They’re seriously understaffed. And they knew that from the beginning.

mmmm, kind of. People with aspd see those close to them as extensions of themselves, and rank them by what these "other arms" can do for them or bring to them. I'm married to someone with it and he will cry if something happens to me but only really because he sees me as a part of himself. So sure, Joseph may be crying because something of his was taken, but it's not totally selfish. Their brains are just fundamentally different from our own. I think Joseph is incredibly sympathetic, personally.

I’ve always occasionally watched your channel for years, and honestly you really have perfected the amount of mostly footage to gameplay, as gameplay does provide much story and to actually see the game in action (how we’ll end up seeing it) versus ONLY cutscenes is a big plus

On the drive to the final boss you can hear on the radio that Korea launched missile and that the states were under lockdown. Not only that, on the drive to the bunker you can see and hear multiple bombs falling. Also, in a sense, the whole game is a metaphorical retelling of Revelation. There's a Reddit post explaining everything. Games don't have to forcefeed you a story, the subtle route that takes thinking is better.

Being able to sympathize with the enemy despite his anarchy is what makes a well written villain. "Gray line" characters like Joseph are no different than Magneto, Joker, Andrew Ryan, Pagan Min, among many others. It's amazing how so many people can be upset about an ending just because it doesn't meet the ideals of what a "good ending" is. Being able to sympathize with the enemy despite his anarchy is what makes a well written villain. "Gray line" characters like Joseph are no different than Magneto, Joker, Andrew Ryan, Pagan Min, among many others. If you think critically despite their tyranny, *you KNOW that in the end, they were probably right.*

Devgru 2nd squad Taskforce Cause here's the thing, i understand bad endings in which you don't always win at the end. But, these are the not good type of endings. The ones that are lazy, cliche, or just no point. Now, the nuke ending i heard a lot that Joesph secretly had bombs in case he was being proved wrong and that he wanted to cause the apocalypse just to prove that he was right when really he's just a monster. Either he had nukes, or because the town was cut off from the rest of the world, that some thing happened outside the town and a war is going on. But either way, the endings could've been done better.
