      Hey Ankur,
      Best productivity hack.
I have been raised in such a manner, My dad is an government retired employee, since my childhood I have been told to note down the things on pen and paper, as it is the official things that remains forever(Until and unless someone misbehaves with that peace of paper.)
So that was what I was raised up with. What is the new hack that I do append in my life is. I also do work from home for an Reputed firm, So whenever its like I cannot do any of more part being in my office desk, sitting in front of my machine. I usually take small breaks, the breaks comes with a small timer.
Let me say like 30 min. So I do schedule a timer for 30 min and then in those 30 min I do have my full
potential not to think of office and get indulge in some or the other activity( Usaully I prefer reading Novel [Currently I am on Eleven Minutes] or the other thing that I usually do is either play some game or feed some street dogs. )
Once the timer is over its not that I force myself that hey I need to get to the office right away. I slowly
take a sip towards office so that that fun of getting back and working again does not go away.
Also sometimes I do play some instruments so that that can sothen my mind and make me relax.
As per the video the 25 is to 5 minute exercise. I do have that exercise but its a bit tweeked in my manner. I do walk on my roof specially during night hours. As I do have seen that the people do have a tendency of not walking on there roof and walking on the roads. And when I do walk on the roof I get some more Ideas that I usually note down on notes on my phone.
Thanks a lot man. You are really doing some gem of a work. Hope to meet you soon and work with you in life.
      Regards.
      KD

few productivity hacks I use :
    1. Separate your room into different "zones" for different types of work
    - this is helpful especially for people with different different interests (especially students)
    - my zones : Coding zone (table and chair), reading zone (chair for sitting, and bed for supporting legs), study zone (on the floor with pad), phone zone (on the opposite side of the floor).
    - ONLY do one thing in each zone. eg:- don't use phone in study zone and don't study in phone zone.
    - this ties with Ankur Sir's "environment" tip. bcz once you are in the zone, your mind will automatically know what to do in that place.
    - if you have a huge house, then ideally you split each room for each work.
    - NEVER use your bed for anything other than sleep. You should use your bed ONLY to sleep and nothing else.
    2. Meditation
    - Helps you be mindful
    - helps you to snap back to reality very quickly whenever you get lost in thoughts (and we easily lose attention to thoughts these days)
    - helps you get into the flow state easily
    3. Solitude (most important)
    - Trust me when i say this changed my life completely
    - whenever you have nothing to do, or when you are facing boredom, but you don't want to do work either.... then just sit simply
    - eg:- when you waiting in the line, when you are waiting for this bus, when you are walking to work etc.
    - don't open your phone, don't read newspaper, don't plug in your earphones. Just sit (or stand) there. You don't have to be productive all the time. Solitude is the most important skill that we humans lost overtime due to technology
    - we start to contemplate life and take the necessary decisions to make progress. We start to see things for what they are instead of blindly following a plan we made long ago. If today i am at a level of clarity and enlightenment, it is bcz of this practice only.
    - this is also helpful to increase attention span. In today's world, everybody is using their phone even in slight boredom, and now their attention span is so messed up. It affects relationships, work and almost every aspect of life. We don't want to be like that.
    - so try to do nothing everyday. make it a practice to be alone and doing nothing for atleast one hour a day. it'll truly change your life, trust me.

    Hi Ankur,
The productivity hack I personally abide to is I clean my desk and remove things that might distract me. According to scientific research, filling your study or work table with blue and red colors improved brain performance. Red was found to increase attention to detail while blue sparks creativity. Surrounding my workplace with these colors benefits my brain and is also pleasing to my eye.

    1. I write down my goals for the year using Evernote journal

    3. I create weekly goals based on that.
    4. I write daily points about the things I'm doing.

    1. Waking up to a sound of Omkar which makes me feel peaceful & doesn’t irritate me unlike any other tune.
    2. Giving myself small treats like My favourite chocolate as a kid I used to love & rewarding my taste buds for doing some good work which was important for me.
    3. Speaking less & practice of staying silent while thinking & recording my own voice for my long term goals or a format of self talk.

