don't care about all the idiotic comments, I really love the way he explained every process in a detailed way. Kudos to the Chef.👏👏 This is the most unique variety of biryanis.. I'm gonna visit this restaurant very soon...
@@krishnachaitanya7435 I think comments are about his missing hygiene. You're greatly support that dirtiness by calling others idiots who are pointing that out, just because you liked the explanation 🙂👏👏 please carry-on with such awesome mentality👌
You are a true pioneer. I've tried lots of recipes from last 16 years and none to this perfection. The flavor is just fantastic. You truly simplified it.
First chef is Amazing explaineshan and lot of experience n all ingredients is original totally super video n pot Biryani always street byte 👌👌👌 n. Thank you Ravi Anna and Team
Imran Hassan, dude it is a basic hygienic step 1. Cut your nails with full of dirt in it and it is clearly visible on the video 2. Use some proper gloves while mixing 3. Shave properly while cooking or wear some beard mask Now we can estimate the quality you provide at biryani ghar 🤮🤮

Hello ! I really must congratulate and thank you for sharing your recipe and technique. Its simply amazing and gives a lot of inspiration for us to try at home. A fear I've personally had is cooking the meat in the fashion you do....worrying that the rice would get severely overcooked by the time the meat gets cooked. I will however try your method. Could you share with me : 1. The timing of cooking on the stove and then what is next ? 2. The weight you have put on top of the cover. 3. You must teach us your special Hyderabadi Garam Masala recipe....knowledge is meant to be shared...many of us may never get the opportunity to eat from your delightful restaurant Thank you once again. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hey Imran ! Great job and wonderfully explained . Have seen many Hyderabadi preparation videos but you have gone into the details to describe the whole process and its pretty evident that you guys have spent a good deal of time to bring out the results . Keep going bud!

Wer can I get these pots
THE POTS ???, that would be so very nice. Where can we buy the pots?
M.S.
Delicious
The best part of this biryani is that it does not have too much masala and no oil at all. But does the meat not stick?
I think mutton will take more time to cook( around 30 to 40 min ) but how he managed within 20 min that too with half boiled rice in the pot ?
Hello Satish.. Ravi here He Pounded some Wieght on to the Clay Pot thats the technique.. According to Imran they tried different wieghts.
So some Physics here :p Wieght on Clay Pot is Inversly Proportional to time of Cooking
Street Byte but bro.....rice is already half cooked.....again 20 min he's cooking rice with weight above ????
Yes thats the Magic of Dum Biryani. Rice is always half Cooked in Dum Biryani Preparation...
Absolute what ??
you can/always marinate the meat for at least 4-5 hrs to see better results and also cooking process quickly...
What is that jus a lill bit? Is it oil or pure saffron diluted in water - 3:07 ?
Nice chef
