The petrol engines are 3 cylinders only, not 4 cylinders as shown in the graphic. Apologies for the error!
I was so happy. Then I read your comment. 😅
Back seat thigh support seems to be lesser
Damn😅
Great to correct the mistake.
its an intentional mistake ! who reads comments ?
Who is approving these designs at M&M?
probably youngsters who like "AGGRESSIVE styling"
Xylo team😂

I don't know why Pratap Bose is still allowed to call himself a designer 😮
The global pickup and their new tractor design (OJA) were nice. I think its still the old design they planned to roll on years ago. It seems very outdated and ugly.. Also, I'm not a fan of a new logo .. (Seems like a butterfly or copied Infinity - JBL logo )
I want to open a community ' I hate Pratap bose'
@@AP40446 I will also join 💀
Still he works for TATA 😅
@@AA-th7zi😂
No matter how good the engine and gear box is, an average consumer always cares about the design. That is why Nexon sells in huge numbers despite its many flaws. The design has to be asipirational in this segment. I'm pretty sure this will still not sell in huge numbers just like the previous version. Also why the confusing naming schemes?? What does 3XO supposed to mean?
Even Nexon is bad looking car, the new gen is just average. But 300 is next level bad like Xpresso level.
Mahindra designers simply visited a nursery school painting competition and chose one of the paintings to design this car
😂😂
Futuristic banne k chakkar me hug diya
😂😂
Comments after seeing Red coloured one. Will change if seen other colours
I also didn't like it but we can't do anything just ignore and praise other suvs in the segment 🙂
Mahindra does it again - Screwed up the front design with Ugly face
designers without a basic sense of fashion. Even a Jeep company watchman will design it better
😂😂😂
Why mahindra is using skodas montecarlo wheels ?????😂😂😂😂
Why mahindra using the foglamps of maruti baleno????😅
UV is Ugly Vehicle, X, M S suffix is Big, Medium, Small
The facelift needs a DENTist 😂😂
Nice joke
SAHI PAKDE HAI
Diesel needs torque converter
Who is dentist here?
@@redpanda9141agreed💯
Mahindra tried copying the Kia Sonet but failed miserably. The front looks horrendous 😂😂
the kia is not very charming either. just ridiculously aggressive (for a small car). nexon (the upto 2022 ver especially) looks charming
Looks like the kuv team wanted a second chance 😂
@@Luvallo😂😂😂 felt the same

Loox a flop right from the start...is Bose a Trojan planted at M&M?

Interior 🤴
Exterior 🤡
Clown?
All white what is this…😂
Exterior designer should be behind the bars
It's more loaded when compared to Nexon, but that front look 🤢. It makes previous gen creta look like a design masterpiece. Nexon looks faar faaar better than this.
instead of ADAS ventilated seats must have been there for a hot country like ours.
Sure
“We want pAnOrAmIc rOoF!” (to put our heads out like absolute imbeciles) 🤡
“We want vEnTiLaTeD sEaTs as it gets hot” (not realizing from the panoramic roof) 🤡
“The sEaTs aRe ToO FiRm aNd nOt cOmFoRtAbLe” (not realizing from the seat ventilation) 🤡
No surprise all car companies treat Indian car buyers like clowns.
At least should have given the option for it.
so take out the safety feature and put in fancy comfort
Yes, much needed feature and also need cooled storage box.
A car designer from lambirghini quit his job(left automobile field),after looking at this SUV design😂😊
First leave the tivoli look, make own designs of sub 4 metres,
Front look is too weird 😢
They should have tried a completely new platform instead of the chopped off version of Tivoli, which too didn't have good bootspace to begin with.
Galti se fog lights laga di headlights ki jagah
Aisa lag raha h bumper upar laga diya 😂
Why why ?? Why Indian designers do loads of cuts and creases…. Why can’t they be simpler. Do Indian consumers really like them ?
1.5 diesel should be offered also with torque converter automatic.
Absolutely
the xuv300 was based on ssangyong Tivoli, the reason why the rear end looks abrupt is to bring it under 4m. this 3xo's design language on the Tivoli based car looks out of place
Yeah yeah we know that. They can't do anything abt it. The xuv400 does look proportional but it's not substantial that to bring in ICE form as competition is fierce in that segment
@@venukrithish007plus more than 4 metres ice engine cars get taxed heavily and xuv 400 ice engine variant would cost almost same as xuv 400 ev variant.
A torque converter and a great engine at just 10 lakh ex showroom. That's a killer deal.
