There is a plan for disclosure but the cabal is trying to drag it out over decades when we need these techs now. The cost...having an open mind so u can break free if the conditioning they have used to control your minds, the time and effort in researching how the world really works and the true sciences they have occulted and the courage and will to stand up for yourself and your fellow man to demand these birthrights and techs we paid for with our own taxes both obvious and invisible such as the 96% devaluation of the dollar by flooding the money supply with trillions of fiat dollars as well as money stolen from all the other five rent programs for unacknowledged special access programs which have the legal ability to suck up any money not used in the budgets of any government program. Also things like the stealth bomber which for each 3 normal ones they build they build 7 electrogravitoc nuclear ones that go straight to the Air Forces low level secret space program. They overbill for everything to finance these space programs so we own those materials, bases and equipment. Yet we see no benefit from it. Only liabilities when they’re used against us. What is interesting is when you reverse the polarity and it presses downward. This would be a good method to determine the amount of thrust generated when placed upon a scale.

But it's not antigravity... ;-) It is an RC plane that can carry it's own power supply to run the ion-wind generator. I had the same perspective, a 5 oz lifter can't carry a 10 pound TV powersupply and batteries to run it. But engineers are clever people and clearlyI MIT figured out how to make a tiny inverter and lightweight voltage step up circuit without much heat loss. Maybe super-caps and diode ladders? Coils are too heavy as are batteries. But super-caps are lightweight. Not sure yet. I haven't had time to look into lately.
I got so excited, that I invented a modular extremely high voltage variable waveform PSU for that very purpose... Got some work to do yet before it's fully implemented, and there are materials and geometry work to be done, but the figures I got from my last burst of activity suggest it is very possible indeed to lift it's own PSU. TANSTAAFL!
@@Swallabat MIT has an RC airplane that carries it's own PSU and it's proplusion is solid state like this. I think they published the battery PSU and the voltage step up circuits. Proably just an RC 3 Phase electric motor inverter and a stack of diodes... so yeah it can (and has) been done.

This is an ionic thruster. The reason there is no feelable wind is because the ions get repelled by your hand instead of attracted. The reason why it is powerful is because the power supply has very high voltage and it is being distributed by something with some decent mass. I don't negate your device but it is not trying to fall upward
Jim, this is a great work! don't get discouraged by negative comments. We would not have progressed from the stone age to this modern age if there were not critiqueeees. So thank to them. Now, I would like to share some of my experience in this field. I am an Electrical/Electronic Engineer, and my with major engineering is in Industrial Instrumentation design. I have been working on many things like yours for decades and have made progress. Tim Ventura started this as a lifter, and his deign is basically composed of a triangle with high DC voltage causing a lifting effect due to ionized air, good it was that. Yours look very different as I can see it can lift up heavy load and the floating ring looks strong in holding is position against the foreign weight- the stick. This is definitely generating some sort of gravity or anti gravity waves. Only thing that is catching my attention is the finishing of your round ring that seems to be 3/4" thick. I would guess it is some kind of a super material, platinum or rhodium, or something.
I have a different set up (as a matter of fact I made that 22 years ago) it exhibited anti-gravitic field, I have that device in my lab as well, it can affect any material in its field, wood, plastic, metal, magnetic or non-magnetic, anything I put in its field spins and levitate. I have spend years and money into to find a way to increase its power, very slow progress but I am getting better.
So continue your work. Modern physics started when some started thinking about why that apple fell on my head? Good luck.

