Blake got her first nose job as teenager in high school. Numerous classmates have posted picture of her before and after it. Her parents paid for it after her agent said she needed it.
I think the rhinoplasty did help balance her face more and take the attention away from her nose, which was more prominent than the rest of her features.

What I'm seeing is the perfect of example of how nobody is ugly - only poor. She really wasn't an attractive girl to begin with, maybe ordinary at best... and you can still see that makeup and the adjustments over time have drastically changed what she would have looked like otherwise. We would all be gorgeous had we the money and time to afford all that skincare and adjustments over the course of our lives. lol

Is there a difference between being able to see the outlines of the cartilage on someone's nose (someone whos 100% never had surgery) and the nasal bossa that seem to be almost a complication of a rhinoplasty from the way you describe it? I have a small nose and thinner skin, and you can definitely see the outline of the cartilage at the end of my nose- no surgery to cause that, and it seems to become more obvious when i smile. Or is it the same formation but just formed for a different reason?
My nose has changed a lot naturally over the years, and one thing is that losing baby fat (I suppose) has revealed the 2 bossa at the tip of my nose. I heard someone on youtube say that pregnancy changes the nose. And I've had 4 kids! It would be fun to have Dr Gary or Lorrie look at my "before and after" pics, lol.

I had a consultation yesterday for upper Blepharoplasty (I’m 46) and after seeing Blake’s results it makes me less nervous! I’ve always had “hooded” eyes and extra skin that has got worse over time. I don’t believe that it costs 15k though! I’m in New Zealand and it will cost me $3,800nzd which is about $2,300usd. And that’s considered on the more expensive side here! I’m seeing a very good surgeon so don’t understand how it could possibly be 15k in America!!?? Thanks for the video 😊
Everything medical (cosmetic or necessary) in the US costs way too much. I’m guessing she goes to more expensive surgeons but even if she went to lesser known ones it would still be very expensive 😣
I had breast reduction surgery with lift and it cost 4000€ with everything included (gels for healing, special bras etc.). In US they would be muuuuch more expensive maybe around 20k if not more.
Just don’t let them do a Renée Zellweger on your eyes and you’ll be okay. Blake Lively and Taylor Swift had a great surgeon that gave them natural looking results.

Ive been watching "Gossip Girls" and noticed how pretty she actually is. Like sometimes pictures dont fully capture our beauty. I love her smile too. Her changes are not that dramatic like others. One thing thats sad is how hooded eyes and noses have to be changed by every celeb
Her change is not dramatic because she doesn't look freakish but she still has a whole nose job or even multiple lol. A nose job basically alters your appearance

Yeah I can't believe he missed that!
She has been pregnant which can add facial volume.
She definitely gets botox & filler before every movie release. In her day to day she has wrinkles but then they magically disappear for events
@@carter5548pregnancy adds facial volume... While you're pregnant.
Any new bumps on her we should congratulate her for?
lol
Not allowed!!
Omg. 😂😅😂😅😂😅
this comment is top tier 😅

