  • Everybody has secrets. Nobody has the perfect diet and lifestyle. No relationship is without it's moments of stress and pain. When people have issues and illness like cancer, diabetes, thyroid problems, endometriosis, breast cancer, estrogen and progesterone imbalance, prostate BPH issues, painful periods, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, depression, low energy, weight gain, hormone issues, bone loss, heart pain, stroke, brain fog, low libido, Hashimotos, Graves, ovarian, cervical, testicular etc, it's not simply because of diet. Vegan or raw vegan diet does not mean that person is healthy. Carnivore or Paleo diet does not mean healthy. Exercising or walking does not mean healthy. True health and healing is a lot more than that. Stress from relationships and money financial problems can eat you up inside. Never judge others by what you see. They are going through a lot more than you could ever imagine.

    Please listen to Markus!!
I did a challenge Markus was hosting a few years ago and I did so well. I was my healthiest.
Then I went back to vegan and ate all the processed vegan foods. Working more than 10 hours a day... stressed out of my heard. My brother got hijacked and landed up in hospital having brain surgery - that stressed me out to the max because he's my best friend. I almost lost him.
And then I started becoming a hermit and avoiding people.
Fast forward Dec 2022 I had to have a 22cm tumor removed and a hysterectomy.
    I almost died.
    I've taken 2023 to recover.
Now, I'm back to listen to Markus and eat healthy, regain peace of mind and balance life.
    LISTEN TO MARKUS!

I was just saying to a friend at work how amazing it is to not be living in survival mode anymore and you are able to have consistent stability in your life and a decent income. You have the time and energy to focus on your health instead of surviving. You have the time to calm down and start thinking about where you want to be in 5 years and to decide on the things that are really important to you. She has improved in the last couple of years working at our company. My life has improved greatly in the last 5-6 years. For me it was partly because of having a stable job and income, I married the right person for me, I found the healthy life channel, I learned about Hashimoto’s and what helps to improve it. Right now I feel and look the best I’ve ever felt and looked. I lost 37lbs. My overall outlook on life is positive. Having stability in your life is so key to being able to focus on the important things in life.

    • @MarkusRothkranz

Fruit or maple syrup maybe, but raw honey is highly concentrated sugar. Bleeding gums are a good sign it's rocket fuel for pathogens.

@@MarkusRothkranz Ok interesting! Thank you for your input. I know some are conflicted on honey, but Dr David Perlmutter says it’s beneficial for our immune system. Also, people who are allergic to flowers have eaten local honey slowly working their way up to a little more each day and now they are not allergic. There are also studies confirming it can actually improve insulin sensitivity. That’s just what I’ve read. I don’t eat a ton. Just a little bit here and there.

I'm watching you and seeing myself. Markus, I spent decades of my life banging my head against the proverbial wall trying to get people to listen to what I know would alleviate a lot of their self-created pain.
I came to the conclusion that it's my job to make what I know can help *available*, but not direct the information directly at the people who look to me like they need it the most. Those are the people the least receptive to Wisdom just now.
I put the information "out there". Those who are searching and need what I have to give will find it. Those who are not, won't, for now.
Instead of trying to "get through" to people. I just put the information on the net and let it be there. It's sort of like leaving water and bird seed out in a feeder.

as a middle aged woman i completely agree with what you said + i can relate...
all those ratty women or moody men full of excuses and defensiveness whenever diet/lifestyle becomes a topic ~ their reactions are just coverups to a bad habit or habits that they dont want to give up, or there are emotional issues nicely nested in them that they dont deal with and kick out of their lives.
Every person needs to learn to like themselves and Love themselves, only then will their lives get cleaner and on the right track.

This is one of your best messages yet. I’ve been following you for about 15 years and still love to watch your insights and inspirations. Your books are amazing too. However, what I find (not just with your messages but with every other inspirational celebrity) is that nobody ever mentions the “how” to heal your demons, rather than just learning to live or deal with them. We all have triggers and those are signs we’ll need healing, physical expressions in form of illness or diseases, m/e issues, relationship challenges and potentially karmic pulls that are like a rubber band pulling us back. I’ve been blessed with a natural upbringing and a desire to heal and cure myself as well as others for over 20 years of practising “Heilkunst” (you’ll understand that word very well being of German origin too), which is the art and science of healing and curing. I’m so happy you’ve brought this video out that explains things are so very intricate and individual and intertwined that true healing requires the complete understanding of natural law. Otherwise we’re fighting the wrong fight. We need to understand the direction of disease as well as the direction of cure reach our true potential on every level and serve not just ourselves but the world with the beautiful gift everyone has. True freedom is the name of the game and that will only come with unconditional love for ourselves as well as the world around us. Feel free to send people my way who say it’s not working for them if they truly like to find out why not and willing to do what it takes to remove the boulders of n their way, not by suppressing stuff, but rather by discovering and releasing, converting and curing from the inside out… naturally. Thank you Markus ❤