Alokin Alset, This demonstration has been around for a very long time. Exactly as you said it is ionized particles that are creating the force that this apparatus is using to lift itself. This has been studies by physicists and has not shown any anti gravity field. All that is happening is the mass that is being propelled from the ring downwards due to a magnetic field being produced by the current of the electricity, the mass in this case being ionized particles in the air, create a force pushing the ring upwards. Eventually if he were to scale this up he would find that the ring doesn't move at all it would seem because Ion propulsion which has been used by NASA for decades is extremely weak. In this case since there is ample supply of the 'fuel' there isn't much of a problem. Scale this up any more and you will find that the ions will not be sufficient to lift the ring. This is well understood science that is being misconstrued and being contorted into a very sad representation of what gravity is and what basic theories have shown over and over countless times.
Negative comments aren't directed at what he is doing but how little he knows about what he is doing. He copied something someone else did and then shows with random comments about ionic wind and gravity wells that he has less knowledge about basic science than a ten year old. You might try to figure out the lightest weight high voltage source you can. I was thinking that a voltage multiplier might work, but not sure. Also, experimenting with dielectrics other than air, which have the highest k value to weight ratio possible should increase the force allowing for the sorely needed payload increase. 🙂

I agree. The ionic wind effect is not the primary force and has little to do with the levitation. It is the Biefeld-Brown Effect. Materials with a high dielectric constant allow for a stronger electric field, but tend to be susceptible to dielectric breakdown. I believe there is an optimum material that has both a high dielectric constant and a high breakdown threshold. Alkali free fiberglass sheets are good. This would outperform air greatly. Putting the "air dielectric lifter" in a vacuum will lower the dielectric constant and weaken the field concentration and the force. I'm sure TT Brown discovered just that. 😀

easy way to test if it is a gravity well. Put it in a vacuum jar and pull as much vacuum as possible. If it still lifts, it won't be because of air.

In the summer of 2003 NASA tested one of these lifters in a incredibly negatively pressurized vacuum Lyft was still produced it is not ionic wind.

You can look into the Townsend Brown experiments done in 1956 in France in a vacuum those were some of the most productive. There's a moment where voltage and lift drop off approaching a soft vacuum, once a hard vacuum is neared voltage and thrust Spike back up and efficiency is increased 30 fold. The biggest problem with these kind of lifters that you see on UA-cam is they have no dielectric in them. The K value of the dielectric material is absolutely crucial to producing the gravitic thrust which in and of itself is threefold in nature, it is electrogravitic, electrostatic and electromagnetic. The key is using an AC gradient potential curve voltage applied to the plates to produce a constant charging and discharging of the capacitors maintaining maximum thrust. There's almost no videos demonstrating this.

There"s no anti-gravity. The Capacitor just repels the magnetic field of the Earth, that is around 33µ Tesla to 38 µ Tesla. If your circuit exceed this amount of magnetic flux, it creates a displacement in the capacitor, because is asymmetrical means that create an unbalanced magnetic field to only one side of the orbit. In other words an external (Magnetic)force is higher than the gravity. that why levitate the capacitor. The question will be: How many force is created enough to built a ship to fly? Is an efficient force?
It doesn't create gravity above it because if it did, the paper would "fall" up too. But this is really interesting.
If this lifter works on a bigger format, you could very well have the answer for how UFO are made.
It seems to have existed for a while already around this simple technology, and I don't think this being cool or awesome is enough to cover what impact this will have in the future.

Authority figures want everybody to believe that it is an ion wind, when in fact you're creating the same polarity as the planet in this hemisphere, this particular experiment may not work on the other side of the equator, because you would be in a different magnetic field.

You can build a system with bossel wood, aluminum foil, and a 9-volt battery with wires running throughout the system. From there you can extrapolate a way to build it. It doesn't have to be a circle either. Most systems use triangular formations
Can you please make a scaled down version of this and try it in a vacuum? there are other you-tubers doing this - they have vacuum pumps - maybe coordinating with them will be easier and more cost effective to achieve this. I seen an actual experiment where tested in a vacuum it didn't work at all. The thing is - if is not ionic driven propulsion it will have a deep impact onto our fundamental science. He was blatantly lying at multiple points in the video which you can see if you pay attention instead of just listening to him yammer on. He didn't explain anything and there's no math or measurement in the video at all. It makes me wonder what "classical physics" you stick to exactly.
Its been around for a while (mid 50s to early 60s). The military has created vehicles using this technology and yes it is top secret. They kept three of them at the Lockheed Skunk Works at Norton AFB before it was decommissioned. The effect is called the Biefeld-Brown effect Some people think this is what drives alien ships that have been to and also crashed on earth.. Brown believed it had an anti-gravity effect in edition to the weak ionic wind effect. Tests in vacuums confirm the lifting effect is not ionic wind but some other unexplained effect.

