if you belong in multiple ranks above your actual one, the game would notice. especially on a hero like ana who has real high carry potential with ult shutdowns, dps enabling, offensive nades and sniping enemy supports when not healing etc

ive found it helps if you dont just say generalized statements like that. pin down the kind of hack and ask people to keep an eye on killcams. even if people wont draw, the seed of doubt and knowing what to look for will most likely cause even the disbelievers to have a lil looksie on replay

I'm a support main and Mercy is by far my worst support. Can't get the hang of her. It's the weird positioning, not used to it. Ana, Baptiste, no problem. "Brain-dead" Mercy? No thanks.
Mercy is hard. Only support I categorically refuse to play. Coz I can't.
People really don't realize how difficult she can be until they play a couple games and all they do is feed. People keep thinking that if the mechanics of the hero are 'easy' it means the game play is too. Reins mechanics are easy, hes practically just left click and right click too. But actually playing him, and playing him well is not that easy.
Mercy relies a lot on your teammates. The reason she is seen as easy is because she doesn't need any aim and her abilities are very straightforward, anyone can play her.
The only "hard" part is deciding which teammates to stay with and making sure you know where the teammates are spread so you can GA to them. Simple.

yea, u have right. Im silver/gold player and I wouldn't notice it if I didn't know that I should look for. The others low rank pleyers are same, so cheaters are not reported and punished.
They don't stay lower tier with godly aim as long as they have silver elo positioning. Its not until they hit the top of plat do they stall hard typically. At about 2900 you see people with wicked crazy aiming skills and the awareness of a potato but their ability crushes cheaters becauae they at least understand positions and how to play around a team.

I don't understand this. I can't aim for shit, so I play the cancer characters. There's something in there for everybody, no need to cheat.

@Violet Alice i'm a Mercy main and i'm all for defending her and the support role, but Zarya's really not a braindead hero like you're saying. you have to constantly watch out for your teammates and yourself, time your bubbles right so you/they don't get killed/flashed/shattered/hooked/frozen/cc'd in general, build (and maintain) her bubble charge and hope you don't die when you're on your way back to cover, AND build her ult charge to pair with someone else's. she *does* require aim, both direct and predictive aim actually.

For 6 headshots in a row and It was not flicks but after it snapped to the head he perfectly tracked before firing. You can see it in the slowed clip with like the last shot on emongg.

I watched another streamer's video recently where a Muhammad was also cheating. So you may have ended up queuing against 3 cheaters. Their Ana's accuracy seemed sus too.
Just looked, it was a Keph video. ~the same level as the Muhammad on your enemy team.

Cheating snipers, how original.
The ashes shots on the slow down looked legit. She did hit all headshots but there was no weird flicks or tracking. Might just be good aim but who knows.
This should be a good reminder for anyone that shits on Mercy mains that even the highest ranked players will have problems playing her. 😭 "Welcome to my life" SIS I FELT THAT.
I know this video was like a year ago but emongg
1. If it takes you more than 7 bullets to kill a low health target, it is not worth going for.
2. Hide behind anything you can hide behind, especially when rezzing. If you cant hide, spin rapidly while looking down when rezzing. It messed with your head hitbox.
3. Positioning is key for Mercy, she needs to be at a good distance away behind something but also maintaining eye contact with her team. Also keep your eye out for any open spaces that are behind or to the sides of you.
4. Keep an eye on the kill feed to see who on your team or the enemy team has died and been rezzed (if they have a mercy) this is also essential.
5. If 3 of your team members have died or its clearly a lost fight. Do not rez anyone even if they ask or repeatedly ask.
6. Try and not get stuck in the enemy team since this has happened to me many times before and I usually just hid and waited until I either died or the team comes and wins that fight.
7.(optional) DOMINATE THE ENEMY MERCY IN A PISTOL FIGHT AND SCREAM *"I AM THE SUPERIOR MERCY!!"*

So annoying I really need this win too" complaining. so emongg was suspicious that the ash might duo with the widow, cuz the others in their team didn't even comment anything about it. i think he was looking at levels or something like that.
Solely because how loud and pissed he acts in the chat and the kill cam, meaning he was playing the "Oh man, I really needed this win, now my team is throwing"
That's literally plat talk. Also people don't usually cry about "Their own" Win when that win comes from a cheater.
But honestly you don't have to ask "Are they duod ?" You go into socials > Right click on the first suspect > Click on "Invite" and if it says "Player is in already a group" then he is duod with someone, and you just go thru the team with the same method, and if your lucky it's just a single duo in the team, and not a Quad or two sepereate duo because it would say the same message, but even then you can make the easy assumptions.
Btw, don't worry they don't actually ever get the invite, since it's a competetive game you can't call people in, if someone leaves that slot is only for XY player.
And you are in the same competitive game so you get to see it..
But don't ever tell the enemy because if they know this they will know "what to do" (Just leave the group as soon you get in a game)
It won't kick you out of the game, since you only leave a "social" group and not the game..

How did he know they were in a duo?
TBums one of the biggest clues was at the end when they left at the same time, usually when the group leader says “leave game as a group” emongg states a few other hints if they might’ve been a duo.
Late reply but probably because they were next to each other on the social/match screen (not the tab screen obviously). It was a hypothesis but that made it pretty certain, plus the kill cams and what they wrote in chat. When they left simultaneously at the end, it was 100% confirmed, obviously.