Markus, we both know that folks saying "I eat right but can't lose weight" are secretly eating like crap. I struggle with food addiction and alcoholism. You cannot lie to yourself. You are far too kind to some of these women - it has not been a mans' world for at least 30 years. Women in the West lack any sense of accountability. Not saying men are much better, but it is what it is. One of my biggest regrets is not meeting you when I was full time in Las Vegas. I am not inspired easily, but you are an absolute gem of a human. I think getting really clean opens up a channel that is super conducive to deep understanding and appreciation, and I think your channel is extraordinarily clear. I'm reminded at this moment about how I saved a horrible selfie that I took the morning after a one night junk food binge about 9 years ago to remind myself of how easy it is to wipe away the glow of good health with emotional eating from the array of cheap and ubiquitous food-like corporate products. Yikes! I looked like a junkie! In a way, I was, only with the legal substances allowed in our food supply, and just like a dope addict, I have to be aware and somewhat vigilant to prevent reoccurrence. I may be in a different boat but I'm in the same storm, as the 'net likes to remind me.

Luckily I have given up dairy for many years as a whole food vegan. But I think all of us
have our comfort foods and we turn to them when we are stressed, lonely, or even angry.
Perfection is an ideal, but I love myself for my flaws. Its' a learning process.
You are a sweet blessing and I am grateful to listen to you and Cara. Love, rachel

I’m not perfect. But after watching your channel and doing a lot but not all of what I have learned I recently got a “Wow. What are you doing. Whatever it is keep doing it. I am impressed.” This was after I took my lab work. I have never had a doctor react this way before.

That's actually a common doctor reaction, its a great way to gauge who's actually following the instructions! 😊

Seriously, Thankyou! You have a true God Given gift if relating & explaining. I learn alot from your sharing, this was ' my church' today.. If we judged eachother less , and got really truly honest with ourselves- making necessary changes. What. A different world this would be, one person at a time. Thankyou, from the bottom of my ❤. Hello & hugs to Cara also. Keep persevering as you help us become healthier & vital.

I'm very far from perfect and have been on the receiving end of many many many women lashing out, once they perceive me as weak! Society has been looking down on others from the start and always will. Punching down is easy and keep others from looking at you. Why i choose to not be a part of society.

We are all going through stuff.
Illness and stress and tragedies cause all kinds of issues in our body.
Kindness and loving others is where peace is at.✨💜

So true. Only one man was ever perfect and He was divine in Essence. For the rest of us, I guess it's just about getting back up and reaching out for help when needed. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this!
    John 8:3-11:💕🙏🌈🕊
The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group
and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?”Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. (...) When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”
“No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,"Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

Markus is like a Breath of Fresh Air..I was hooked on Slurpees back in the Early 1990,s up to about 2016 I'm guessing,Not really sure of the correct date,But I have been soda and Slurpees free for at least 5 years,And I'm 64 now,My weight dropped from 186 and I'm at 158 now and feel much better,My stomach bloated out so much from Slurpees that I ended up with an umbilical hernia back in 2007 I believe,I did smoke for 20 years,But I quit in 1997,And I stopped drinking in 1985,I still may have a shot or 2 once A year,But I'm not hooked on it,I have a coffee problem yet ,But I'm working on that,And I've cut sugar way down,Like he says,We All have our demons to "battle

Thank you Marcus. You really do appreciate women. Also, I think you are a much happier person, as a few years ago you used to get sooo frustrated with people and their diets. It showed in your videos. Now, you are much calmer and more appreciative of people and them continuously asking you what to do. It's frustrating I know, but you really do help a lot of people just by these videos and what you say in them. I enjoy watching your videos again and get a lot of encouragement from them.

Markus...I just love your honesty. Thank you so much
I just bought a lot of your products and I am trying to go vegan and mostly raw. I am having such a hard time with i! I LOVE fresh real food, but I can see that all my emotions are attached to all the bad food/sugar/salt/fake-food hamster wheel
Even with my awareness and my very mature age I'm like a toddler with this issue! Crazy, we are all crazy, eating off of all of this money-making, life-sucking, cruel, food-industry conveyor belt nonsense.
Please keep going and know that you do make a difference and many of us are listening to you. I WILL do this!🍉🫒🍒🍎🙏