My productivity hack is to sit with my parents in between intense working hours, for short breaks of 10-15 minutes. It evokes feelings of gratitude and support, which further encourages me to be fearless and know that I am blessed.

My favourite productive hacks is no 8:-respect your environment because when all the things around you are in their right place and kept well your attention doesn't go there agin and again and it save you from disturbance. Because it work for me in that way... When my surrounding are not good and any thing that is no in there right place my mind tegers me again and again I get stuck on that particular thing since until I not keep the thing at there right place. 😊

    Hii Ankur,
Self WhatsApp Group is an all-time favourite of mine from the last one year. I got to know this productivity hack from you one year back & believe me; it helped me a lot.
    Why my All-time Favorite:
-It works as a digital diary for me for writing important things than trying to remember them.
-Another genuine reason why it's my all-time favourite is that I am terrible at remembering things & this self Whatsapp group always helps me there.

The productivity hack which works wonder for me actually you also share in this video is maximizing the productive environment.
Earlire, I used to feel sleepy when I did any work on bed. After realizing this thing, I changed my habit. Now I get to bed only while sleeping, rest I use proper table and chair for my studies. I forgot to mention that I am a student. So this one thing, I have been doing since 1.5 years and trust me it seriously changed my productivity. Now I can have a bigger seating time than earlier and obviously it improves my scores. Now I am able to distinguish between study time and free time with this hack.

Hey Ankur, here are my 2 cents to your video:
Essence of productivity has 2 steps: 1. Clarity of thought and purpose, 2. Sustainable Kick!
    Hence my productivity hacks:
    1. Keep your mind decluttered. Through meditation(mindfulness). Not remembering to-do lists. Decluttering your environment. Also, beginning with end in mind works miracles in understanding when the task is complete. Morning Exercise helps in being in the moment throughout the day.
    2. 'Kick' is something that keeps the mind deeply engaged for extended periods. Something you feel when you approach the deadline or after having a espresso. It is also derived from the work at hand. I have seen myself completing a week's tasks in straight 4 hours! So when I looked back what made me do this work in such short time? It was mostly a kind of "Good Stress"(Cortisol) that just makes you a superhuman in the sense that in that mode, nothing distracts you. Such a 'kick' can be artificially created by fooling your own brain with a false sense of alarm.
    3. You have enough times highlighted the power of 2 min. rule. If something can be done in 2 min., do it right away.

    Hi Ankur Sir,
    Productivity Hack no.11;
I meditate 🧘‍♂️ twice a day at the start and end of the day only for 10 mins, it really helps me alot to start and end my day with calmness and positivity.
    Productivity Hack no.12;
I don't know whether you will consider this as a hack or not but still I will mention it.
    I wake up at 4 in the morning, which literally gives me 2 hours in the morning which are irreplaceable throughout the day. I dedicate that 4-6am slot totally to me;
Drink warm water, Meditate 🧘‍♂️, Sing and then workout.
This two hack significantly boosts my productivity throughout the day.

