Watching that Zetter ditto against gromp I'm convinced mango would be winning every tournament if he started shining out of shield and doing down b cancel recoveries. At the same time, I can only imagine learning to shine oos with neutral b while trying to retain top level melee muscle memory.

@@nathanflinchum1153 Honestly I think they are way cooler than what most games give with generic looking gold skins or smth. I like the look of all the abyss skins I've seen they seem unique rather than a recolour imo.

As a spectator, it still seems like there is an awful lot of shielding? I remember one of the dumbest types of interactions in Melee would be one person shielding and someone attacks the shield, then the attacker shields and the other person attacks out of shield, and it's one of the dumbest types of neutral interactions possible

I just love the sound design. Those Zetterburn hits are so satisfying to hear. Also Clairen's sword sound effects, just perfect.

That is my main complaint with this game. Most characters moves have excessive hitboxes and hitbox size.
I think they're starting to realize, they patched out a couple and made a couple other backwards hotboxes smaller
