A cracking imitative damsel fly, really good tying, I'll be tying some soon, regards from Wales, UK
Thanks Mike!
@@anglermade You're welcome.
Awesome pattern, tying a few tonight. Thanks
Hope you enjoy!
Interesting tying, and I think that dabbing yours is not Simi-seal -Canadian Olive only, looks like least three or more dubbing’s mixed in one.
I’ll have to double check . I’ve noticed different brands of simi bo-seal look a little different.
Sorry for my comment, when I look the Canadian Olive in daylight looks exactly same as in your video. I am really sorry one more time.
I have a tying Lamp Daylight and I can see very well colors,my Canadian Olive looks about same like yours.
Ok, good 😊
which brand/type of hackle did you use? very nice fly
My favorite hackle is Whiting. I also like Metz
@@anglermade awesome thanks!! It’s a great pattern. Keep them coming!!
Good pattern ! I am liking this channel.
Thank you! Glad you enjoy it!
Nice pattern, well tied. But now it's no longer a secret !!!😎😂.Tight lines 🎣 from the Čech Republic 🇨🇿.
Good one!
Nice looking fly, should be a great pattern.great job. 👍
Thanks John!
Your might lose that flash on tail. Double it over so it won’t come out.
Thanks for the tip!
Simi-seal is the worst when you're dubbing. So slippery! I usually use a loop.
Yes, loops work good as well. If you use pre-waxed thread, or a little bit of wax on your regular thread, semi still works pretty good.
DO YOU SELL YOUR FLYS?.....
Hi Miguel, not selling flies at this time.
almost a crayfish imitation.
Yes, especially in the summer time when crayfish get that "orange" color coming on.