Respect your environment has to be my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE.
I am a MBBS student and I had a huge mental block about using the library and study rooms in my college.
This was because I had (deep down in my head) judged the students who went and never identified with that behaviour. That is until I actually used the study rooms and library.
Then one day , I was very tensed before my anatomy exam and just couldn't study in my room. so I went to the library and used it in that extreme frustration.
And there was no looking back ever. It was love at first sight.
I realised that whenever I tried to study in the room , psychologically one part of my brain was fighting with me to go to my bed. and whenever something got hard I used to just go to my bed and eventually sleep.
But in the library, there was no such option. Moreover I was now surrounded by students who were there to study specifically and this only motivated me more to study. The state of flow I reached was fabulous.
I enjoyed the whole experience throughly.
Moreover I realised the library is actually the place to study .
And everyone who is present there , is there to study . So we really bounce off each others energy and there is a Synergism and your focus levels reach heights you have never experienced before.
Also I realised that in my room whenever I studied , it was not necessary that my roommate also was studying at the same time and she did not in my case .
So whenever I was, there would be one weird awkwardness where she really couldn't socialise with her friends properly , or talk on the phone freely because I would be disturbed .
And I also had this feeling of being watched , when I was studying . So I was never at ease either. Not that anybody watched me . It was just something I felt and I denied it to myself until I went to the library.
Today I always study at the library without any inhibitions.
So yeah the environment can help you not be dependent on your motivation i.e. If you choose it wisely and with awareness.

my favorite productivity hacks are documenting everything, allowing me to get back to the same ideas, contexts, and thoughts by just reading whatever I have documented whenever I continue the same work and managing the environment that requires less motivation to be productive. Generally, every work has some initial resistance which can be almost diluted by a productive or managed environment.

    Hey Ankur!
My favourite from your 1* 0 hacks is calendar management, I loved since the day I got to introduced in corporate life. Following it religiously made my life better.
    1. *Turning off the app notifications:* Only WhatsApp/Texts notifies me and all the groups/ broadcasters are muted to avoid pings. No other unproductive apps are allowed notification. This helps me not to jump to unnecessary things unless I want them to be.
    2. *Log Out from Social Media* I log out of my instagram/linkedIn/facebook/twitter whenever I'm done using. This helps me as another step to stop and use only when important or ultra free.
Hope this help others to be more productive. Hit like if this helps you or you find it useful.

    Hello Sir
I follow "The 5 second Rule"
Whenever a thought comes to mind or its scheduled on my calender on a specific time, without thinking about it, I just start doing the task and then it gets with the flow.
As study stays our mind is distracted by thousand of ways and a thought stays in our mind for just first 5 seconds. You are most likely to procrastinate after that. So just get up from where you are and get it done ✅

    1. My productivity app is " Instapaper " . After completing my daily routine I sit down to find interesting articles , news etc. on the internet and this app helps me to save the same . When I have completed all my tasks I read those saved articles and like those which I think is important .
    2. I do not Pomodoro rather I use Flowmodoro . It is opposite to Pomodoro ,where we use timer , here we use stopwatch and study until we get distracted . After that we stop the stopwatch and divide the total time we studied by 6 for calculating the break time . I like it because it is progressive in nature i.e. the more time we study the more break time we get .

Thank you so much Ankur sir for all the content you deliver .
Being an entrepreneur I use all the 10 hacks which you told but I want to develop a consistency like you. So that I can add more value to our business and nurture a good family as I am mother also.
My productivity hack beyond these 10 hacks is " keeping minimum people in my life" but handle from heart ❤️
This hack helped me through out in my life because I always focused on my studies and did top in all the 3 board exams , 8th( HBSE) 10th, and 12th, and I was 1st girl( student) from my village who got admission in University college of Kurukshetra University.I scored 1st division in MSc (applied mathematics). Then I applied it in my working years also .
    2013-17 ( mathematics lecturer)
    2017-2020 ( business analyst)
And now I am an entrepreneur.
Me and my husband made a profitable business in 2020 which was our side hustle since 2014.
    This hack

Loved the video. My favourite productivity hack from the list was to send emails to future yourself. Definitely going to start doing it myself.
The hacks that I use now are somewhat similar to yours, I use the app Planner from Microsoft, which is also linked to my outlook. I put each and every email which needs me to take any action in the tasks/planner by giving myself a deadline. They could be personal or professional.
One of the most important things that I have learnt in the last few years is to NEVER MULTITASK. I believe it makes us less efficient.
Another thing is that I always do the easiest tasks first because it gives me a sense of achievement which keeps me motivated.

