Just to say I always buy Quechua walking trainers and find them very comfortable. I use them every day as a dog owner and usually by the time they are three years old the inside fabric behind the heel is usually starting to wear out but I continue to wear them 😊 highly recommend x

quechua! reads 'ke-chua. It's an aboriginal language from South America! Still spoken in many areas! (Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, north of Argentina and more). How funny they named the shoes with that.
I'm behind on vlogs because I've had a busy weekend. But the bit about the M&S lunch got me because yesterday I had to grab an M&S lunch which cost me a whopping £11.02!!! A chicken salad, THAT WAS REDUCED, prawns and dip, apple and peanut butter, bottle of water and some dark chocolate! I nearly fell over when I got to the till!
Just a quick tip from another mum who spends time lurking in busy car parks awaiting children - sit in the passenger seat then people don’t think you’re leaving 😂
Your shoes are really cute! Your lunch would have cost about $15 here, so to me that's a bargain!

When I was teaching little kiddos I used to have them use the yoghurt lid as a spoon if they forgot one- just fold the sharp edges in!
M&S usually have free bamboo cutlery and serviettes to go with their eat now food.

Quechua is pronounced K chua - it is the name of the indigenous people of the Andes and also their language, and they are descended from the Incas. I spent most of a week last October on a fiber retreat in the Peruvian Andes. We stayed in the village of Ollantaytambo (Ollanta for short) and traveled an hour higher into the mountains (to about 13,000 feet) to learn how the people of Patacancha shear their alpacas, dye the fiber and weave with it. It was an incredible experience. My profesora, Stefania, spoke about 5 words in Spanish. I speak fluent Spanish but no Quechua. We muddled along and became friends.
I watch your vlogs all the time and love them. I also love winter and cold weather like you do. I just felt so understood when you mentioned how "warm" it was on this day where you are, it is like spring is beautiful and wonderful and also has warm temperatures hiding somewhere.... I am at the airport in Denver, Colorado on my way to London Heathrow at the moment and so enjoyed watching this episode as I wait to board. Thanks, it makes my traveling so much more enjoyable/bearable. Wishing you a wonderful weekend with your family!
