1. The side fans are reversed so if you move it to the front you have to turn the fans around otherwise they will act as exhaust fans 2. The swinging panel on the side is removable.
@@A2KMedia I purchased a pair of Montech's 140mm *AX* (standard flow) ARGB fans to use if I ever decide to mount the mesh panel on my King 95 Pro and move the side fan bracket to the forward position. I'd like to determine if it's then possible to attach the included reverse flow 140's to the mounting holes in the swinging door just behind the pivoting bracket's default position. If everything fits (and I don't see why it wouldn't; another reviewer asserted that it's possible), it would be interesting to see how well such a configuration would work (*hint-hint*).
Stunning looks, high quality construction, easy to build in, affordable. Tips: Remove the drive bay at the top of the cable compartment and mount your psu up there. That leaves a huge space for cables. Also that swinging panel is designed to removable by yanking to the right from the top. Just remove it. No real need to put it back.
I just moved my primary Windows PC to the Montech King 95 Pro. I'm very happy with it. I also replaced my massive CPU air cooler with a 360 AIO and my 5800x3D is running much cooler now, about 60-65 c instead of 80-85 c. If you go with a 360 AIO with 3 120mm fans you will need a RGB splitter cable to connect the RGB of all three fans to the RGB/fan controller included with the Pro version of the case. There aren't enough RGB headers to plug in the RGB of 3 more fans on the fan controller on the pro version though there are enough headers on the controller to power them. PC runs cool and quiet with my 5800x3D and my 7900xt. Glad I went with this case it looks really nice. The two things I wish they had included on the controller included with the PRO version was a way to Dim the RGB (you can turn it off with a long press of the button) and the ability to scroll both directions backwards/forwards through the color options. If you move off your preferred color setting you have to scroll through the whole menu of 20+ color options to get back to it. Thanks for the video.
hey, nice one!! QQ: for the RGB controler. I just connected extra 3 headers and it works with total of 8 fans with RGB. As to control button, I plugged in the RGB controler to motherboard and after long press now control it via motherboard software - hopefully that helps :)
I've been looking forward to Montech's King series since it was announced at Computex earlier this year. Yesterday (after seeing a review for the King 95 Pro on another channel and realizing that it was now available for purchase) I found it at NewEgg and bought the Black Pro model. I'm very excited & can hardly wait for it to arrive. Thanks for your review! 👍
gonna be putting my PC in this thing 2moz. I was never going to upgrade from the 280x as I love the thing but as I am a high end user... Cards nowadays are HUGE and far too big for the case unless I use no front fans which is something I was not willing to swap out. Cant wait to build in it.
I bought my son the White standard case. He loves it and for the price or £99 I though it was great value considering the design and access option. I myself am now considering buying the Pro for me 1 year old build in compliance for my next build later this year or early next
I have question have I plan to buy this one but my Asus tuf 7900xtx oc my sag from gpu wont work becouse there is down of gpu 3 fans so I must buy vertical mount for gpu?
Is the size of this case close to Lian Li O11 Mini or is it bigger closer to the Dynamic Evo? This case would be perfect for me if it’s smaller like the Mini because I wanted to downsize from my dynamic evo.
this case ads just pop up on my IG news, then got this review. I think this is what I need, Hyte Y60 or LianLi O11 can not fit my Noctua D15 and I want all 140mm on side, bottom and top because I already use Noctua industrial 140mm 3000rpm on my existing case Cougar Panzer Max
monster i just install everything. it was so simple. everything just clicked in place. is wide tho very wide! all of fans i set to 800rpm fixed. ryzen 7500 with 6750xt. and dark rock 4. gpu 61c , cpu temp 50c at max ! ambient temperature was 22. sad part is that my cpu cost the same as this case :/
Out of curiosity, when you moved the two 140mm fans to the front with the mesh front panel did you flip the fan position as those are set for intake? Seems to me that they would then be set to exhaust and would change the airflow.

Hey, you are 100% right! We will re-run the tests for tthe front mounted fans aftter flipping them and provide the results in the upcoming video.

I would love a Black(inside)/White(outside) version of that case
Montech is really on the track since my first built three years ago

Where did you get it?

Getting a blue non pro model, since I'm buying QX120 fans and an H150 AIO I don't need the extra fans or the controller
How did it turn out? Any drawbacks?
To me it brings more value (and a better look) than Lian Li and Hyte cases.
Got this on black week sale yesterday, black pro version!

it really is a good value case!
Honestly after the sky two I was like how can they top that? Oh boy I was wrong lol montech is really on a roll
Just ordered a Pro Black, get it by tues looks like, excited, its a case swap from an older Corsair Carbide Spec-04 full-temper glass case...
9:31 the door is removable. The manual shows you can pull it to the right to remove.

It’s Bigger then the mini but smaller then the evo. I would 100000% recommend this case. It’s easily an end game case
I am really interested in this case, without the fans. But I have 5 corsair fans already. Is there corsair reversed fans like montech ones???
not that I know off, either way just put them in. It wont really make any difference at all.
Thx u so much, great video ❤❤, ax 120 is normal fan different from rx 120 fan noted😉 👍

the timing is great haha. is there a reason you want to change from Panzer Max?
@@A2KMediamate. Did u also test the nzxt h6 flow? I'm undecided between these 2 cases...