So you have two cords not in contact with the battery. Red and black. What do these connect to on the craft and what do they bring to that part of it(High voltage, ground, etc.)
Hey Jim, what you have there is a simple monopole elector vortex machine. Think about introducing a electro-switch to control the flow of the current after power amplifiers. Another thing to use is a kill-switch just after the power-source. This way you can toggle (increasing and decreasing) power along ur DC line . I have built a little more advanced version of this and its power out-put is 3,839.999 volts. I use the electro-switch to control the ascent and decent. For paralleling vectoring (pitch and yaw) I am using electro Monopole gimbal Sphere submerged in a mercury bath all controlled by a APP on my iphone. There are 4 decks of 360degree of Aluminum decking half-inch thick. Shell atm is a recycled parachute fabric. Always worried it will catching FIRE, I dream of a carbon fiber shell.

A little tip, use tuning forks(432Hz) for your uprights on the lifter, then connect the wire(piano). Then add a charge.

This ring shaped craft is a very good build! A ring shape is the best shape, if it can be built light enough. The experiments he shows are also extremely intriguing as well. It makes one wonder. It is true though that the air is at 14psi so it doesn't have to move very fast to propel lightweight crafts. Getting a power supply onboard though is not easy.

would not work in space though unless you add a gas propellant then it's just an ion thrust engine that already exists,it's using the same method but instead of an onboard tank of gas it's just using the air

I am extremely impressed and urge you to keep working on your experiments. I do however have some thoughts and questions that may help future experiments.
With how quickly it accelerated straight up do you know how high it would go if it was not tethered down or if the tether was longer? For the application of human transportation there is an altitude threshold. I also think that the G Force of the initial ascension may also cause applicational problems as well.
Does a smaller battery/current/amperage/voltage cause a change in acceleration and altitude?
How can one change the direction of movement from straight up to 360° horizontal movement while maintaining a stable altitude?

I think its pretty cool you achieved that amount of thrust, and with relatively heavy materials. Being able to lift the wooden stick is cool. I wonder if you might have even got a performance boost by using a metal ground plane instead of the glass your lifter took off from. It also makes me wonder if you might have had another performance boost by using a tubular ring instead of a flat one.

Here is a thought. what if you used really thin light weight guage magnet wire, and wrapped that around say the inside of the skirt forming a long solenoid. And then magnetise it in the same direction as your lift. Maybe that might speed up the ion flow and give a little more thrust?
How about adding a type of dimmer switch like the old ceiling fans use to have where you can regulate the current see if you can slowly get it to lift

Having pulsed dc regulated by a computer with variable pulse lengths, you should be able to remove the cords and let the lifter stay stationary when equilibrium is reached.

I have seen two man made anti-gravity vehicles made here in Australia back in 1974 one was made by the Victorian Railway in Melbourne and the other was by the military, I got to see a book for a moment that a friends dad had about the one made by the military for a moment, but my friend freaked out when he noticed me reading it, but I did read that it used 150,000ACV into anything it levitates.
The one I walked behind had a small nuclear power plant the man was sitting on, it was about 4ft round and 4ft high and was under the 20ft diameter by 2ft thick framework that seemed to be made of angle iron, riveted together and made no noise as it floated away from me.
But the one made by the railway company was the disk shape, it flew over my grandparents’ house only about 30ft of the ground.
I was not sure if I should run or stay, but since the trees had not melted I decided to stay and watch it go over my head, it had what looked like a red glowing ring about 10ft in diameter in the centre with five other ones spread evenly around the outside of the large one and the outer edge of the disk, this was published in the local newspaper and made the paper about an inch thick as it had the blueprints on how to build it inside of it, so anyone that had the money could build their own, they did this because the government would not fund a larger one that could carry 200 passages, they claimed they would not back an unproven technology even though they had flown one around.
I promise you reading this I am telling you the truth and have no need to lie to you, I grew up thinking by the time I needed a license we would be driving around in fling cars and was so excited, if only I knew about suppression and kept a copy of that paper.

