    Everyone knows it’s good to workout, but a lot of us struggle to find the time to go to the gym every day. Or maybe to start going to the gym?
    Let’s make it fun and easy by normalizing short, effective workouts!
    It doesn’t have to be a big thing! by going to a gym, find machines or heavy weight to lift. All you need is 20 mins, nothing else!
    This is a 15 min interval workout thats great for you who is starting working out, or a workout to do on days when you can't find the time to go to the gym, or as a finisher after a run. We work 40 sec and rest 20 sec for 5 exercises, and then we do 3 rounds, increasing difficulty each round. Plus a warmup 🙌🏼