    My productivity hack:
I set two reminders for any of my daily routine task...first one is the pre-reminder which is about 15-30 minutes before the actual reminder and the second one is on the right time.
This helps me to make my mind for upcoming tasks and do them in an effective manner.

    Hi Ankur sir,
My favourite productivity hack after writing everything down is to follow INTERMITTENT fasting. Not necessarily, fasting for 16 hours or so but atleast 12 hours. How it helps me is that, as majority of us are foodies hence once we remove the temptation of eating something, I am totally in 'the zone'. I am a oral surgeon and it has helped me a lot during my postgraduation exams!
Thanks for sharing these hacks, will try to follow majority of these

    Hello Ankur sir,
I always feel that the mindset and the thoughts we have when we wake up in the morning really affects our productivity.
Two productivity hacks that I implement and has worked for me immensely are -
    1. As soon as i wake up,i go to my balcony/terrace and just stand there for 5 minutes. I cant explain it in words how effective this has been. It just calms your mind instantly, the fresh air just refreshes your whole system and you feel ready for the day.
    2. After this, I try to read for a while, I try to read something positive or inspiring when i wake up. I generally read a book for about half an hour and that has really helped me in increasing my productivity throughout the day. It keeps me in a positive mindset and that really motivates me to start my day with the right attitude.

Hi Ankur, Thanks for the tips.
Here's my all time productivity hack, during any process.
    1. To clearly jolt down | the process | Time frame | desired result |
    2. What it takes to be the best possible version i desire to be during the process, in terms of habits both physically and mentally
    3. Now align my habits and energies to be the best possible version of myself to justify the process 100% i'm up for
When the process become inevitable, so is the result and best part is that we end up at zone where we start loving the process in itself, the entire routine, regime will be pleasurable enough.
During such process(s) this is what i figured out 👇
"Excuse is something that can liberate the mind instantly and make it suffer in the long run
Pain is inevitable in the process of no excuse mode
Taking no pain from having no excuses is peace"
    || live the process || live the peace ||

Not sure if you have given away the prize, irrespective, I have 2 one from me and other why I liked yours, so #1 this is my productivity hack. I call it RTW: Relational Task Work. This works on anything, be it physical work or on guys like us working on systems all the time ;). What does it mean and how it works? For example lets say you have a grocery or shopping / task list of items you need from various shops (be it Wal-mart, Costco or even Amazon (I have 10 wish-list in Amazon catering to what I need / want in which month) sorry I am in North America so all these store sell unique products / quantities and that complicates for savvy person like me), based on my distance from wherever I am coming from be it home or work, I need to get these list of items on the way, I set my task/grocery list of items in iCloud Notes in the form of checklist which I need for the next 7-15 -30 days. When I head out or start tasks I check the list and figure out which items or task that are related / on the way I can get done when I am coming from. I pick those items / perform those tasks and saves my time and energy and gas(petrol).
Ok from yours, I found your Whatsapp hack to be most unique. I follow some N.American productivity folks lekin Hindustani dimag ko kaun beat karsakta hai. I just created that self whatsapp group. Boy I had been searching for this self group for ages (those PAN cards to CA and bank karmachaaris and voice notes and my Einstien brain sometimes comes with needs to be captured) and your was a workaround that blew my mind. You really need to tip Mr. Zuckerberg for this 😀.

Thank you for these. My favorite hacks are using calendar to schedule and add reminders and using what's app groups to collate information, guides, notes etc and also to create flows for my courses.
Some hacks I use to improve my productivity and focus are
. Using the Deal, Delegate,Defer and Dump rules to handle any paperwork, post or email so I only handle it once. Calendar and Google Keep are useful for these in case I use the Defer option
. I make use of productivity groups or collaborate with a friend for focussed activity using pomodoro if possible. So a brief grounding for five mins followed by focussed uninterrupted work for 25 mins, stretching and breathing then again focussed work
. Using a circular clock approach to planning my day, my speeches, my articles, notes, content. This was taught by Eric Edmeades and I have almost given up writing linear notes for anything

