    That dynamic is caused because the sales person is thinking about him or herself, trying to get info so that they can sell. The purpose of the questions is to truly understand your prospect, and give them a feeling that you care about them, their business. Then you can discuss solutions. Even though they are asking questions, in that mode it is a form of what I call "sneaky selling." Great video.
