Please keep the Quick Quiz element in the Quick Tips! It's a great device for helping it stay in our memory, so we're all playing correctly. Thanks Dion!
It's important to reemphasize that reinforce checks for 2+ hits AFTER you have spent any defense dice results to neutralize attack dice. For example, your decimator has reinforced and is behind an asteroid. An enemy Z-95 rolls two hits. You get lucky with your 1 bonus defense die (for obstruction from the rock) and roll an evade. You still take 1 damage.
Dion, Im late to say this, but this is some dedicated work you put in those (and many other) videos. You are doing great job building the community and making the game more accessable to newcommers like myself. Always in time, almost daily, this is the content this community needs. Thanks for staying positive, even in Corona times. Keep up the good work!
Please continue to create material like this. Rule clarifications makes us all better players. Keep in mind you may need to create an update video if there is an FAQ.
Great work - good to see patreon support well used. Would be good to have a few fringe examples with these. Like Who can reinforce, when best to reinforce, crew that help, how reinforced can be neutralised.
Much improved from last time man! Loving it! Be funny if there was another ship in the front that only had 1 hit to try to really trip people lol (1hit is 1 damage as reinforce reduces to a mimimum of 1 last I read)
Does this mean that the "Dead to Rights" ship ability of the Kimogila negates reinforce, since the ability states that green tokens cannot be used to modify dice? Originally, I didn't think it would since the rulebook only says to reduce damage (no mention of modifying results), but now reading the rules reference, it is noted that an evade result is being added.
Excellent Videos thank you. What about Range Bonus and Reinforce? If the attacker shots at R 1 to the reinforced section but in R 2 to a not reinforced section? Does he gets the Bonus dice and can shot on the not reinforced section? Greetings from germany!
Wow I read too fast! I didn't realize reinforce doesn't cancel a hit that does one damage. It only cancels one damage from a hit that does MORE THAN ONE. no wonder I thought it was so overpowered...

Digging the quick tips with visual examples.
Oh, I did not know it last the entire round! I thought once damage goes through, that the token is removed, thanks!
Good way to put in simple terms!
Another freaking Awesome quick tip!! We’ve had some confusion about this since we started playing so this was perfect!! Thanks Dion!! U da man!

I wish FFG knew their own rules. It was ugly at the Corusant Open on the FFG stream. Anthony Davies was unsure a few times.
Great video. New to playing and this helps out a bunch. Any chance on turret use and a quick tips on that subject?
amazing videos!! keep up the good work with more!!!
Do you have to have available shields to use reinforce and gain its benefit?
Reinforce doesnt have any other requirement besides having the token and choosing the correct side.
@@GoldSquadronPodcast Awesome, thanks!
So if there ar 4 hits to the front and you evade 1 with a roll does that mean you suffer 2 damage?
Correct!
Can you Crackshot the evade given from a reinforce token??? Awesome video, thanks!
I think “no” cuz Crack shot says before neutralize step and reinforce says during neutralize step. Idk tho? Thoughts?
Great video, but the audio sync is off.
Dang it! My answer was blue! SMH...