my favourite productivity hack is ALARM-CLOCK-METHOD because every hour the alarm goes on, it reminds me that i now need to write down whatever i did in my past hour and thus it creates a sense of responsibility, a credibility to whatever i'm doing. it had worked wonderful for me during my exam-preparation days and helped me study around 10 hours . also by writing down things i had done during the past hour, it gives mw sense of fulfillment and accomplishment as well.
also everyday after finishing my goals of that day, i reward myself with something at last which helps me to do the work again the next day .
hope this tool might help some people here as well.

My biggest productivity hack: Completing the most difficult tasks at the start of the day. (e.g. difficult projects/emails). This ensures maximum productivity, energy saving, and correct time utilization. The smaller and less important tasks can be done post this, which anyway require less energy and time. So, eventually, all tasks for the day are completed without any wastage of time and energy and most importantly, ensuring mental peace and satisfaction which gives you the strength to get ready for the next day!
Your content makes me all the more realize, the value of knowledge and time! Thank you!

    Hello sir,
One of the productivity hack that I use on day to day basis is - I use to prioritize my TO-DO-LIST according to the task's urgency and importance and allot them time according to that basis , which helps me to mange my time properly .
From this video, I learned about the pomodoro technique and I would love to implement it because when I use to study for long hours continuously, I get distracted easily in between. And as this technique talks about working for a while (25min) and then rest for 5 min, which can definitely help me to concentrate more and be more productive at what I do.

    Hello Ankur sir,
Basically, I am in college right now 1st-year student, there are many hacks I used in my life,
    1. Following 15 min meditation daily, it doesn't matter day or night but in silence.
    2. Not using Instagram from the past 2 months, and to be honest it gave me so much time in my life, due to this I also started my own youtube channel regarding education. (it depend on choice kisi ke liye bhaut jruri hota hai but i can't find anything ki iske bina zindgi ruk jayegi ya growth).
    3. I have an start-up idea just now, its in the research phase, Let's see how it works.
    4. After this video I started your calendar thing in my routine, so I know like kis kis time per ky kaam krna hai, btw I am already following pomodoro apps.
    5. I write daily tasks and my upcoming things in my diary by pen and paper just old school habit.
    6. I don't know like bolna chaiye ya nhi But I follow NO FAP. and I see practical benefits from it , like it increases my focus, my health and many more.
Your all hacks are amazing and based on practical approach.

Pt#1 a)- 15-20 min meditation gives me a calm mind and able to concentrate on days work.
    b) 30-40 min walk in evening - to keep heart rate pumping !!
    c) First 20 min on weekday1- check thru Week calendar and keep a work note -- it can be 'to-do' list as per your hack.
    d) Sunday night- check all credit card usage status. pay off bills which you have spent over the week (if possible). It wont give you 'Jor ka Jhatka' in monthly bills and keep your spending nature in check.
    e) 20 min on salary day night-- schedule all billings/txn to avoid any charges.
    Pt#2) i liked hack # 2,3 - useful for reminders/to-do & hack#8 - power naps - it really recharges body.

For me, it's about having a wind-up and a wind-down routine. The first 30 minutes of work are spent catching up with emails and messages and responding to them. Similarly, the last 30 minutes are spent planning for the next day. The wind-up routine helps by removing all the "boring" stuff out of the way and the wind-down routine helps to set definite targets for the next day.

We might think working longer hours means we’re getting more done, but we never work as well when we’re burned out. Studies show taking regular breaks helps concentration and boosts your mood. Therefore I take a five-minute walk around the office, or spend 15 minutes grabbing mid-afternoon coffee. that's how i increase my productivity 🦉❤

9: Respecting the environment - I like this hack the most because if the environment is not proper I lose focus easily.

