The retreat sounds like it was an amazing time! Thanks for sharing! I love the use of a balloon to indicate tables that have a space for a stitcher. It certainly makes it easier for a solo stitcher to find a place instead of walking around looking for a spot, making it easier to find new friends. 🌻
Hi Helen I loved hearing you had a great time at the retreat and loved seeing the goodies you received. I always love watching your channel you always give me inspiration and ideas about cross stitching. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat
Great recap from a great retreat! It was so much fun to meet you, thank you for being so gracious and thank you for the shout out! I met so many wonderful people, did a lot of shopping in the annex, and the brag table was amazing! (and you are right about that dragon) I hope to attend again next year, I miss fall in New England and this is the perfect excuse for a fall foliage fix! I always look forward to your Tuesday floss tube, I do hope our paths cross again.
What a wonderful retreat. The goodies you collected were over the top. So many talented ladies and no two gifts were the same. Lucky ladies receiving so many memories. Great recap and thanks for sharing 🥰
I just loved meeting you and having lunch at CF! I could not believe how much fun I had, especially for my first retreat. I must say I did spend a bit at the shopping/trunk show! You were so gracious as so many people knew you from Flosstube. Thank you.
It was so wonderful to see you again this year! Your recap video was excellent, you didn’t miss anything! Stitch New England is a fantastic retreat with so many nice people! The exchanges were fantastic! And that Ta-Da table was incredible! So many talented stitchers to make friends with! It was a fantastic weekend!
I don’t often comment but I hate to miss an episode. I love watching you and think you are an inspiration. Thank you for all you share nd give so freely to the stitching community.
.Helen, thank you for the recap on the retreat. I love hearing about everything that happens. Love the video you always keep them just the right length. Stitching is such a great hobby. Please keep them coming.
Great recap of an exceptional retreat! Definitely a good time for all. How much fun to be in a room full of so many stitchers and get to see their work. Retreats are definitely influential to us stitchers…lots of new ideas, “toys,” and other stitching-related goodies. Glad you enjoyed yourself!
How clever using an old matchbox. Like you I love seeing everyone’s finishes. I am not so creative. The snap cat tray is darling. What an amazing gift the embroidered bag was. Thank you for a wonderful tell all of your retreat. It felt like I was there too.
It sounds like such a fun retreat! I would love to go to it one of these years. Almost signed up for this year's retreat, but it ran into another event my family was attending. I go to the Stitch NJ retreat. That starts on a Thursday afternoon as well, and it really does help with getting a day to settle in and have all those full fun days of stitching ahead to enjoy. Have a great week!
How fun! D love to join you all next year. I loved hearing all about it and seeing all the creative gifts you received. So very happy you all had a fabulous time. ❤❤❤
I went to my first retreat this year Stitch NJ alone. You are so right about people being welcoming. I have already registered for it next year. I so want to come to a stitch New England. Keeping my eye out for registration info.
Such an amazing time!!! Pam and Kevin always do such an amazing job. I will add Leaf Flag by Bent Creek and Icy Winter Cardinal by Fine Frog were big sellers Thursday night as well! Already looking forward to next year❤
So fun to hear about your stitchy retreat! Wonderful treats and stitchy gifts! You did well to get some stitches in! I love when you said..."find a balloon, and you found 5 new friends"!! I hope you will come to Stitch North some day!!🥰

Oh wow! I'm so glad to hear about the date change; I wanted to come to the retreat this year, but I was already registered for the Queen City retreat.. now I might be able to go to both next year! 🪡👠

Sounds like a good time was had by all! I try to go to her shop when I visit my children who live in the Boston area. My goal is to attend the retreat.....some day!!
Omg Helen. I need to know the name of the pattern on that match box. I’ve got the same one I have had it for years. I want to make that ASAP. LOL. that is gorgeous. I can’t wait to make it
Sounds like a great retreat. I’ll insider it for next year. I’m leaving tomorrow for Stitch North in Ontario, Canada. It will be my second this month. Two weekends ago I was at Hobby House for The Great British Sampler Weekend Comes To America. Two in the same month is a bit much. The first one I only had a 75 minute drive but tomorrow will be 5 hours. It will be fun though.
Sounds like an amazing time! I couldn't attend this year but am glad you mentioned the dates so I can block off next year! I saw the bat frame behind you in your stairway. I literally just bought that and am looking for a pattern that will fit in it. Can I ask what pattern you have in it? I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw its potential as a frame for a spooky cross stitch.
I hope I’m not being intrusive, but I have noticed that the pink stitchers have not posted in a very long time is everything OK with them the mother and me worries
This sounds like a FABULOUS retreat!! I may have to mark my calendar for next year and come up from VA!
Thanks for the recap! It was my first retreat and I really enjoyed it!
Glad you enjoyed it!
So excited to be a part of the tribe! Thank you for the warmest welcome, it was so lovely to meet you!
My fingers are crossed that you'll get in to Library Stitchers!
You have a bunch of beautiful fabrics from the retreat. Cant wait to see what you start on the blue. Thanks for sharing

And there's no HOA fees! 😂

Rhode Island is fairly small, so hopefully it's close!
Oh, she gave you Coffee Crisps. Those are amazing. You can only get them in CA
I also brought the Erin's chart after I saw the tree video
I love finishing biscornus!
Sounds like a fantastic time!
It really was!

The card just said that it was from a Blackbird Designs sampler. I know that doesn't narrow it down very much!

That chart is Halloween Night by Autumn Lane Stitchery. Mine is on a 14 count. It wasn't quite big enough to fill the frame so I mounted it on fabric.
I wish Pumkin King was still available
I would do a Google search, I bet a lot of stores got some in for Halloween stitching.
I found some at southern stitchers shop
👍🏽🪡
Random question-are you going to the Jingle Bell Ball???
Yes, I am!
@ i hope to see you at one of the tables!
I hope I’m not being intrusive, but I have noticed that the pink stitchers have not posted in a very long time is everything OK with them the mother and me worries
Hi Kathleen. I honestly don't know, but I completely understand you asking. Flosstubers become our friends and we worry about them!
