Love this!! I am almost always bare feet. I recently moved and lost my beautiful gardens and I can tell the difference. I try to get outside but being in the garden can't be beat.
Oh Maggie, me too. I'm struggling to transition to carnivore, but I'm in love with my garden and feeling of providing for myself. I did work out a trade of concord grape juice for salmon and halibut. That's a start, LOL
Great video!!! Just looking at pictures I took of the beach in Florida had me slow down my breathing 😍😍😍 looking at creation is so much more benefits than I thought!
@mauriglisson - how good that is! I live on a small boat (in Australia) so am afloat on the sea. Even though it is somewhat polluted, I still benefit from the sea air and the comfort of water. Thanks for your comment :) :)
I can't do this in the UK. I work shifts in health care, and on the morning shift, I get up at 6 am. In deep winter, this is two hours before sunrise. Likewise, on the evening shift, I start work after dark.
The early morning routine does make sense for us in the northern climates. She is just not sensitive to other’s experience it seems. It is cold and dark for several months as Anita knows.
If your sleep is good the way it is and you are anchoring your circadian rhythm with some morning sun, she did say the morning sun is the place to start!
This video is problematic. Kelli Ritter has a PhD. So calling her "Doctor", while technically correct, is misleading. I couldn't find what her dissertation topic was. She has several books being offered on Amazon, regarding the writing process. The title of Dr. lends a level of competency and knowledge. Even chiropractors who call themselves Dr. normally label their name with D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic).
I think you may have a bit too much time on your hands. This was a wonderful video with very important content delivered by this very knowledgeable PhD.
To me.. a doctor heals.. she heals. Every ill family member/friend I have.. are under the care of a ‘doctor’ who medicated them.. who deal in ‘comfort’.. and die an earlier death than they should.. that is not a doctor.. Perhaps we should call true healers.. Healers.. and those who prescribe only.. ‘doctor’.
@Truckngirl Dr. is the correct title for someone with a PhD. The D is PhD is doctor. Doctor of Philosophy, through original research. You are confused with a medical doctor or MD who has a medical degree, but not necessarily a PhD.
After divorce.. selling our home.. and apartment life.. I feel there is hope to ‘ground’ again! Beautiful helpful and informative video👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻!
Great video I live with both so thank you for a great interview
I like the sound of moving water. The ocean, a brook, or a waterfall are all good.
Let there be Light 🤗
Reminds me of tree hugging hippies in 70's ....lol.
Great interview Anita. Ty❤

I love being out in the garden. And I still grow fruits and veggies and enjoy giving that away to my vegetarian kids and friends.

This was a great interview! Thank you ❤
I was talking to someone about how being around the water and seeing it makes me feel and they told me that the water represents the Holy Spirit.

I was here but cleaning kitchen... will listen to replay!! 😍
I can’t get enough of this! Thank you. First heard of this through Sarah Kliener ❤
Yes, Sarah has great info on this as well!
Fabulous information Dr Kelli Ritter and as ever Anita!

Saw you in Woman's World, great article!
Thank you!
I will need to replay as usual❤🎉
Thank you for the great information. I'll be watching it again, to make sure I didn't miss anything.
Thank you

She lives in Florida!
That sleep mask looks good, but won’t fit over a CPAP mask. Wish someone would make one to use with CPAP ! I have a foam one that works.
Living wood, vs cured dried wood.
Yes
I might have missed it, but how much time does one need to ground outdoors at a time?
She said to start where ever you can, she just wants us to get outside and gradually spend as much time outside as possible.
My grounding shoes don't seem to do anything, but when I walk barefoot in the grass, my feet seem to turn red. Could I be allergic to grass?
DMSO maybe? The dew of grass has DMSO in it.
Oh maybe either the grass or was the grass treated with something?
What about eye cataract implants?
I honestly do not know, that might be something Dr. Kelli can answer, you can find all her contact links in the video notes.
I don’t know Anita. Maybe good for some but not me . Some of the night things are mighty claustrophobic to me

It's not problematic. People who have a PHD have earned a level of competency and knowledge in their chosen field. Which she does.
@@Truckngirl you are wrong. Those with a PhD are also called doctors. They’ve earned it. PhDs research ALOT!!
