Hi Ramindu, Really appreciate if you could do a video on foods we should consume. Because foods are the core of our lives. There are 100's of gurus both locally and internationally talking about this topic. But we don't know about their success levels or discipline levels. On the other hand we know who you are. What you have achieved. What techniques you have used. So I think the missing piece of the puzzle is a video related to food and nutrition habits we should follow to become successful. Hope to see a full detailed video on that. 1) What is a balanced diet? 2) What foods we should eat more? 3) What foods we need to limit or stop eating to improve our spiritual side? 4) Can we improve our strength, muscle and fitness without getting supplements or eating red meat? 5) If you don't mind share your food routine :) Thank you very much for energizing our community. I was also coached by a top class fitness coach who shared fantastic nutritional sense. So what I can do is to share ‘what I follow and my way of life ‘ not necessarily a nutritional advice for all.
