- I ride from Ishaka to Ntungamo and then Kabale, in Uganda, in Africa.
In Ntungamo, I find a beautiful luxurious resort where I enjoy a well deserved fancy rest.

Now I understand why Uganda is called the pearl of Africa, just so beautiful. Great job, Ivyes, your videos are amazing because they are so real
"From France...are You SERIOUS!" 😅 Never gets old.
do they call them french fries in France? 😂
As a Kenyan, thank you for showing us the beauty of Uganda. They are our brothers on the western side of the border
But they have snatched our Island Migingo
This is not a competition. I’m partly Kenyan and it annoys me when some of my brethren in Kenya are intensely petrified and become jittery when other countries in Africa are showcased. 😢
Petrified!!😂
They are not Kenyans but persons wanting to divide East Africans.
Tell them, wako na utoto sana..I love Africa
Uganda is a blessed country, Everywhere green. Much love from Kenya
Uganda is a blessed country, Everywhere green. Much love from Kenya
Best wishes from the UK Yves :) , I'm 27 and just lost my father before Christmas and it put me in a bit of a mid life crisis and watching your videos has made me really want to just leave everything and travel like you do, keep up the great work man we love you
Glad if my videos can help you evade from your momentary struggles.
Yeah come to Kenya n travel I can host u for some time
@@bonfacewachira3297 thank you very much :) Kenya would definitely be the place id visit, the people seem so vibrant and happy. Much different than the UK haha
@@KinoYves thanks Yves means a lot

That's my Village right there where you met the Boda Boda guys that tried to analyze your electric bike,,,
My village is so green and our people so friendly
the little boy who offered help during the broke spoke it’s everything about Ugandan 🇺🇬 ❤
I also thought that was highly civilized... You need any help?
The Kaunda Suit guy in 23:40. Now that is what we call customer service. He addresses me that way and I am spending a night at their resort. He's respectful and professional.
I love how Uganda is so green ❤. Nice
Karibuni.
Me too! ❤️❤️
Not Semi-arid like Kenya
You can't starve in Uganda. It's why they don't borrow like in Kenya
@@arcturianninja Exactly. Maybe they will eat their well developed infrastructure.
Kenya is one loan default from total collapse.
I am Kenyan and I really love Uganda, feels like second home, very welcoming.
As a Kenyan, I love how Uganda is so green, this makes it beautiful❤❤
From heat waves to rain storms, pure East Africa
It's been a pleasure having you in Uganda Yves! Thank you for sharing your journey. Come again next time.
This guy must be like in Zambia at this time!
Even the little ones are friendly ❤
I love Saturdays…..my favourite Frenchman and a coffee…❤️🇬🇧❤️
It is amazing that how Uganda is so green 💌 From Ethiopia
People are so friendly and so kind. They stopped to know if you were ok, were sorry for the broken bike and offered to help, and even made you company during the reparation. Your videos on Uganda and Kenya make me want to visit the 2 countries.
Wow....Uganda is just lush and green. Beautiful country full of hills.
This is the best video of you I have watched so far. Going to Kabale the coldest district of Uganda. Its where apples, Irish potatoes and most passion fruits come from
It's beautiful
C’est vraiment beau l’Ouganda, la nature, les paysages époustouflants et j’en passe! L’Afrique est juste magnifique 😍
I disagree travel to Rwanda or Kenya you will be amazed
@@BMA19051They are all beautiful.
Let us appreciate please.whem it is Rwanda,s time,we will also reciprocate knowing the beauty of Rwanda
You are welcome to Uganda.
Africa is a lot more beautiful as most of us know, A journey like yours Yves is really amazing and special showing us everything about the continent. For me one of the best UA-camrs at this moment!
From 🇪🇹...u never walk alone...we r still with U.
Now people Uganda is not a poor country. One of the most beautiful country in the world.
Beautiful life in the country side
Winston Churchill called it the "PEARL OF AFRICA"
Please don’t use these words poor Ug is not poor
In England you’re poor you have nothing most people have land in Africa
Uganda is enjoyable, fantastic scenery
These videos are so much better than the Kampala ones - I love how the people are nice and polite!
Uganda has the best country side roads in the whole of East Africa i guess. I'm a Kampala born but once i travel some good kilometres away from it. That's where i start to acknowledge the beauty of Uganda. It's all super green, roads connection boader to boader with nice people
You should travel outside Uganda before making this conclusion
I disagree travel to Rwanda or Kenya you will be amazed
The roads in Rwanda are better
@@michaelb2388Rwanda is a small country, not even as big as western region of uganda. To have bad roads will be a disservice.
Kenya is not as beautiful as Uganda in the country side. Kenya only has better cities than Uganda but not villages
@@Designeroptionkenya has got good roads in country side
Blessings for Uganda and its citizens
I follow each of your video. I love it.
Seems Uganda have a number of tourist from France. You are meeting your home mates
I absolutely love your stamina. Rain sun wind! Incredible ride. Go Yves. Cant wait for Rwanda
Uganda is beatiful...Love from Kenya.
a frog crossing the road haha, french like their frogs like we like our chickens haha
It’s nice when you meet fans who have followed your journey. We are hooked on your adventure/journey. Praying you get to Cape Town unscathed.
Kino must be like in Zambia by now, considering the delay in the posting of his videos
Uganda so green, love it. From Kenya
Thank you. Its nice to hear Tourist talking nicely about Africa. There might be poverty but believe me Africa has everything and its beautiful.
Walking in the rain seems really adventurous, but it is scary 😂😂
I loved your persistence on the road, even though it was tiring, but you made it seem fun....
I loved nature very much. I adore such views
Safe trip, my friend 💕✨
Uganda is SO green, it's so beautiful!
12.11 The receptionist should be welcoming - this one is not very friendly
Great adventure 😊❤❤❤❤ Now this is what life should be about. Explore it, come rain 🌧 , sunshine 🌞 , snow ❄️ ... all. Keep going my friend 😊
Amazing, Yves never tired of saying Hello, even for little children! Africa is so green, love watching it
From motherland 254,....."Morning my friends"....is the best phrase on UA-cam. With all the difficulties & weather challenges nothing can stop KINO from reaching to S.A all the best together we travel
Mbarara, Ntungamo, Ishaka are districts of the Ankole cattle you admired on your way from Kampala to western Uganda.
I love Uganda.....its beautiful and i love how.all over Africa people open to helping strangers. Actually the same experience is on Itchy boots vids today
Im still enjoying your travels Mr Yves since you left kenya many months ago be safe my brother keep striving on
Impressive roads ! Also you are such a tough dude Yves ! Well done !!
Kino, i noticed you never tell people whom you interact with on the way about your UA-cam channel...i think it would do alot for the channel if you did. Most would subscribe out of excitement and wanting to keep up with your adventures! These days most people have smart phones even those in the villages. Much ❤
Very beautiful episode. It is nice to see you eat good food on your way. The landscape is so green! You are brave to keep riding under the rain.
I am taken aback on how green and vast Uganda is