Designer of Xuv 3x0 must be the ex designer of DC .. interior and features be the selling points of Xuv3x0..
They really outdid themselves this time. They took a perfectly good car and turned it into a total disaster.
I mean, I give them credit for their commitment to making their CARS horrendous. They really go above and beyond in that department.
Mahindra pls get a new designer for God's sake. I thought the XUV700 looked ugly, but this one has simply surpassed it.
Everyone has their opinion. XUV 700 is selling like hot cakes so it seems to be working for them.
I bought the XUV700 for its looks and performance. Design preference is subjective.
Front is clearly messed up..rest i think is nicely done.
For front profile they would have just gone with same design as their upcoming new EV models....i was looking forward to xuv300 but now i feel i should wait for Thar 5 door
I'm one of the few people who agrees with you. XUV700 most def looked odd with that weird grill and those Renault inspired huge comma headlights. But it was still fine looking from the sides and back. But this is just horrendous
@@genisysprime2384xuv700 looks grew on us and now its kinda acceptable.
First I'd like to ask: has M&M laid off their design team and deputed freshers on this project? Second: Haven't they understood this segment targets buyers who follow one-car-fits-all-needs philosophy and aim at bigger boot space?
Well said boss
1 saal se testing kar rahe the yeh dhikane ke liye 😅
My friend had booked without seeing the car. Now it’s interesting to see what he does with his booking now the car is one ugly monster

I am not a Tata cars fan. But looking at this car makes me like nexon so much more.
Mahindra and Mahindra have designed quite a few gems. Remember Verito Vibe, Quanto, or KUV100? This looks pleasant when compared to the abovementioned masterpieces.
Sir ji kha chle gye the.... Good to have you back🙌🏻
Boot looks deeper & practically it will become a challenge to load / unload a bit heavy Luggage.
I don’t know how Mahindra is approving this kind of design..😊
Gone are the days when M&M used to make good looking cars
Yet to see a good design from Mahindras and let's be honest the Thar is not an original design.
If they haven't started mass producing this then I think it's not too late to re think about the front
Panoramic sunroof doesn't fall over either front passenger or rear passenger head. Its position makes it useless for giving the roomy feel that other sunroof gives.
No. The old design was much better, just an interior overhaul would've been better.
The worst facelift design of the year sara excitement kharab kardiya 😑
Where is the AX7 L pro version details and price ?? Thats the one that comes with ventilated seats and paddle shifters ?
Perhaps i treated you a bit harshly 😢😢
To prev gen Creta
Mahindra needs to hire better designers, probably someone from volvo.
Volkswagen not Volvo.
@@unni.m1959
Polestar aka volvo's new division for luxury cars has multiple Indian designers with stunning designs.
They could be hired by our Indian companies to create better designs.
Pratap is following DC style now
3 complaints that buyers had has been sorted;
1. Design
2. Ground clearance
3. Boot space
Now it is the best value proposition crossover in its sub 4m segment
Kind of hoped for the diesel to get a torque converter😢
Is mahindra 3xo offering adas in manual transmission??
The front fascia is now a total disaster.. rear is fairly ok though... They have killed the personality of the car for sure... Itna exaggerated design jarurat hi nahi tha bhai...
Unpopular opinion - Autocar logo at the beginning is painstakingly long!!
There was a car called creata old gen which used to look ugly esp from front....but now from today it was not ugly
Well Nikhil when Autocar talks about boot space you guys always mention it in liters. But you guys should practically keep the big size and small size suitcase and show your viewers how good the boot space is.
Nexon would sell unaffected by this thing
Design reminds me of Surpanakha.
Mahindra designers congrats 🥂 u managed to destroy the SsangYong Tivoli design .😅
What did Mahindra and Mahindra think about their customers, would they buy a tortoise for 18 lacs.😂😂😂😂
They aimed for a baby cheetah, ended up with a tadpole 😂
where are its eyes? Not those vertical ones right?
Thanks to 3X0 now nexon sales will raise.
the new front facia is pretty awful . . .
Looks like a Dilip Chabria /DC design.. 🤢
It proves again that Mahindra can't design passenger vehicles 😂
Front part is horrible 😂 They thought copying xuv700s front would work here
The front design is not looking good to me on my first impression !!
Was expecting a better design from Bose in comparison with the competitors 😕😕
Other youtuber is saying boot space is 295litre while autocar is claiming 364 litre
Gone head over heels, with this design!