I learned about this one concept from Robin Sharma’s book ‘The 5 AM club’ - Where Mr Robin Sharma emphasises on the 20-20-20 principle to be followed at 5 AM in the Morning..
I have tweaked this a bit, And I prefer to call it The 30 -20-10 rule which you can follow at any point in time of the day..
30 minutes of something that makes you sweat, may it be a walk or jog or run or workout.
20 minutes of something that makes You smarter, Example reading or listening to a podcast or something like that
And finally 10 minutes of meditation which relaxes your mind and makes you calmer
And you can do these activities either simultaneously or anyhow You wish during the day
    God Bless 😇🙏

    Hey Ankur,
Sharing my favorites productive hacks (may be it helps to anyone) 😁
1- Keeping your fav song/music on alarm is important but also keep your mobile on some distance after setting alarm so that when alarm rings in morning, instead of turning it off and sleep again (which actually happens with so many people), you have to wake up and go to the mobile alarm and then turn off (in that few sec/min, your laziness goes far away).
2- Try to wake up atleast by 7.30 or 8ishhhh (uske phele uthne walo ko to salute hai boss🤩) and Taking warm water exact after waking up and atleast 10mins of doing some activity (like walking, skipping, simple yoga or may be sitting with yourself - trust me it will change your whole life ka maksad, i mean life perspective) is the best start of your productive day.
3- Dressing up for no reason to my fav hack (isse jo kaam na krne ka socha ho wo bhi ho jata hai) 😂
Thank you for this video, wese to i have lots chhote mote good productive hacks as you mentioned we all this kinda tips but above mentioned tips are kick start for any productive day as per me ...

Hello Ankur, the productivity hack that works for me is giving my initial 2-5 mins to start the task at hand. Irrespective of the difficulty the task possesses. It is when you contribute unwavering focus to the initial stage of any task you are able to push yourself and make the most out of any task. Sometimes, the motivation to get started is all you need.
The hack that I loved the most is not remembering all the things that one has to do, being able to keep your mind free from the burden of any lists and having them on your calendar will prove beneficial.

Results - I stopped blaming myself that I forgot this n that and ultimately I became more relaxed n focused on important things only.
    2. What'sup Group with wife - To track Temperature of my baby. It helps to maintain history of your baby and convey same to Doctor in 1 Go.
    3. Sending mails to oneself in future - I send mail to myself 5 minutes before important meeting with points which I need to present or ask to people.
Because in Public MOM u can't put everything n at that time of meeting sometimes u can't find notepad or it gets corrupt.

    Productivity hacks that helped me:
    1. Counting upto 3 and then quickly starting the thing that I have to do. (This technique imparts some sort of discipline in us and forces us to do things even when we do not feel motivated)
    2. Doing light exercise or taking a walk after waking up ( Gives our mind a jump start)
    3. Completing the most important task of the day first.
( We have limited willpower so it's better to start important things first)
Edit: Also writing down one thing that you are grateful for everyday keeps us in a postive mindset.

Hello sir, using technology like "pomodoro" & "Forest" app is my favourite productivity hack. I use it when i am studying and sometimes it happens that the task/topic/chapter takes too much time than required, then i feel exhausted and tired, but the task isn't done. With the pomodoro, i feel more focussed and able to complete tasks within the time without getting much exhausted. Forest app is kinda similar, focus time n short break n repeat. what i love abt this is its designing, its animation, its vibe to keep going positively. I can keep tracks of how much time i gave to my tasks, where i have to improve. These small things keep me productive and make me confident too! thank you sir, your content is superb , i learn a lot through yr videos!

