I've just decided to remove the dairy. I think it makes my sinuses inflamed and my hands puffy in the morning. I am still doing ginger tea with a bit of honey because I let go of the Dandy Blend coffee alternative AND coffee a long time ago. Today is my 2nd day with no dairy. We'll see how it goes. How is it perceived, using MCT oil to help boost ketones?
Mct oil can be really helpful tool for some people to train their body to get used to using ketones for sure.

Some people do that. I get severe stomach cramping with MCT oil so I avoid.

What are some symptoms or reactions to DAIRY
Often it’s can be joint pain, inflammation, congestion, mucus build up
I get redness on my nose and pimples. Plus it stalls my weight loss.

I use a blood glucose and blood ketones monitor and track my GKI
Hi, more specifically: ruminant meat (Beef, Lamb etc), salt, water.
I am a 72 year old. Carnivore three years and bad arthritis is gone. Found dairy is an inflammatory for me, even though I love it. So now hives and psoriasis totally gone along with 65 pounds. Greatfully happy to have found the proper way to eat for my body.
