Beef Noodles- How to Make an Easy and Delicious Beef Noodle

  • A hot and delicious bowl of noodles is very enjoyable in the snowy weather of Toronto. In this video, I want to share you how to make a easy beef noodle dish. The required ingredients and suggestions will be provided below.
    Suggestion:
    - We used raw vegetables in the noodles, but you can Cook the aromatics and vegetables (garlic, ginger, carrot, spring onions) until softened.
    - You can boil the noodles in beef broth.
    Prepare the Beef:
    Season the thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper.
    Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or wok over medium-high heat.
    Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.
    Season and Serve:
    Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) to the pot. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt
    Ingredients:
    * 400g beef (such as sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
    * 400g dried noodles (such as egg noodles or rice noodles)
    * 8 cups beef stock ( 1-2 cups per person)
    * 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
    * 2 carrots, julienned or thinly sliced
    * 4 spring onions (scallions), thinly sliced
    * Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    * 4 tablespoons soy sauce
    * Salt and pepper to taste
    * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    * 4 cloves garlic, minced(optional)
    * 2 tablespoons ginger, minced (optional)
    * 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
