Exactly. That's what happened to Jonathan Rhys Meyers. He had the prettiest lips and nicest smile. Then he got fake teeth now his face shape is different.

I hope she don't got out there & get fillers, and then messing up her lips, like Lisa Rinna, did. Sometimes, natural is better. I'm a 70s girl, and everything was natural & we were beautiful.
I didn’t realize she was 19 (likely 18 when filming) for 2003’s Lost In Translation. So young. Her character seemed more like early 30s. Meanwhile while she was graduating high school age.
her character was certainly a little older than her, in fact in the film she says she has a university degree and she is married to Giovanni Ribisi. But I don't think she was supposed to look almost 30, like him... To tell the truth, I didn't know the actress before that film and she immediately seemed very young to me, perhaps too much for the part. Also for that reason the relationship with Bill Murray's character never gets to be really "romantic"
The under eye from aging is also probably from being a mom for a few years. I also think my face definitely my eyes changed so much after having my child. Would be super interesting comparing women facial changes just throughout pregnancy and years after years with children 😆

i have a similar face type, not that i look like her, but similar structure. my face was always very full and round and through age has turned into maleficent, very sharp and angular. and just like scarlett, my under eye fat was the first to go followed by the lengthening of the space between my nose and lip. in watching this video, it's hard for me to see any work other than the teeth. she seems to be very natural based on hollywood standards. just my opinion

She is absolutely beautiful! I so have hoped for someone to do this about Scarlett, Thank you so much. I just recently got interested about her when I heard she wanted to act Marilyn Monroe at one point.
I don't think she had any work done. looks completely the same over the years. Many people look like they have bigger noses around 14-17, then the rest of the face catches up and the nose looks smaller. That doesn't mean she had rhinoplasty.
You should analyze viewers! I haven’t had plastic surgery, but it would be fun to hear from an expert (who isn’t directly profiting off any insecurity) what is good about my face or what could be changed if I was interested. I feel like you speak about people in a generally positive way.
I personally don't think she has had an eyebrow lift or cheek filler/implants. If you look at photos of her smiling wide when she was very young, her cheeks look exactly the same. Also, the photo you used that showed eyelid show is at a different angle. She usually holds her chin down a tiny bit in photos, and photos of her now show the same amount of eyebrow/lid. Also btw, the scar on her eyebrow is from an eyebrow piercing!
I also noticed that her superior/lateral orbital rim can look very different depending on how she grooms her brows. I don't think she had work done in that area. Rather, it looks like she went from thicker brows to thinner ones in her 20s, leaving more skin exposed, which gave the effect of lifting the brows and opening up her eyes a bit.
I absolutely love Scarlett!!! (we named our bunny pet after her😁) whatever tweaks she may had, were done in a subtle and impeccable way. She's just so beautiful👍
@drgarylinkov I like the way you approach plastic surgery etc. However - you can't judge based only off photos. You'd need to keep track of her over the years through videos and her movies etc to know that she definitely didn't get cheek implants or buccal fat removal. Firstly the photo you used to base your presumption about cheek filler or implant was one of her smiling widely in comparison to a photo where she's not smiling at all. Buccal fat is also baby fat in other words. And many ppl lose that at different stages of life. I have the same high-set cheek bones as her and I've never had anything done...Merely based on my weight and aging my face changes exactly the same way. I get slightly hollow in the buccal area and my cheeks are more accentuated as a result. So she's definitely not done anything except for a nose job and potential brow lift/botox. I may not be a surgeon but I have eyes and we women pay very close attention to our faces and bodies as well as other women's appearances, so we know. :)
This is something no one talks about. This is my own analogy only. The size of the skull/head and the face itself. This is something unalterable and kinda unfair. Scarlett's is ideal. Some attractive women still lack this trait. Sometimes the face/head is too big/small. And it looks like it doesn't really fit well with the rest of the body. It's not a big deal, but a noticeable one. I know this, because apparently in China a relatively smaller head is preferred and seen as feminine. Specifically in Celebrities. Which is superficial nonetheless
I have to admit, I wouldn't want to be analyzed like this. Pointing out every imperfection, including ones you thought no one noticed. She's beautiful, so it's not too bad. But still...