Salute salute, this part of the trip in uganda has given me a nostalgic moment back in 2022 as I hit the road from kampala to kabale on my mountain bike. Salute brother
Finally you have passed my area code,I have been watching you all the way from Ethiopia to Kenya now to Uganda
Wth…. Now I’ve 2 more countries to visit on my bucket list… 🤦♀️ Uganda and Rwanda … I’m simply awed 💕

Thank you fir visiting Yves
I've only been to kampala. I now surtainly would love to explore the rest of uganda. Its soo beautiful.
Much love sir. Wishing you nothing but success in your endeavors. You are a hero
Its fair to say Uganda is the most beautiful place you've visited so far
😂😂😂😂 the most fertile and undeveloped fair enough 😢
@@billjames1216The more developed a country is the more it depends whites for it's economy.

I concur. Uganda is super green, and I love the look. Heavenly.

If not for anything else you bring smiles and joy everywhere you go. Yves uko juu😊
The beauty about Africa ranges from it's people to the landscapes, physical features to the food but above all its the weather❤
Very good friendly people and beautiful country, I wanna visit UGANDA!! Thanks Yves.
great adventure vlog, Uganda looks so green and nice, pls write the price of hotel rooms and food and beverage so that your audience get more informed, thank you for sharing
Uganda is a beautiful country
I love Uganda
The roads in Uganda are in good condition
Only the capital city has poor roads!
Why do most of the roads from Kampala eastwards to Busia look brown, or earthy? Even the newly-paved ones?
@@cobwebtheorem7538The president comes from the western part of Uganda.
Even the north has very good roads!
@@cobwebtheorem7538that road is always loaded with heavy trucks carrying goods from Mombasa to Uganda, even the traffic on that road is usually heavy. I think thats one reason for the bad shape of the road. That side is also heavily populated considering Jinja being with many industries. Thete also many good schools along that road hence making the road heavily used.
Wow my country Uganda is a beautiful country every where it's just green wow
Its so satisfying to watch your videos, i watched them all. Keep up the good work.
Your video's are very interesting, thanks for showing them. Stay safe my friend. God bless you.

