Love your videos. I had that hat frame for my Enterprize. I was able to get close to the brim by using the two metal bands that go across the brim UNDER the brim, directly on the sweat band. This way it is easy to move the design down on the hat. Thanks, Bill
Oh! I like this idea! Definitely going to give it a try. Thanks for the tip!
Thanks for that info soon to try it out 🙏🙏
I’ve been able to get the design lower by using both parts of the clamp on the sweatband and not have the brim in between them. It will allow your design to be lower to the brim.
Thanks Kelly, that was brilliant
Thanks so much! Just the trick I was looking for. I can’t wait to try this tomorrow 😀
it worked perfectly! Thank you so very much for sharing your tricks!!
Wow! Your daughter is your "Minnie Me!" ❤️
Crazy isn’t it?? I try not to make a big deal about it in case she hates it but so far she thinks it’s as hilarious as everyone else! There are pictures of us at the same age that are downright eerie!
It’s awesome you found a way to adjust the hat to make better spacing! Very helpful for all that do hats and that type of embroidery machine :) great video!!
Thanks Mary!!
Just found your videos. Love the way that you explain stuff and also how honest you are about the difficulty of embroidering hats!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that!
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I had been trying to way to do this and you made it so easy.
Lifesaver!!! Thank you.
What a great idea!! Thank you!
Heard in one of your video's that you are in Round Rock! We recently moved out of Round Rock ( Settlers Park) and back to Illinois. Sure do miss Round Rock ! Thanks for informative video's.
How fun is that! What part of Illinois? I have tons of family up there!

Hello Kelli,
Thank you for another useful video. I am on the fence in regards to buying one, as we all know that they are very pricey. i have seen the flat style hat hoops which are a lot cheaper, but i am not sure about how they would perform. I have recently found that you can purchase metal bobbins for the PR machines so you can wind your own bobbin thread. I have ordered some, so I can let you know how well they work.
Take care,
Regards,
Ann.
Awesome, Ann! Can’t wait to hear how that works out!
Suggestions on what is causing my hat to move in the teeth when you clip down the brim attachment? I have it lined up great until I try to do the brim of the hat
How close to the brim of the hat did you get in inches?
Do you ever have an issue where the brim hits the back of the machine during embroidery?
What’s the fancy off brand one called please?
