Everyone is always surprised by how much cheese can be made by so few cows. They do go to “work” every day though! 😁

Only once a day. In the mornings. Started that about 12 years ago or so.
Thanks! We are only milking 10 at the moment. We have 4 dry cows that are due any day now.
