Hi, Lindsay, I totally love my single placer tip from Diamond Art Club. I agree total game changer for placing drills. I can't wait to try another new tip from DAC. 🖊🖋🖊🖋
I love my 6/7 placer tip from DAC! I used washi to secure it to my pen. Been afraid to try replacing the "non-replaceable" single tip in my DAC pen, but I'll have to try it after seeing this video.
I will definitely be purchasing the DAC metal tip when it is restocked. I would love to see a demonstration of the metal tip while you are diamond painting! 😊
Lindsay, I cannot thank you enough for showing these tips and giving feedback. I was apprehensive about them because of the shape of the multiplayer. Now you have me sold. I want to get the single placer tip and the multiplacers.
So how are these different than what you get in their pack of stainless steel tips? Is it just the size? Or are they made differently that these new ones work better?
I’ve recently learned to multi place with a seven placer, which is what I prefer at the moment, but the tip is deep, therefore it gets putty all over my canvas! I’m purchasing the DAC stainless steel set, because the tip on those placers are shallow, making it easier to multi place.
I have both sizes of multiplacers and I agree that they are game changers…I don’t usually multiplace as I mainly use a single tip but I have been enjoying using them off and on a lot
My favorite tip is the DAC stainless steel single placer. I love DAC four placer but break them often. I think I will get notified for the 6 placer tip.
I adore my DAC metal 6 (yes 7) Placer tip! I want to get more when they release bigger ones! Thanks Lindsay for showing these helpful hints for making them fit! ❤ from 🇨🇦
I have the 2 placer and 6 placer and they are great. They are the best tips I've used from a variety of 'slim metal' or plastic tips. My only wish is that they came with the washers to secure them in the pen.
I like the metal one-placer tip and would like to try the multiplacer. Has used washi to have it fit better, but still hate the little wiggle that’s still there. Has to try the gun!
Thank you for the pen tip tutorial. I use a thin metal 6 Placer in a plain kit pen and I think I am going to love the new diamond art club multi players. I want so badly to use putty's but don't like the way it leaves some on the drills. ❤
Not sure what size tip i prefer. But i can deffently see me actually using multiplacer tips in the future with the metal ones. Currently i'm only using normal single placer. I can't get the multi placer plastic to work for me because of the space bestween my drills that i think they leave almost no matter how i use them. If you have some tips for me for using them i would love the help 😅Loved the video! SO helpful! ❤
Can you please make a video to see it how actually works? I want to see what kind of hand movement should you make when using the new metal one.Please.I can't find any other video with the new multiplacer 😢
Sure I can make a close up video using the tips! If you would like to see it right away, I was using the 6/7 placer in my last wip and chat and you can see how I use the pen in that video if you scroll somewhere in the middle 😊
All the pens I have are from Amazon and the single tip I bought won’t fit into the pens. Should I use the pliers and try to force it in? Or try a different pen?
I purchased the 3 and 6 placer tips from DAC. I actually just received them yesterday. I am still in the multi placing learning curve so I'm most comfortable using up to a 6 placer. Buuuuut.... I also ordered a 10 placer tip from Everlasting Tips and that too just came in yesterday. I'm very ex to try all of them. I do have one question. When you use your glue gun to put your tips in and decide to change your tips to a different pen how do you get the residue of the glue out of your pen? I have been strictly using washi tape only because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the glue out of the pen. Thanks for doing the video.
I love my metal 10 multiplacer tip and the square metal tip. I haven't had the opportunity to try DAC's but they look amazing! I hope they also release some larger multiplacers. Maybe I'd try a larger than 10 if that happened!
@@EmeraldsandFairyLights thank you so much - greatly appreciated. I’m a fan from Melbourne Australia! It’s nearly 9am here, so I appreciate your response at, what I can imagine, is late at night for you!
Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever bought any metal tips that fit securely without hot glue or washing tape to adjust. I prefer this because I would rather they fit with help than don’t fit and my pen can’t use them. Diamond Art Club has said they will be making new tips that have a screw on method with their pens so they will always fit securely.
Not a fan of their two placer. I need something a little thicker so maybe they can do both a thin and a wide tip.... They send thin plastic tips sooo I also don't use them either.
As a machinist ive considered making my own tips, now that ive learned how quick these sold out i may see a business opportunity