    Hi Ankur,
Really loved your video. I already follow using calendar, making work environment.
My favourite are following pomodoro and using tech, and taking 30mins break to break the day with meditation instead of nap.
    What I do is-
In my meditation break, I take 15 30mins cool off relaxing breathing exercise/meditation practice to charge myself, sometimes I sleep in that time while doing it and sometimes I don't. At the end I come out with a rested body and relaxed brain.
I also try to do some self care during work breaks like simple desk stretch and taking suppliments etc to make myself feel that I'm taking care of myself and not just work. I try to use my small breaks to show up for my mom and pet so that they feel I'm there and not just physically there.
I also use morning alarm with a new song from Spotify everyday so it is a new rhythm everyday just like our day. I have google assistant routine in my alarm which tells me about my calendar and tasks for the day while I sip water or brush my teeth. I find it really helpful cause I don't want to start my day checking my phone.
    Hope this helps others

My fav productivity hack is the 1st one.. don't rely on your brain to remember everything,, I hav been following this hack from few yrs and find it very useful.
Ex - buying groceries on daily basis help my little fam and have a reminder on my phone to order before the cut off time,
Take tab on time, take my son to activity class on weekend on a certain time, pay bills before a certain cut off, and i have also calenderized events for my hubby and self..

My personal favorite productivity hack among the list is creating the "Self Group"
    Reason:-
This hack was mentioned by you in a old video where I find it very nice. I use it in the same way you do like keeping flight tickets, covid vaccination certificate, personal documents and other important documents and images.

Making My Thought Crystal Clear Daily -One amazing productivity hack which I use (that is properly not explained in the video) is that whenever any thought (constructive or not) come to me while I am studying or working I allot the fixed time to it when I will definitely think on it. And that time is at the night while I sit for meditation.
Before doing meditation I do clear all the confusion, all thoughts , ideas of the day (nd that too in meditating posture, meditating environment) .
This habit end my all confusion daily and make my mind empty nd cristal clear.
This is proved to be biggest productivity hack for me sir.

    Hi Ankur,
The productivity hack I use most is using a singular digital database, like Notion, to maintain all records related to professional and personal life.
As it has various tools incorporated within it hence every page can be treated as a individual space be it to store ideas or track expenses or making notes or calendar or making dashboard and so on. Best part is, it accessible from Mobile and Laptop both and with help of a single search button i am able to find all the related documents.
    Thanks,
    Avinanda

Yes , I have a hack which is not included in this- I use to draw a Urgent-Not urgent, important-Not Important matrix daily on my to do list which makes me to work out the things in a better sequence. Also. I use to create LABELS in my Email Inbox for various different documents so that i can save time in searching the email . I got that very easily . I learned this from Whatsapp Business- Quick Replies Options. Your video was quite awesome I learnt new hacks. thank u so much Mr. Warikoo.

As you said about taking break during the work, it's a worth productive hack..!
But mine is little different when I'm done with my large energy draining work I usually go out to the place where I've no phone, no another person. Only me and my thoughts and this place is often near the river or a train bridge.
After sitting 15-20mins and talking with my thoughts I just get up and back to my work..!
This works to be max version of myself.!
    .
    .
This is my favourite productivity hack that I usually do!

    Hello Ankur sir and Team
During your speech, you mentioned the Pomodoro technique. My productivity depends heavily on that technique. Currently, I am an undergrad student, so for me, the word "productive day" means that I finished at least 10 Pomodoros during the day. Due to the training of my mind. I am used to the Pomodoro clock because during those 25 minutes nothing exists except me and my work.

    hello sir,
I would like to mention hack 3 as one of the favs. hack coz setting up a calendar a day or week prior
    - provides a clear mind map of what ought to be done
    - eliminates or reduces the feeling of not adding value to my day (or that I wasted an entire day) - thus no guilt or regret
    - don't have to stress about remembering things and can focus on tasks at hand thus improving efficiency
    - no wastage of time thinking of task to be done next in the day
hacks that I think work for me
    - spending the 1st few hours in nature after waking up - energizes the body and activates brain cells (like a reminder that the day has begun)
    - switching on the toggle - 'do not disturb'
    - studying in a room w/ almost no noise
    :)