You are showing lifting results that far exceeds any one lifter I have seen. I really hope you are truthful with your results. Some times people will put an induction coil under the table to create more lift.
Yet to see anyone do these sort of experiments/tests etc. on a see-through table. There's probably an electro-magnet under the desk top.

I have been working with similar devices for 19 years. These lightweight devices produce a light electrostatic wind blowing downwards underneath them causing them to go up. All of them need a relatively large external power supply except the one on my channel, it has onboard power! You can see working models of it, if you click on the purple icon to the left. My similar device is very well verified to work. (I am sure the externally powered device above works as well.) It is also clearly described on my site exactly how it works.
These ion thrusters are a dime a dozen all over youtube. Watch a video explain how ion engines work and you'd know it does exactly what it looks like it's doing. No tricks under the table. The only thing disappointing about it is how it's portrayed as some kind of original thought.

Now Magnetism is well understood and has been used for around 150 years and more. Opposite charges repeal each other to get the floating effect but magnetism has material constraints so it is not gravity.

Sorry - but these things DO use a very gentle ionic wind. Mythbusters proved this by trying to fly one in a vacuum chamber...it didn't fly. Built it large enough - and light enough - and the speed of the wind can be pretty gentle - so it SEEMS like there is some other effect going on...but that's not true.

Look up T Townsend Brown before you say too much though...this is the technology used on the B2 bomber and other black budget programs (much more sophisticated in its control, but same principles). If you research it, apparently 1/3 of the B2 bombers had capacitive lifting systems on them and could hover in midair but they of course don’t want anyone to know that...

shawn malbrough it’s a fascinating subject; there are so many systems built into some of the black project platforms (like the B2, other stealth craft...but with the TR-3B becoming prevalent at some point in the 70s or 80s who needs craft that uses air pressure to fly?) that are so high-tech it boggles the mind. Perhaps even more crazy is the work Viktor Schauberger was doing with water in the 20s and 30s (eventually being forced to work for the Nazis once they cottoned on to what his work meant) creating gravitic AND over-unity power effects with devices that used water!

Gravity is electrical in nature. Earth is negatively charged while the ionosphere and above is positively charged 500,000+ volts so we are effectively between two electric terminals with earths crust and atmosphere acting as dielectric materials. Earths electromagnetic forces interact with ether causing ether to accelerate towards the earth from space at 9.8 m/s2 and that's what causes gravitational force. Weight is an equal and opposite reaction of atoms within a mass/object resisting the ether flowing through it giving it its amount of weight and also inertia. Just like weight is not an inherent property of mass, inertia is not an inherent property of mass too. What is ether? Its pure inertia permeating all space. Electromagnetic force is either because of movement of electrically polar object or charge. Magnatic force is because of spin of odd number of electrons inside the orbitals which is nothing but another form of electromagnetism.
Electric force> Electromagnetic force> Gravitational force.
Depending upon the nature of the two interecting bodies one force prevail over the other in the given order.
In this case because the nature of interecting materials electromagnetic force is able to overcome the gravitational force between the objects.
My point is the phenomenon is not because of some repulsive kind of nature of masses why we call it antigravity.
If it means the generalized meaning of just going in the opposite direction of earth's gravity than why don't we call the other devices antigravity device, which uses aerodynamic lift, bouyoncy or any other mechanical force.

Mass and magnets do not attract each other, they are attracted to what's between, you can see this in ferrocell with two magnets. Gravity is caused by ether accelerating towards the earth in vortex style and it is the ether that curves around the earth, not space-time. True anti-gravity is all about nullifying weight and using high voltage high frequency electricity to use ether/inertia around it for propulsion similar to boat or submarine using water around it for propulsion.
