- Back pain healing process can be challenging and unpleasant, but that's why we are here. We are here to make our lives more joyful. One of the tools to release pain is yoga. Today we will start our practice standing into mountain pose. To hold correct alignment in a standing pose could be difficult, as we cannot really see if it is right or not. Today I will show you how to use the wall as a tool to see if your alignment is correct. You may wonder, but why we are focusing on our posture? Because if you don't have a healthy spine, you won't release pain from your back. We need to prevent our spine from rounding forward in a standing asana, when we are sitting or walking. Straight back can move your healing energy more freely, and this energy starts to heal your body.
Today you will need:
A bolster or a folded blanket and note book for journaling.