Are there any good procedures actually for under eye filling? I seem to recall watching some videos that really made it sound not very good in practice.
Interesting to see the Botox estimate $ for 10 years … although I get a lot more injections each session than a cosmetic procedure, because it’s for severe migraine treatment ( most go into my skull and neck ) … I see the bills they charge to my insurance and it’s almost $9,000 each time , every 3 months 😮
Scarlett has Russian Jewish heritage, like Gwyneth, so they're going to have the cheekbones jutting out as they lose their baby fat, it's a Slavic thing. I find that Slavic people look very different between their baby fat years and when they're older, compared to say Western Europeans. Anna Kournikova is another example.
I agree. I have Slavic ancestry. I look like a totally different person when compared to my younger self. In my late thirties my round face disappeared and my cheekbones became prominent.
Agreed, she really is beautiful, I just recently noticed her, I always have known who she is, but I just now really Saw her, and she is so different from anyone else, quite unique.
Thank you for making these videos, Gary. It’s too easy for young ppl to compare themselves to celebrities and Instagram models, forgetting that they’ve had work done. One thing I’m learning from these videos is NOBODY LOOKS THIS GOOD ALL THE TIME NATURALLY. As for me, I look forward to aging naturally. I just hope I get smile wrinkles around my eyes ☺️
I really would not be surprised if she did not have rhinoplasty. It looks like what I usually observe in people - from young teen age into the thirties the skull and head widens and grows and the nose appears smaller and narrower proportionally.
I've watched like 20 of these videos now and the main thing I take away from them is eyebrow lifts. No scarring, very subtle and pretty much everyone is doing it yet no one is talking about it.
She is extra pretty and extremely attractive, but that doesn't matter it's the fact that she knows exactly what is attractive about her features and personality and uses these things wonderfully
i had a broken nose and needed nasal surgery for polyps at age 16. a doctor offered plastic surgery to do at the same time. i took offense when he critiqued my face. i was a model for years. i refused the cosmetic surgery.
@JennyMack - Some of those doctors really get carried away. I had a friend whose face was damaged in a car accident. The doc went too far in my opinion and made her look quite different. I miss the original Melanie.
Dr Gary I've watched a few of your videos on celebrity plastic surgery and ive noticed you mention if the celeb is pregnant in the photo. Can i ask why that is? I had my first pregnancy + breastfeeding about 18 months ago and I believe it has changed my face. I think my cheeks and brow look significantly older. Is this possible/ probable? QUICK QUESTION DR GARY, I SEE THAT UR EYEBROWS ARE STARTING TO FILL IN. ARE YOU TAKING THE NEW JAK INHIBITOR “OLUMIANT”?. That drug seems very promising for people that are suffering from auto immune disorders.
I have the exact same nose as her - except my left nostril is drooping a little. Would an alarplasty fix the droopiness or it is meant for the bulbous tip? Thank you.
It's possible for someone to have smooth skin around the eyes without botox, ya know. I'm 31 and have zero wrinkles and zero crow's feet even when I smile wide. I've never had botox.
In previous photos of her, though, that is not the case. I can relate I am 37 without forehead wrinkles but I am staying to see eye scrunching when I smile. But Scarlett always had those dynamic while eye lines, so the absence of them means Botox.
@@christinahighsmith4453 that's literally how Botox works it freezes the muscles so you can't use them and over time any muscle that is not used becomes weak.
