I understand. It's not the best explanation in the world but I get it now.
When you plug in your case to charge, it's only charging the case and NOT the earbuds. It's only until you unplug the case from the outlet that it will begin to charge the EARBUDS.
So you can have fully charged ear buds and a depleted case. But you won't know that unless you're paying attention to the light on the case to make sure it's at full charge and READY to charge the earbuds themselves.

Now I get it, thank you! Hope this solve my problem, but do you know how many hours it takes to be fully charged?
So, when the case is dead, what is next? I have two sets, one wont catch a charge, the other is golden.
Mine charges fine, it’s literally just the one airbud not charging correctly at all, idk why. The case works and all but it’s just one that won’t charge

Yes I'm sure some people have that user error, but the charging system on JLAB bluetooth earbuds are terrible. The charging cases fail often & the earbuds themselves fail often. I have purchased 3 of them & all of them have 1 earbud that will not charge anymore.
Thank you for reporting this. How long did you own the earbuds before they failed in each case?
Pretty sure if they're plugged into the wall eventually everything gets charged, idk if its all changing at once or what order it goes in.
My right earbud will not charge or work in general, the other will. It turns white when i put it in the case, then the light sometimes briefly turns blue but flickers out no matter what color. The other does kinda the same thing but it will slowly strobe blue afterwards. Im guessing the right one is broke. Still think they're good earbuds, mine i think lasted a year and a half or less maybe but thats probably just mine, they stay connected very well while some of my cheaper ones cut in and out horrendously if you do so much as put the connected device in your pocket. I like the ability to only use one too.

Unless it doesn't. For most of us, the CASE won't charge when you plug it into a block, and plug the block into an outlet. That's what we need support with.

Yaa.. Ryt now. Mine is, charger correctly. But when i put this 2 earbuds, it only charge for medium.. It wont go charger to full.. Not sure why... But even in full charged casing.. The 2 earphone doesnt go on full.. Always in medium... Might be a problem with charging port betwen the case and in earbuds... Hmmmm

Not sure.. I use it and it might last as far as 6 to 8hrs i think... For medium charge.. But not sure why its not fully charged..
Eeey. Just wanna update you about my JLAB AIRPOP. i really dnt know what happened but, ive charged it overnight. Then it came full charge now. I think its the battery from the case or i really dnt know which is the problem. Cause ive done a RESET button.. And here it is. It came back.. Thank God its ok now.. FULL CHARGE AGAIN. its 1yrs old..