    Hey Ankur,
So here is my kinda normal bit unusual yet effective productivity hacks. So I tend to change my clothes according to my work. I know it sounds normal but hear me, if I'm going to gym I'll put on a track suit or some sportswear, if I'm trying to meditate or do some breathing work I'll change into some loose, light colour clothes, if I've a meeting or presentation I'll put on some casual office wear or if I'm cooking or making something than wearing an apron is must. I know it sounds normal, but it kinda helps me change my mindset, my thinking..in a way. Since I'm a student.. I know I tend to escape from many things.. not going to gym or doing breath work but once I put on my clothes it's all gone and in a way I'm whole new person tbh..!
Hope you have a great one!
    Cheers!

'Documenting everything' is the productivity hacks that i have been using from past 6 months and it has proved to be a life changer for me...now i dont think too much of things i have to do throughout the day...I write whatever bothers me and in the next very minute i go back doing my work with less distractions and sheer focus.
Thanks Mr. Warikoo for acting like a pathfinder in my journey of being more productive each passing day. 'Conquer 1 day @ a time' is what i learned from you and other mentors whom i admire.🙂

    Hi Ankur,
I liked the 10th hack that you mentioned about alarm, keeping some beautiful song for the alarm.
    My hacks are:
    🎯 DON'T EAT TOO MUCH:
    - Especially at the afternoon, this makes us sleepy most of the time and reduce productivity.
    🎯 HAVING GRATITUDE:
    - This makes you feel happy for what you are, you should happy for you are breathing, you have woke up, you can walk and so on.
    🎯 KEEP YOUR MIND CALM:
    - whatever happens in your life happens for some reason, just keep calm everything make sense one day.
🎯 DON'T THINK ABOUT RESULT, THINK ON THINGS THAT YOU HAVE CONTROL:
    - Think on the things you have control, example: if have woke up late think what you can do next instead of thinking about the late.
    🎯 WAKE UP EARLY:
    - This gives the great start for your day, this motivates you.
    - use those 2 hrs very productively because you will not have any disturbance in the morning.
🎯 THINK ABOUT DREAMS BEFORE SLEEP:
    - This automatically wakes you early in the morning, even without alarms and keeps you motivated.

My productivity hack is - i have manage my incoming call for business at business time by updated callers or not picking call during 1:00 pm to 2:00pm at noon when i always tack nap and after 8:00pm evening i am not received business calls exept important things.
I have updated all my business person if there's not any emergency than don't call or massage regarding business because i am available for you in day time. By this i face some issues for short time, now all going well. I did it because of in past there is too many calls when i have a family time and i noticed that family is not liking that situation. One more good thing that which makes me light, i spend around 1 hour every day at evening 9:00 to 10:00 with my friends where we have fix time to meet for gossip, at there no protocol, no language barrier,no topic barrier..

My favourite productivity hack is doing a short meditation in the morning or afternoon.
It may seem like a 10 min investment but the reason it is a great productivity hack is that it helps in clearing your mind from all the unnecessary thoughts , you feel more calm and composed and you get a more focused view for the things you have to carry out throughout the day and also a positive energy surrounds you!

I feel that journaling was the best productivity hack I'd ever discovered. It is the best way for self reflection and self awareness; when you put all your good and bad thoughts on a piece of paper, you feel quite relieved. Also, doing a review of your journal gives you a chance to understand your habits and behaviour and knowing this would help you opt for the appropriate lifestyle and routine.

If i have to eat fruits in breakfast then i take out fruits from fridge and put that on table ahead of time . Similarly when I've to study a book , i place that book on my study table ahead of time . It makes my next step easy and invisible .

Only if you want to build your career in civil/mech or in core streams then only take these, otherwise as per current & future scenario go for CSE in Top colleges. JU CSE has great campus placement track record. In short if your aim to get good job and grow from there the go for CSE/IT else if you are eager to study further then go for the core streams.
