    You are a stud! Most (99.9%) would have been done after the stingray smack. Love this video. I went there for the first time on the 4th and was by myself so I didn’t go into the caves bc there was a little south swell brewing. Next time for sure. Thanks for posting and hope no more stingray smacks!

    Ouch! My friend got stung by by a baby sting ray and it got so bad he couldn't walk for 2 weeks .

    Thanks for sharing! Is there specific names for the caves you went to? Is it difficult for beginners?

      I'm pretty sure the big one you can paddle through is at Goldfish Point. Difficulty is dependent on the wind and swell.

      Leopard sharks breed at La Jolla Shores every summer. They're harmless.

      It was my first time getting stung! The barb didn't hit any joints, thankfully. A hot water soak really does help relieve the pain.
