- Bonus Footage from our main video from Dallas International Film Festival. Brian & I are old friends so I filmed his reaction to an old video from the night we first met in Fort Worth, TX from early 1995.

The whole band needs to get together and film themselves watching all the old footage that’s out there. There’s so much of it and some that’s so rare, I feel like they’d enjoy it and it would give them some old memories to reminisce about.
True, but I aso feel like they might not want to because in alot of it they were fucked up on something.
Gosh his hair is freaking beautiful. Wish my hair turned out like that when I did dreads. I have way to much hair to start them by myself and maintain them before they get tight and act right. The back ends up being one big giant 💩-lock. Not cute lol. No amount of eyeliner, cool pirate attire, or rum makes that look good. Guess I'll leave it to the dread gods and stick to admiring

I've wanted to meet this band for as long as I remember from the very first time I heard um and I brain is my favorite I was devastated when he left
Ive seen snip its of this Korn show on You Tube. Had no idea that happened to the host of this video. The band is putting out an energy in the early to mid 90's that can never be replicated there is something magical about those early shows.
Yeah man! Thanks for checking this out - We didn't know we were being filmed until about 3 months later. This was still 1995 so seeing video of yourself was still a huge novelty. I showed it to Jonathan around that time (on VHS!) but naturally there was no UA-cam or any real concept of the internet. Those early days were something special & that's what we are celebrating here. thanks for watching!

I went and seen KORN alot back then. Seen em with Marilyn Manson and Danzig Seen with GZR and Life of Agony which we got snowed in and tripped acid all night lol alot of people were tripping and didn't know how but a guy was slipping it to everybody.
Not to be "that guy," but the diaphragm of that mic is pointed at the camera, host. Might help a little with room noise to point it at you...otherwise cool vid!
Thanks man - Great tip & my apologies for the background noise - We have since upgraded to dynamic mics to solve this issue but I do love the look & feel of those MXL mics. Brian likes them too so we went with it. Cheers!

Brian always looks bored during interviews like he really doesn't enjoy doing interviews. I know for sure J.D and Fieldy don't like doing interviews.

@@TrickyKidTV Wow that is awesome that you know Brian, he inspired me to start playing guitar around the late 90s. The only member from Korn who doesn't seem visibly bored during interviews is probably James, it seems like he is always willing to give in depth answers to all of his questions and never looks like he is being forced to do the interview! haha I LOVE Brian "Head" Welch!! 😁👍
@@leadme2thebliss21 You should talk to Ray sometime, he's an incredible human being besides being a great drummer. He's in another band called KXM with Doug Pinnick from King's X. If you check out the rest of the videos from my channel you will see I'm wrapping up production on a full length documentary on them that Ray is a part of. He was also in my Neil Peart mini series from 2020.