Thank you for sharing the new tips. I've been curious about them. Definitely plan on buying some when they're back in stock

I have used metal tips for awhile but they are so heavy! I just got DACs 6 placer metal tip and I LOVE IT! So thin and lightweight
I will definitely be purchasing the DAC metal tip when it is restocked. I would love to see a demonstration of the metal tip while you are diamond painting! 😊

I absolutely love the new DAC 2 placer tip. Can’t wait to try the 6 placer 😊
So how are these different than what you get in their pack of stainless steel tips? Is it just the size? Or are they made differently that these new ones work better?
I do prefer a plastic 4 tip placer but have been using a 6 tip placer lately too.
Great tips and tricks, I have the DAC 3 and 6 tips and its a game changer 🙌 ❤ my 4 tip is my favourite 😍

I love the metal single Placer tip from DAC. Want to try their multi Placer tips
I just started using multiplacer tips regularly! I’d love to try the new ones!
I have both sizes of multiplacers and I agree that they are game changers…I don’t usually multiplace as I mainly use a single tip but I have been enjoying using them off and on a lot
Thank you for sharing i be for sure ordering those multi places as they come back in stock 😊
I love your tip about using the hot glue! I’ve only tried the washi tape method but I’ll definitely be trying hot glue next time.
I like thin metal tips. I break off plastic ones. I want to try DACs new tips and Jaded Gem Shops forever sticky tips.
I prefer a 7 tip & this new one from DAC has become my fave!
I like the plastic tips so far, I haven’t tried a metal tip set yet!

Thanks for the tip about the hot glue gun! I just may try that next time. I like metal multi placers!
I like to use the skinny plastic 7 tip. However I am also loving the new stainless 6 and 4 placers
I have the 2 placer and 6 placer and they are great. They are the best tips I've used from a variety of 'slim metal' or plastic tips. My only wish is that they came with the washers to secure them in the pen.
I like using 4,6,7,9,10, in placer tip on my pens I like both plastic & metal.
I like the metal one-placer tip and would like to try the multiplacer. Has used washi to have it fit better, but still hate the little wiggle that’s still there. Has to try the gun!
I love a metal single placer tip. I have never multiplexed.
I've been looking @ the six( tip)
wondered how thin it was to the plastic! Now I will wait for them to come back in stock cause they look great .

I have only tried the plastic tip so far. I have a couple of metal ones that I bought off Amazon but I might just have to try DAC’s new tips ❤
Thanks for the info
I love a metal 10 placer tip!
Haven't tried the metal tips I'm new to diamond painting. I have used the plastic 4 place so 4 would be nice.
Merci pour cette vidéo très instructive ! J'utilise généralement les tip en métal de 4 et de 7 mais ceux en plastique de DAC son très biens.
Bisous ❤️

I just got a 5 placer and pen from DAC, but why don't their multiplexers fit exactly in their pens????
All the pens I have are from Amazon and the single tip I bought won’t fit into the pens. Should I use the pliers and try to force it in? Or try a different pen?
I really regret not getting the 6 and 3 placer 😢

Could I please ask where you purchased the pen with the panda on it? So cute! I really needed this video - it’s so helpful! Thank you!

Tip ~ 3 or 4 placer (metal) 😊
I prefer a 4 placer tip but I’ve never really tried metal tips.
Can use them on penpal pens because I want to know can you use Metal placer ?
@@Raykiid101 most pens are made to fit this type of tip, but you may need to secure with hot glue or washi tape
Ok I will tried at thanks👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@EmeraldsandFairyLightsok I will try at thanks use washi tape
Ok so what pens do these tips actually fit?

I've tried hot glue with my metal tips and it doesn't work for me. It does work for my plastic tips. I'm definitely a fan of the washi tape.
I prefer the 4 placer tip.

They send thin plastic tips sooo I also don't use them either.
I prefer metal tip. Ever since ive tried it, i dumped my plastic tips
