Puts on a big smile seeing Albert exploring the world at 82. Man is living the best life.
5000 left to a million. Simon is definitely one of the most underrated UA-camrs in the world. What he delivers is true entertaining content and the previous series did not disappoint as always
1 million subscriptions is not underrated lol
This video, title and thumbnail will definitely tip him over the 1 mil mark in the next couple days.
Agree ! I have watched all of his videos. He has the best subscription on you tube.
Just like old times good content
4000 now
Always an Irishman knocking around no matter what part of the world you are in.
Find alcohol and you find Irishman
@@MattyEngland don't be racist.
@@MattyEngland Not true, don’t be an asshole.
@@MattyEngland so true! I'm Irish by the way the craziest drinkers on the planet haha ignore the guy saying its racist he's a nonce
We love them for it haha
Simon: "Albert, do you have any words of wisdom?"
Albert: "For you? Get that camera out of my face!" 🤣
All kidding aside, mad respect for Albert for coming to Antarctica on his own at 82. Another example of anything being possible if you put your mind to it.
Fair play to Albert man went from doing triathlons to travelling to the Antarctica, genuinely sound geezer aswell
The episode ended but yet Simon Wilson still on the run 😂
Still can not find a proper Mcdonalds 🤣
@@viktorfarkas9416I’m still looking 👀
@@SimonWilson12 you should visit Falklands too, it's also UKs territories
@@SimonWilson12 🤣🤣🤣👍
@@SimonWilson12 macdonalds is great in Singapore. Kfc is the best in malaysia
I just love how you're making new friends all over the world! I always find that the best part of traveling by yourself.
The ship is really nice with fantastic amenities. The crew are super chilled and professional at the same time.
This was a great walkthrough of the ship. The old dude is truly a bad ass running triathlon at 81!. Can't wait to see more content from the bottom of the Earth ala Simon Wilson!
Let’s gooo! Loving the frequent uploads my guy
I have loved this 7 continents series and am so pleased we get to see more of Antarctica. Hope you can let us know what a stay o that ship costs.. it’s an absolute once in a lifetime dream trip. Your videos are so inspiring and help us that can’t afford to travel as much enjoy the world through your eyes. Keep it up Simon 🙏👍
He mentioned in one of the earlier episodes that the cost of a journey and stay on the ship is $6,000,
@@tonygrinney7115 ah thanks Tony must have missed that bit 👍👍
@Away with Paul it was video 6 or 5 I believe. And the reason it was that expensive it was because it was last min book.
@@masud7104 it wasn't that expensive because it was last minute, its that expensive all the time, its normally more than that in fact, upwards of 12-15k even. I am fairly certain that he didnt book this last minute though, thats the story, but he must have booked it ahead of time. Theres literally no way he would coincidentally manage t find an available space on an Antarctic trip that happened to leave at the exact time he needed, thats simply not true. Its a good series, but it was planned much more than hes making out im afraid. Ive been to Antarctica, I know how infrequent the ships leave, and how full they always are.
@David Knight oh well, that's the story he's been telling us. I unfortunately won't be able to confirm it, but if what you've said is true, that's just misleading from him.
Slowly weaseling your way in! hahah.. I'm sure the camera helps but being nice and just chatting with someone is always the way. Your best series yet!
How this man doesn’t have millions of subscribers baffles me. Your videos kept me going during the first lockdown Simon and really helped with my mental health to distract me. Genuinely get excited when you upload a new video 👌
Albert is the unintentional star of this episode
Fantastic to see how Simon ALWAYS connects with the people he meets. Gets you places!
I’ve watched the last episode of the 7 Continents in 7 Days 4 times. Thank you for sharing an experience that I would have never thought I needed to do! Your series’ are out there inspiring people to get out and see the world so please keep it up! Hope you’re well, love the vids ❤
Means a lot ❤️ thank you 🙏🏼

