    What kind of cloth and where do you buy it and How do you clean your cloths and where do you buy your cheese moulds and what model cheese moulds do you use for your hard cheeses? Thanks.

      We use flour sack towels for cheese cloths. They are Saturday and reusable. We wash the in hot soapy water and they use dairy sanitizer in the rise before a final rinse. They are then put through a high heat dryer cycle. Our cheese mounds initially came from New England Cheesemaking in Massachusetts. They have home scale cultures and cheesemaking supplies
