Well, I animate in vector, but basically I use a basic shape tool, and then use the reshape tool to change it to look how I’d want it to look, or I draw the lines the same color as the fill color. Then for shading, or to make different parts that are the same colors stand out from each other, I’ll use gradients that go from transparent or the base color to a color slightly darker than the base color.
@@Foxett25 Same as what I used, we both use Scratch to animate! People who are familiar with Scratch would recognize this as a "remix", but it's a little hard for me to explain it to people who haven't used Scratch-
oh wow! that's so good??? also i THOUGHT i recognized that program!! it's rlly cool to see another artist from scratch :D this is rlly good though!! the tweening is beautiful and i love your designs!!!
Tysm! Scratch definitely makes it a lot easier to animate, especially with remixes/memixes being a thing ^^’ You can thank my friend Pawa for all the cool parts :0 (She’s CapitanFluffy on Scratch if you’re curious!)
@@eyemoisturizer (Fair warning, this is going to sound nerdy af) In my experience, I can draw the individual parts (head, body, face, hair, ears, etc.) in different sprites, and then make them move with motion blocks for tweening. I personally find glide blocks ineffective, and prefer to use the “change x/y by ()” blocks alongside repeat blocks, variables, and sin/cos/tan operators, which tend to make the tweening look more smooth. All of this can be skipped if you just remix of course, but then there’s the question of art. I draw my art in Scratch’s vector editor, and I make the art lineless, using the reshape tool to make the edges smoother, and gradients for shading. Other people could do it differently and still have it look good, this is just the way I do it. ^^;
@@VividWhitePrism holyshit didn’t expect an actual explanation /pos i think i used to do something pretty similar with the smooth glide script you do, but eventually i stopped screwing around with scratch and tried Python for a while (do NOT recommend). i’m gonna try doing this though ! i like your explanation, btw, didn’t sound nerdy at all ! /g
I knew this song would become an animation meme
How do you even do lineless art?

My god this looks so amazing! Love the effects and tweening, it's so smooth and cool aghahh
Tysm! My friend Pawa did all the effects, she's very talented. ^^'
@@VividWhitePrism what program did she use?

This looks sooooo good!!? how did you even make this in one day?
Not necessarily one day, only the main parts were done in one day. There’s a lot more to it but I can see why you’d think that -w-; Tysm btw!
This is very of niceness, good job!
You got this from scratch?
I made it on Scratch! I wouldn’t upload projects that aren’t my own. ^^’
@@VividWhitePrism yep! got that ^^
@@VividWhitePrismYOU MADE THIS ON SCRATCH.
HOW. WTF.

If you see this, could you tell me a bit about the oc? (IT LOOKS SO COOL)
Absolutely, I love talking about my OCs! Which one are you wanting to know about? :0

Wow, it looks great. You did well.
Thank you! ^^
Holy shit i never knew u did animations lmao
Yep! I've actually been animating since 2019, but this is the first one I've posted here (excluding that shitpost from three weeks ago lol). ^^