IT'S BEEN SO INTRESTING WATCHING YOU FROM KAMPALA UGANDA, GREAT JOURNEY, WATCHING ALWAYS FROM MY OFFICE. NOW IN KABALE APPROCHING TO RWANDAN BORDER. THANKING FOR SHOWCASING OUR COUNTRY, SOME OF US TAKE YEARS TO TRAVEL IN THE COUNTRY SIDES YET ITS OUR COUNTRY.
Yves! Saturday morning breakfast with my friend! My best part of the week. Safe travel Yves.
Enjoy your breakfast, and thank you!
If you stopped every time someone wanted you to stop, the trip would take 10 years 😅
If you've followed him since his early days you'll realize it's never about finishing the journey but enjoying and recording along the way...no rush
@@philipchania6342 yeah I get that. My point is, he can't stop and talk to everyone that wants to talk to him
@@NigelCornell_camping_travel he can if he so wishes. If he wished to take a week from Cairo to Cape Town he would easily have done so on a motorcycle
@philipchania6342 I think you all misunderstood what I said. 😆 he diens stop for everyone who wants to talk. He even says it'll take too long if he does. Needs to get to hotels before dark etc, and I don't think he was planning on travelling for 10 years in one go

i like Uganda, i never thought it is that beautiful. Thank you Kino you showed us the beautiful face of this country other than that of the last king of Scotland, Aidi Amin Dada

Hej Yves, I came across your channel by chance. It was a video you made in Uganda. In the meantime, I have been jumping back and forth between your beautiful adventurous videos, with some time leaps. Of course, I was very interested in your Turkey videos as I spent 10 years of my life in Istanbul. I haven't seen all the videos yet, but I can already say that I like them a lot. They have all the ingredients needed to make an exciting Vlog. Travel reports with beautiful pictures and information, adventures, exciting and funny encounters, and incidents that you always master with spirit, humor, and empathy.
I admire your courage, your attentiveness, mindfulness, equanimity, patience and your friendly way of dealing with people. I am full of admiration for the maturity you radiate at the young age of 37. I have just watched your Q & A video, which I not only enjoyed very much, but also helped me to get to know the person behind these wonderful travel reports a little better. As for me, at 68, I am probably one of your older admirers. I have traveled half the world in the course of my life. I already suffered from wanderlust as a young person, but never had the courage to embark on an adventure like yours. I have to admit that somewhat I envy your way of life. It's so nice to be part of it. Thank you so much for taking me with you! God bless you.
Thank you for your really nice words
What a storm!! But you keep riding. Very nice.
Your videos are wonderful and most enlightening
Thanks you Yves. Your videos have made me learn how different tribes treat visitors.
I'm really struggling to raise fees for my sibling's school fees here in Kenya. They're now at home, missing lessons. I wish start up fundraising that will support them financially.

He’d started posting on Weds, maybe didn’t have enough content today as was changing countries. Looking forward to seeing Rwanda day to day.
Where are my fellow Kenyans to watch yve again,,,, keep going bro we like your spirit 😊
Those guys speak English but they have no idea what a spoke is or why you'd need to repair it. In Kabale I rented a motorbike from a motorbike taxi rider for a couple of days. I adjusted the clutch and the brakes because he'd never done it. When i returned the bike I showed him what I'd done and he told me he never knew about it. Most Ugandans just don't know much about mechanical maintenance. He said to me "You know because you are a muzungu" 😂 And he was being serious, not sarcastic.
Even basic home repairs like painting, a bit of plumbing, Ugandans dont know because we don't repair our homes like that. I learned how to tile and do home repairs when I lived in Canada.
you don't sound mzungu
Kino is a legend
Watching u from nakuru city Kenya 🇰🇪. Safe travels, love your videos Iyve.take care.
