I love your three priority goals system! I use something called a "legend goal" system where I take action on my legend goal first thing in the morning (as my priority task of the day). I usually work on it as soon as I finish spending time with the Lord in the morning. This way I get the most important tasks of the day finished while I have the most energy! Also for the last 5 or 6 months I've been writing down only my top Priorities for the day, and it actually helps with productivity and i get more work complete throughout the day. The most difficult part of staying financially organized in the beginning was the difference between a company expense and a personal expense. My cousin is a bookkeeper and she set me straight. :)

I am retired Army where I did pay (military and civilian), bookkeeping and budgeting but I have not been applying this to my business practices at all.
