Curious if the email switch is the trigger for the start condition for the record triggered after the save flow? My email alert is not delivered to my test recipient's email address. Suggestions would be hugely welcomed
We ran into one problem with this approach, the scheduled flow gets triggered every-time the record is updated irrespective of the status field update.
It shouldn’t since the switch is off at the end of the flow. You can see in the video there’s an update records to turn the switch to “do not send” at the end of the decision element path (all of them). If the switch is off, it won’t be “on” unless the status changes again. This should work as expected.