"And if you look at just the eye area or just the lip area as far as shape, as far as volume, it's like flawless." *Me, a dentist, very focused on her midline shift*
@@shelby6 Invisalign are indicated for mild crowding and I believe a handful of celebrities choose this option because it isn't conspicuous. It could correct midline shift so long as it isn't severe. Braces are most effective because the force of the wires are strong if correctly installed and if retainers are well used afterwards to avoid relapse. Veneers or crowns could be done if the patient has money and doesn't wanna go through the long process of the other two options 😂 Midline shifts could happen if there's spacing on the other side, the size of the teeth could be a factor, crowding, missing teeth, genetics may play a role. Hope that answers your question 😀
My husband ordered a kit in the mail for braces. We sent in the mold for her and they sent a second mold kit saying it was done wrong. No, it was not. She just had too badly twisted teeth for that kind of braces. Our insurance wouldn't pay for her braces because it was in the front of the mouth and considered cosmetic. The girl could not properly clean her teeth. We ended up finding an orthodontist 3 hrs away and paying out of pocket. He is very kind and gave us a discounted price.
Yeah I feel like he is analitic but it feels like a complement, even when there is some flaws
Your analyzing celebrities are my favorites on your channel. I was really excited to see your thumbnail on my notifications. Thank you!! 😊
I love that you speak about keeping the hump on the nose. It’s good to tell folks, to think about getting it removed.
Cheek filler always looks alien and scary to me. After seeing AH's move separately from her face during the trial it just looks plastic
My nose was a bit different when I was growing up. Now with aging it seems a lot slimmer😄
Take a look at Natalie Portman and Eva Mendes next, please!
Natalie looks great
I absolutely love Scarlett!!! (we named our bunny pet after her😁) whatever tweaks she may had, were done in a subtle and impeccable way. She's just so beautiful👍
Nope makes her look weird original way better and natural
She reminds me of Charlize. Equally stunning. Minimal work thankfully to her. It would be a sin to do too much to her face.
Yuck! She doesn't hold a candle to Charlize Theron. Get real!
I also think Charlize is beautiful
Scarlett was always pretty. She’s beautiful now. Good work! She looks like a better version of herself.
I have to admit, I wouldn't want to be analyzed like this. Pointing out every imperfection, including ones you thought no one noticed. She's beautiful, so it's not too bad. But still...
Her rhinoplasty was very well succeed. One of the bests I have seen so far... Very natural.
I'd be curious to hear Dr. Gary's thoughts on Olivia Munn.
Don't need Dr. Gary to tell me Munn has had plastic surgery....
You’re so handsome, doctor 👨⚕️
Yes he is
Are there any good procedures actually for under eye filling? I seem to recall watching some videos that really made it sound not very good in practice.
Do Gwen Stefani!
I just seen lori hill vid on her and wow that vid had me stressed out but def worth watching
@@tierraellerbe1802 Lori exaturates with her estimates of procedures done.
He doesn't have all day to do a video on her.
If she had work done then it was done very well. Scarlett is a very beautiful woman and reminds me of my wife.
Then your wife is a beautiful woman sir!
I actually found a couple old photos of her with an eyebrow piercing. Hence the scar
The red lines of demarcation are So Helpful to see the differences as you speak about them! Much appreciated!!! Thank you!
I was thinking she must be Russian or Slavic with those natural full lips and fat in the face. Russians are commonly blessed with these things
She‘s really one of the prettiest women alive in my opinion. I remember seeing her in The Island when I was younger and I was just stunned
Agreed, she really is beautiful, I just recently noticed her, I always have known who she is, but I just now really Saw her, and she is so different from anyone else, quite unique.
She's gross.
That surgeon is so very handsome. Beautiful
Told you.
I agree. I also don't think she's had buccal fat removal; makeup and contouring
I'm the same weight as pre-pregnancy
She has a beautiful complexion
Oh no I had a hump on my nose and a huge bulbous tip too, best thing you can do is remove the bump mine was terrible I was so happy afterwards I got tired of looking like a wicked witch
DO JENNIFER LAWRENCE!
