I'm testing the colors that would come in 10 color set and making a painting at the end. I'm using some of my extra colors on the painting, IG:@danie_artsymbol
These were the first water soluble oils I tried, I love them! I have several brands now 😂 Spent ages making a video on them earlier in the year, then lost all of the footage! The little kitty is mega cute 😍
@@artsymbol2560 I have to say that I've liked them all so far and haven't noticed a major difference between them. Although that could be just not having used them enough. Cobra is probably the one I go to first, but just because it was the first brand I tried and I have a good primary set of them.
Oil paint and pastels are my enemy 😣 I do torture my self every now and again and play with them but it’s usually a subscription box that forces me too 🤷♀️😂 I did buy a cheap set of pastels to try and have yet to even swatch them 🤦♀️ I will one day 😎 Your painting came out adorable 🥰 Thanks for the video 💕

I want to see if saturation is better in Holbein, but they are so pricey!

I loved them. They seem to be an interesting alternative to the regular oil painting.
It was definitely a lot easier to convince myself to make a painting with these. Oils I have to think for couple month :)

I love oil pastels! They are easy to control, thicker consistency helps. Oils, though, it’s just scary lol
