Based on his movement he is probably a bronze player/new player. And most of the cheaters that playing in those ranks and cheating are like this guy(bad movement/low rank players) so its easy to see. He is definitely cheated. look at the shots he did hit. He got ban for a reason.
I think people tend to cheat becuase they think they deserve a much higher rank, so they are justified in cheating to get them to where they deserve to be. Im just guessing ofc but it might literally be becuase of an inflated ego they cheat to begin with.

Emongg and others have at this point gotten used to how they look like and when or not they can confidently point it out. Is it just because he's able to be more aggro and you'll get more charge because he can go in farther? Against a spammy comp, if the ulting zen gets shot at all it makes you more lethal in that fight, but yes...typically not an ideal target to bubble.