Good to see with lot of features in the segment but poor look from front, headroom seems to be not good for reviewer height in both front and rear
I remember old nouva sport
Why does Mahindra don't understand that ground clearance is still a major selling point in mountain areas.. like in himalayan region.. how stupid is mahindra still 180 mm.. even a hatchback car offers 180 mm..
201 cm GC with new 17 inch wheel i think tht should be enough
Front lamps design look weird and like someone dent it on both sides.. previous xuv 300 front design is far better than xuv 3x0.
Are the Powertrain specs incorrect in the video? To the best of my knowledge, both the petrol engines are 3 cylinder units.
Yes, they are 3 liter, autocar apologized for the same above
Ventilated seats kaafi comfort rehne wali hai and it is essential nowadays.
hey, i am very curious, how does one become a car reviewer? apart from loving cars what else do i need?
If the front look is done for Aerodynamic efficiency... Than maybe it is justified... Also since i own a W8(o) tgdi variant of the outgoing model i wish some of the elements can be fitted into mine like Sound system and Infotainment that will be a huge plus.
Please make higher resolution videos . 1080P is now decade old
It'sy fav car in sub 4 metre but I would say iam disappointed this time around especially by exterior looks ,it could have been lot better ,I think design engineers have gone way overboard to give exterior a distinctive looks however I still believe overall it's still best car under sub 4 metre considering its plush interior potent engine and top notch safety .
Face Surgury went wrong 😅
I am still undecided whether it looks good from the front. May be the hood is slanting too much and making it look weird. It should have been more squared off
Who says dreams doesn't come true, I dreamt a car looking like this when I was 5 years old 😁
Whenever you do the test drive, do share the best model to buy as per price range. Test drive is done on the top models but reviews for best choice as per price comes later. Try to do in same comparison as per feature list.
Even magnite offers 205mm ground clearance, 330 litres boot space. Duster.. We are waiting!!
The best car in the segment even got better!
no ventilated seats?
TBH..you cant help get the feeling whether the design was inspired by the tarantula 😮
Why they ruined carish look with toyish look, also why company demeaning headlights.
Cleverly avoided talking about the headroom space (both front and back) eaten up due to sunroof.
Just one bump and your head is going out through the roof.😂
यह front से क्या बना दिया है. कुछ टाटा से सीख लेते तो अच्छा रहता.
Even the regular Turbo petrol get TC AT but diesel gets only an AMT? That's just sad.
No front ventilated seats???
That glossy black element is irritating in front underneath logo and at back (beside tail light). Otherwise design is good but this glossy black is not giving the rest of design pleasing look, they might give it charcoal or gunmetal shade in matte
And in front the curved black from headlight to first chrome line should be of body colour joining bumper and bonet.
Cutting off seat air ventilation is yet another poor decision from Mahindra. Nowadays, it is a must-have feature in my opinion.
I could see that Nikhil’s head was touching roof on front as well as at the rear seat. Head room is not enough..
He is 6 feet
Looks MPFI Engine will get AMT and TGDI with Torque converter, not clear in Brochure also Mentioning all Automatic only
The problem is not even the exterior, the actual problem is the maintainance cost of mahindra cars. They are pricey, too expensive to maintain than other rivals thag is the problem.
Servicing a car takes 2-3 days whereas MS does in hours…😅
I don't know but does anyone think it looks some what like ford endevour from the front
The base automatic comes under 12L on road with many good features. Hope the comments here on design will translate into less demand. I will be able to buy it without much waiting period. Let’s see.
Design is polarizing but I somehow like it. I think it will grow on people with time.
Petrol engine is 3 pot right??
From the company that gave us the KUV.... expected.
Its a typical Pratap Bose overdesigned baby. Too Busy front & Rear, chances it might look boring after some time. For a change the Interior has improved looks luxurious & classy. As an option I wish there was charcoal black or dark gray interior with sporty look. Unlike the white which is difficult to maintain in Indian conditions for a long time.
90% or more would buy Seat covers to safeguard the white area from being dirty.
Big miss is Ventilated seats.
Would prefer Ventilated seats over useless Sunroof.
Seems he still works for Tata 😂
@@Luvallo
According to me the earlier Nexon was was also overdesigned especially the langotwala X at the Rear 😛😜🤣😂
@@rajoosolanky780 honestly, I second that.
Ground clearance is 180 or 201mm?
201 mm with 17inch wheels 🎉
Why are everyone complaining about design. I don't know. I like this so much.
Don't see the boot size increased, i bought Nexon over 300 for the boot🤷🏾♂️
Looks promising good work by Mahindra