Have you done her yet? I can't find anyone who sees it like I do
Being a doctor working in Istanbul, I completely agree that some hospitals and clinics are putting the patients lives in danger and not most clinics are legitimate. Being in this field of work I have been guiding patients to the most trusted and liable clinics and hospitals for all kind of treatments. You may write to me if you need any sort of medical related guidance. Great video Dr.Gary!
I think dr Gary has a crush on Scarlett
Why is there no mention of the asymmetry of her eyes in the 2014 picture? Why does it look like one eye is so much bigger than the other??
She’s Gorgeous
QUICK QUESTION DR GARY, I SEE THAT UR EYEBROWS ARE STARTING TO FILL IN. ARE YOU TAKING THE NEW JAK INHIBITOR “OLUMIANT”?. That drug seems very promising for people that are suffering from auto immune disorders.
Don’t forget that alllllll make up fully can be combination as well plsssss Dr😊
Scarlett is one of the most beautiful women, and so natural 💕
I hope she has the sense to just get older. Just be the one who embraces it
She was always pretty 🤌🏻
Great video thank you! Could you please do Megan Markle?
she doesnt look unnatural after her surgeries. proves she was born pretty
I like your commentary-you are so respectful
I have the exact same nose as her - except my left nostril is drooping a little. Would an alarplasty fix the droopiness or it is meant for the bulbous tip? Thank you.
It's possible for someone to have smooth skin around the eyes without botox, ya know. I'm 31 and have zero wrinkles and zero crow's feet even when I smile wide. I've never had botox.
True. I’m 38 and never had wrinkles around my eyes. I have heard that Botox can weaken the muscle. Not sure if that’s true, but a scary thought.
Can you do one on Janet Jackson?
There arent enough hours in a day.
Barcelona goalkeeper Ter Stegen also did the hairtransplant. can you make video about that?
Great analysis, Dr. Gary!
Dear Gary, can you please do a video of surgical procedures for Tarkan? He is a worldknown turkish signer!
Would you please make a video about the Olsen Twins?
I am black and I have a fuller lips with no filters and they stick out with a nice lip line. I have never had filers on them before.
It seems to me, looking at Scarlett's lips, that her lips have been filled, cause they don't look natural, when seen close-up.
Dr Gary is amazing🙌. If I win the lottery. I'll be flying to the USA. ❤️ from Australia.
Is there a possibility of doing a video on Crystal Reed? You have good content. Thank you for your work
"And if you look at just the eye area or just the lip area as far as shape, as far as volume, it's like flawless."
*Me, a dentist, very focused on her midline shift*
Are braces the only way to fix a midline shift or can invisalign achieves it? What cause a midline shift?
@@shelby6 Invisalign are indicated for mild crowding and I believe a handful of celebrities choose this option because it isn't conspicuous. It could correct midline shift so long as it isn't severe. Braces are most effective because the force of the wires are strong if correctly installed and if retainers are well used afterwards to avoid relapse. Veneers or crowns could be done if the patient has money and doesn't wanna go through the long process of the other two options 😂
Midline shifts could happen if there's spacing on the other side, the size of the teeth could be a factor, crowding, missing teeth, genetics may play a role.
Hope that answers your question 😀
But let's focus on Dr. Gary's teachings, that stuff's more interesting 😂🤩
She loves going to see him even if he inflicts a little pain. Her teeth are really looking good. Just a few more months to go!.
When I say she, I mean my daughter. I left out a detail.
I hate to say it but to me she looks almost identical throughout! A natural beauty.
flawless angel - and now I can tell surgery experts agree with me :)
Anyone know what Gary is doing to grow back his eyebrows? Seems even he has some growth on the upper lip.
The type of alopecia he has is often temporary so it might just naturally be growing back 🤷
@@sianmilne4879 thought his was pretty terminal? I have also lost like 70% of eyebrows and much of my beard. Hasn't grown back in a decade :/
