in Gold
What about Ghetsis's hydreigon? That thing was the stuff of nightmares for me during my first play through of white
Slacking 1 shot most of my Pokemon :)
I had NO problem with Wikstrom's Aegislash. Probably because I had Raichu , Charizard and Delphox on my team.
I don't mean to be rude, but COME ON! MILTANK SHOULD BE AT #1!!! THAT MILTANK IS THE MOST EVIL THING EVER!!!
Pokemon pearl elite four and champion tactic Staraptor+LOT of potionsand ethers and revives+spam brave bird = best Pokemon in get 4 the brave bird staraptor
#1 whitney's miltank
did you know pokemon sun and moon starters Primarina can beat garchop because fairy type and water
The thumbnail should Whitney and that evil miltank or Cynthia and her garchomp
I went to battle Norman with my Blaziken and destroyed him with a double kick
Resists ghost it’s immune
Due to Xp. share being broken in XY and ORAS I was always overlevelled and swept the whole game, even without grinding.
