I have a Ft Knox Protector and so far trouble free after 23 years. I have the Sargent and Greenleaf electronic lock, and other than battery change outs been rock solid lock.

They don't make it anymore. That was another reason I was bummed for having a downgraded replacement.

I will never own a Cannon safe anymore. It takes me 10-15 attempts at the keypad to get it unlocked. Customer service is no help and does not respond to emails and phone calls.
my locking mechanism literally broke and spins freely after 5 days of purchase...bs

I bought the same safe from tractor supply 2019 I only open it a couple times a month last week I spawned the handle to open it in the shaft broke off literally inside the safe nothing wrong with a combination set or the battery or anything else contacted Canon was very strenuous to give them everything they wanted videos pictures battery pictures before they would even escalate it to get it fixed now they sent me an email that it will take 15 to 20 days to get a locksmith out I do not recommend this safe under any condition there were things in my safe I needed to get to tractor supply is okay but the warranty people on Canon are the worst I have ever seen for a new item and I have been around a long time I own an army navy store this is just poor workmanship probably Chinese steel thank you for your time
