    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  3 роки тому

      Hi Gun Precisions! That's odd, if the starter and starter solenoid are new then it could only be the ring gear on the flywheel, maybe missing some teeth. If the starter does not turn at all, it may also be your starter relay and on rare occasions is the actual PCM, the wiring can somethings become faulty and not activate the starter. Hope this helps and please let us know what you find!

      @@AlexAutoFun Yes, a video on UA-cam from Ed Peters telling everyone at a SRT4 meet to use Mobil 1 high mileage 10W40 in there transmission. Few years later there was a lot of rumors that Mobil was not telling how much Zinc DDP they were putting in their oil so everyone believed it was lower than before. So I stopped using Mobil1 and went Valvoline VR1 racing which says on the bottle high Zinc. • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Rodriguez Family! I would start by checking that the slave cylinder is working and fully depressing the clutch to release. If that is working I would also check that the shifter linkage inside the car is adjusted correctly. Lastly I would check that the clutch was installed correctly and nothing is preventing the clutch from being depressed. I had one issue where I was reusing my clutch and a finger from the clutch broke off and prevented it from disengaging, so I had to take the whole thing apart to get the damaged pressure plate off. Hope this helps and please let us know if figure out it bud!

      Hi Vincent! Yep the fork won't stay if you do not have a pivot ball or some other point for the fork to pivot against. Your pivot ball maybe missing, broken or damaged. I can think of two reasons why it may not be there: it was not installed by the previous person installing the tranny (but this would cause some serious driving issues since the fork won't pivot correctly) or the previous person working on the tranny modified it (I'm assuming you are still running the T850) and the transmission will have to be restored to normal to use a pivot ball. @@Elcapitanmaster my problem was the car wasn't jacked up enough. Dropped the trans late last year again and it was easier with the car jacked higher.
