Thanks for the detailed review. I picked these up at Best Buy USA this week as many of the Jlab have a 50 percent reduction. The little app is really nice, and these sound great. The Go Air Pop has served me well, but these are even better. The ambient mode is nice.
Thank you for the review you're the best. I've been waiting for JLab to improve their sound quality it's good to hear that the 3 band EQ is now usable with other models the earbuds only sounded good in signature mode. The charging cable on the case is built like a tank it would take a lot to break it. Thanks again. 🤔👍💯
It was either too expensive back then, or they're designs were already finalized before they can implement it so adding it might screw some electronics inside. Sony kinda big dumb dumb for me, they had the multipoint for their latest Headphones but doesn't have it on their Earbuds.
Ya, it ticks me off... Nobody has made a "wrap-around ear" earbud that has Multipoint, which is what I'm needing. So much crap and yet NOT ONE company has done it.
I recently got these on sale @ Best Buy for $30, well that was a steal alone and I couldn’t refuse. The buds themselves are great! The fit feels real comfortable for my ears and love the sound! The controls can be a little confusing, but after a while I got use to it. I also love how you can change controls and sound levels through the Jlab sound app, even though the app is a bit slow. I also love the multi connection function, seeing as how I could only do that with Apple products. Even at $60, these are a total grab!
I work 12 hour shift in warehouse, bought some these 5 years ago had it for 2 years lost one of them so broke down got another pair lasted 3 years started dying fast, so just went got these pros, I LOVE THEM!, I’ve had $300 Sony ones Bose! Name them! I’ve had them these my favorite can’t even feel there in my ear, expensive brand hurt my ears
Jlabs have always been with good with the price range..and one feature I like is the eq setting... The rewind has always been my favorite one... And with yur reviews it always makes us confident that the product is decent enough ...
@@joshualewis2367 I have the jbuds air anc and they are good, but like anything else you want to see the latest version and it sucks these don't have anc.
I don't think you understand. They're PRO. It says so right there on the box. /s But in all seriousness, the competition below this price is nuts. Picked up a Tozo T6 pair with chi charging, 7 hour battery life, and ipx8 rating for under 25 bucks the other day.
Great review, as always, but I disagree that these are JLab's best. The Epic Air ANC from a couple of years ago throws every feature imaginable into the buds except for multipoint. These are the most underrated buds I've ever seen/heard. I'll try to list some of their features: Sound quality is awesome and infinitely tweakable in their app, which is 2nd to none, and I own all the big gorillas that everyone uses to compare others to. You can save 3 custom (10-band!) EQ modes, plus the built-in ones you mention and cycle through them through the touch controls. This is quite useful when listening to different music genres, podcasts, movies, and games (there's even a low latency mode). You have slides to adjust both ANC and ambient modes, 100% customizable touch controls, autoplay/pause in-ear detection, and display battery life. The battery life is impressively massive at 8 hrs/40 hrs w/case and features Qi wireless charging. That brings me to the downside, which is the size. The attractive and premium-looking leather-like case, and the buds themselves, are pretty big. There's no 5th jean pocket carry here. That's the price of a 40-hour run, I guess, but it also has the built-in charging cable. Also, it comes with a ton of ear tips, including foam ones. They also manage to do all this for under $100 msrp, but despite their age, they're still readily available and are usually on sale for much less. I think they were way underpriced and that JLab could have used the extra cash for beefing up their non-existent marketing budget.
Okay now u know I gotta buy these now 😂 😂, call me picky but no back play is a big one for me 😔. Like JLab really? Dude!? We should have gotten EVERYTHING 😂. But the price is right and I have always enjoyed JLabs earbuds and I'm like u Keith, I like not having to use another C charging cable. Thanks again for another great video dude!
The only device that I have actually found to work with multi pairing is the plantronics/Poly line of headphones. I even tried the Bose 700UC and it didn’t work properly. My Jabra Evolve 75 works ok. If their Multi pair works it’s monumental
It makes a difference. When mowing the lawn without it on, the lawnmower drowns out the music unless you have it on an unhealthy volume level. With it on, you can turn the volume down and the lawnmower is barely Audible. Or if you are at Walmart and turn it on, even without any music playing, it just takes away all the background noise. You'd be surprised how much more tolerable some places are when you can make them virtually quiet. Another nice thing about ANC is passthrough mode. When you get to the cashier at Walmart, just click a button and you can have a normal conversation with the cashier. It works really well, even on these cheap earbuds.
Grabbed these as a backup to keep at work. My daily drivers are Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I kind of spoiled myself so the massive sound quality downgrade killed these for me. Will be selling probably and keeping a pair of Buds2 in my desk. If you're not accustomed to higher level sound quality, these will suffice. If you are, they're pretty bad.
I'm a little confused by this. I just checked Amazon and you can get JBuds Air earbuds (without the "Pro") *with* ANC for $48. To release these *without* ANC and charge more for them doesn't really make a lot of sense.
I've been waiting for these for quite some time, but when I found out that Jlab skipped ANC broke my heart. Other than music ANC is my top priority. Do you think there's any chance Jlab will put out an updated version?
@@maksymvinyarskyy2813 this rubber rings called find look crap. A bit of sweat or vigorous movement, these will work free and slide out. You need wing tips like the beats fit pro
You should check out the Yamaha l700a Bluetooth headphones bought these from Amazon and I absolutely love them premium feel 360 audio loudness anything I've ever heard bass is excellent and apparently nobody in the US have reviewed these
Bought these on a whim after my mifo 5s went out on me from 4 years of use. I don't recommend. They fit chunky. U can't touch the outsides without something activating or volume being affecting. Furthermore if it is windy outside ur ears sound like someone is screaming in them.
What the heck is that "USB cable"....? That's NOT a standard USB A connection? Also, it's "Pro" because it has Multipoint Connection, the others don't.
Jlab have put out an ANC version of these..while the multipoint feature is what I have initially bought it for, I must admit that the sound is kinda..disappointing. NO bass. None.. and trust me I do LOVE my jBUDd Air ANC 2nd gen which has a nice bass. But these air pro are smaller, and it sounds smaller. Size does matter apparently.
Bought the j lab go air when I first started looking at wireless earbuds and they were straight garbage. Didn’t stay in your ears and sounded terrible. Will never buy a j lab product again
For the price these are decent. Sick of being paranoid about losing a pair of air buds. If you lose these it’s not the end of the world.
That's exactly how I think "if I lose these it's not a big deal"

if JLab can put in multipoint on a pair of $50, why are other companies leaving it off?
