Is it safe to take over the counter prenatal vitamin from Wal-Mart when you are already pregnant???? Are there brands that are better than others or are they all the same in the end?
it is no mpre than 400 mcg of folic acid or methylfolate. you can eat more found naturally in foods. no, not fortified although it is okay to eat those sparingly if it has a lot of folic acid
well I'm 15 weeks and 2 days , I'm afraid it's to late,in taking baby and me 2 and it doesn't have folate in it worried it's to late
It may not be. Ask your provider if you haven't already.
Oakdale OBGYN i as two miscarriages one was two years ago I didn't know that I had hiputyrodism n endometriosis now my tyroid is OK with syntroid everyday n endometriosis was removed all last December this year I got another miscarriage n both pregnancy had progesterone low levels. I did ask my doc if I can take something else. I've been take just prenatal vitamins during two years no extra supplements. I want to be ready n healthy for my next pregnancy. Please give me your advice. Thanks for your video