@@bobsbobbs what does this mean?
@@LifeofGaurav He’s basically encouraging her to flirt with Simon 😅 It’s British slang
@@crowdavidson ohkay 😅😅😅
This series has been the best Simon!! Alfred traveling to Antarctica alone at 82 is all the inspiration I needed today.
On the cusp of 1 mill. Well deserved Simon. Last series was amazing 😃
I would accuse him of paying for subscribers but he doesn’t pay for anything
Nearly there 😅 it’s been a long time coming! Appreciate the support 🙏🏼
@@SimonWilson12 when you done the America no money trip didn't u you only have a few thousand subs?
Hundred percent
Albert gives me strength to continue just going for it !
Brilliant work Simon, that ship and the staff looks fantastic and those views, simply stunning. Be safe and keep living your dream.
I was hoping more was to come of the Antarctica adventure! So excited to watch this video!
Absolutely great series. Just watched it all. Enjoyed so much. THANK YOU SIMON!
What a great series Simon.
Thanks so much for sharing
Simon ended the episode with the beginning of a happy ending!
I love this series... hope to see more and more of Antarctica! Done a great job there
I've been watching the last series on repeat honestly what a watch. Well done Simon !!! Maybe another no money challenge next ?
Great stuff Simon ! This series has been awesome, I can't wait for more of Antarctica.
Good on Albert, 82 and clearly on top of his game. Reminds me a bit of a couple that had their 50th anniversary in Antarctica on the ship I was on about 10 years ago. Smaller ship too, Drake Passage was rough - but we got longer landings because of the way the rules worked at the time. Each ship had the same amount of time, and a maximum amount of people could land at once. We could do two landings in our slots, while larger ships had to do 3 or 4 so each group was onshore for a shorter time; and the 400+ passenger ships did not do landings.
Oh, and Port Lockroy is a UK museum and base which is why its a UK post office. Damned nice place on a good weather day. I have to agree with Simon, cameras can't do Antarctica justice. Being surrounded by it, even just from on a ship, is something so different from any screen.
So glad there's more to this trip
Amazing content Simon, I always save your videos for when I am eating. You've gotten me through some very stressful times. Bring on the 1M subs and thank you for the videos you make, you are an inspiration!
I love how positive you are in your videos and so friendly towards other people! Subscribed.
I've been watching Simon for years now and I never get bored with his videos. But this series was LITERALLY the best lol. Keep up the amazing work Simon I will keep watching.
Fuckin love Simon.
Most people: “that’s the room where they drive the boat. We can’t go in there”
Simon: “little pigs little pigs, let. Me. In. 😈
Great insight, thanks for sharing. Look forward to the next adventure Mr Wilson.
The guy that just keeps on giving. Am proud to watch you on all your journeys. They look so awesome and your camera and editing skills are brilliant. Look forward to seeing more videos and it’s good your uploading more regular. Something I could only dream of mate. Big big fan. I enjoy travelling myself
Incredible series, happy to see your videos every time Simon!!
I was worried we weren't going to get to see more of the Antartica adventure... shouldn't have doubted you Simon 😅 loved it can't wait for the next one!
Fantastic video
Wow - you're exploring very different ships to the ones I'm vlogging on, haha. Those views look absolutely stunning!
Super content from places I will never see for real. So thank you for all your efforts 🙏
As much as I live vicariously through the traveling, these friendships are just everything!
Mate, the way you present your videos and just being you is an inspiration, thank you for your fantastic videos , take care.

Hello Simon, I really love your videos and I have you to thank for giving me the courage to get out there and see the world, I started traveling in 2019 and you’re videos have given me more confidence in myself to get out there 😊 keep up the good work bro!!
Wow, that was a truly amazing video..I thought a trip around the ship would be, a bit dull - No Way, Simon, you deserve a UA-cam Oscar my man!
love coming onto youtube and seeing a video from you close to that 1m you deserve it so much
Definitely always putting out entertaining top quality videos, there is not to many UA-camrs that I really enjoy watching and rewatching almost all of their videos like yours, keep up the good work look forward to seeing what you get into next!

first time I have watched one of your videos and you are not “absolutely shattered” or “Staaaarving”. This trip looks amazing, enjoy!
I will never have the balls to do what you boys do, but i appreciate all of your adventures and knowing how having some confidence and a want for adventure is inspiring!! Keep it up Simon, I am sure 2023 will be a wild one
Love the vids, Simon. If you keep uploading, we'll gladly keep watching. I especially love the vids involving blagging of any kind. Keep going mate!
Loving the regular uploading Simon, nearly 1m!!!
This reminds me so much of Ben Brown's Arctic expedition a couple of years ago with Commander Hadfield. Love seeing the untouched beauty that is the Antarctica!
