Well If you want to make this, allyou need is a PVC board or Sintra board, use sheet wood or mdf board for the floor :)

What scale are these dolls,so I know to adjust?
The reason why I always draw a pattern first on a graphing paper is because the Nendoroid doll has a bit complicated scale because of its big head, but its height is 10cm. By drawing a diagram it will help you get the right size.
A 1:12 miniature props (food/decors) are mostly perfect for them. While it does also work with Sylvannian Families furniture that's about 1:16 scale.