Now that you mention it. With all the undeserved money she makes she should have that unsightly bump on her face removed.
If you haven't done him yet, Ryan Gosling.
He definitely changed his nose, eyelids and chin significantly.
He has, about a year ago.
I think he did analyze him.
Thanks. Will look for it. I didn't realize Ryan was a few years younger than his lady friend.
He had alot done.
I've never followed Blake's career. So for me she looked natural, I'm surprised she went to a fair number of procedures
Looking lively
You should do one on Rachel McAdams too, she's an amazing actress, and looks like she didn't change much all over the years.
Anyone see her channeling Scarlett J in the thumbnail's current look? The comparisons and pressure have to be rough :(
I love your podcast very much, Could you please do an analysis on Heide Klum. Thank you.
Leighton is so much more gorgeous so I was shocked that this is who was supposed to be the it girl on gg
I'm curious about Blake's older sister, Robyn Lively. She guest starred on Kobra Kai & she looked absolutely incredible.
Nepo babies
Robyn is natural and her nose is the one she was born with to this day. Blake and her are biologically half sisters who share the same mother. Blake took Robyn’s last name from Robyn’s dad. Blake was born and grew up as Blake Brown, which is the name of her new hair care line.
Some people think that anyone who is famous is gorgeous.
From the movie the Age of Adaline, until now... She has aged like crazy, I would say that she looks 42 to 44 now in 2024 with 'It Ends with Us'
Have you seen her in the 'it ends with us' movie? Everybody keeps saying she looks super young and all that, lol. She looked around 40 imo.
@@anacatarina6207 yes
Gee, plastic surgery at only 22
Hey doc! It's time to reveal why Julianne Moore looks so incredibly young.
She's a ginger that avoids the sun like the plague.
So safe to say . she is not original at all?
She looks like a completely different person from before and after.
It looks bad 😮
Please do a video about Sienna Miller. Thanks! ♥
Gotta strike while the iron is hot. You didnt review her before until she got into hot watta. Now you should do Swiftie.
What I'm seeing is the perfect of example of how nobody is ugly - only poor.
She really wasn't an attractive girl to begin with, maybe ordinary at best... and you can still see that makeup and the adjustments over time have drastically changed what she would have looked like otherwise.
We would all be gorgeous had we the money and time to afford all that skincare and adjustments over the course of our lives. lol
Jealous much?? She was always beautiful. It's ridiculous and disingenuous to call her "plain." Post your pic. Come on. Let's all dissect it and see how YOU like it.
@@sitori2509 Nah. She wasn’t even slightly beautiful.
It’s not jealousy, it’s objectivity - I mean, look at her before photo. There are many beautiful women to compare that to, you don’t need me. lol I would have said she was a 5/10. There are actresses who have always been 8-9/10.
@@rivap.4791 More like a 3 tbh. You're being really generous with your rating of her 😂
is it normal that faces get bigger and more puffy with age? or is it the fillers, botox and plastic surgery? because her face is getting big.
Fillers.
Fuller brows are easy - Build a Brow - I use it as I have blonde eyebrows. This is amazing!
…long been admired for her looks.” Has she? lol
That surprises me too!😅
Thanks for the great video! Can you do an analysis of Alicia Vikander and/or Jennifer Lawrence next?
Lorry Hill hast a great (yet sad one) on Jennifer Lawrence.
The bottom of the top looks different in natural noses. Surgical noses look triangle at the bottom
Amazing the improvement just a nose job can do! I’m all for it
The nose. It' s always the nooooose🤦🏻♀️!!!! No human has a nose naturally thin enough to fit Hollyweird' s ratios💀
🧛🏻♀️🖤
I like your straightforward analysis.
She reminds me of Helen Hunt.
yes which is not really a compliment
Oh, burn!
Yes, but as Helen now, age 61. The younger Helen was so much prettier than Blake.
@@bpxl53yewz29 agreed. Blake has beautiful blue eyes but Helen with her brown eyes at the same age was very beautiful. IMO. I loved her in the show, Mad About You and of course in the movie Twister. Among others.
@@lfuentes4098Helen has blue eyes.
This is the right time to cash in
Whoa, she looks very different after getting all that work done, totally different face
Best nose job ever. Very natural looking.
In Scandinavia it’s also only around 2000 usd
these are rates for hollywood surgeons
Everything medical (cosmetic or necessary) in the US costs way too much. I’m guessing she goes to more expensive surgeons but even if she went to lesser known ones it would still be very expensive 😣
I had breast reduction surgery with lift and it cost 4000€ with everything included (gels for healing, special bras etc.). In US they would be muuuuch more expensive maybe around 20k if not more.
Just don’t let them do a Renée Zellweger on your eyes and you’ll be okay. Blake Lively and Taylor Swift had a great surgeon that gave them natural looking results.
i thoroughly enjoyed this! you're extremely knowledgeable in a very humble way, & it's super easy to understand what you're saying. i look forward to watching more! be well 😊
Both photos shown at 13:36 look like AI generated images and nothing like Blake… am I crazy? Lol
Agree about the photo on the right. I was getting Bella Hadid vibes but not quite!
The picture on the right doesn’t look her!
Kinda looks like Jennifer Lawrence on the right pic
I've commented on previous videos about such images as well, they are so obvious and do not provide any useful information. The doctor's team is not doing a very good job at selecting the material for those videos.
11:50 i find your very straightforward descriptions of aging quite reassuring and comforting ha
I need to get my jaw off the floor after seeing the cost! Guess I'm stuck with my old tired face!
she looks way older than her actual age !
1:39 Her natural teeth were a whole lot prettier back then
Awesome vid. Minor suggestion, revert back to the previous camera angle/filter. It was a bit more natural. We love you because you're real. ❤
This woman couldn’t gracefully handle Kjersti Flaa excitedly congratulating her little [baby] bump. Imagine how she’d react if she saw this comprehensive analysis of the way her face has changed over the years.
Good to know about the nasal tip bossae! That’s really helpful for anyone considering a nose job - knowing that it won’t necessarily be a one and done thing. Thanks!
I got my whole family to subscribe! Love you Doc😊
I would love to see someone like Candace Cameron Bure analyzed.
Ive been watching "Gossip Girls" and noticed how pretty she actually is. Like sometimes pictures dont fully capture our beauty. I love her smile too. Her changes are not that dramatic like others. One thing thats sad is how hooded eyes and noses have to be changed by every celeb
She’s a shallow and mean person. Don’t be shallow too
@@peachminx yes I know.
@@Sunflowersarepretty ❤️
Sarah Snook
Her change is not dramatic because she doesn't look freakish but she still has a whole nose job or even multiple lol. A nose job basically alters your appearance
Am the only one that doesn't find her pretty? Before and after. There's so much more beauty in the world. Both inside and out.
You are totally right. What was ever regarded beautiful on her?
She’s a mean girl in every way possible. Plastic surgery won’t fix that.
Exactly.
I thought it was just me!
I have always been confused-I always felt like her energy was SO OFF, too!!
Always felt that skinny blonde pinched face high school mean girl thing.
34 vs prom, she is so beautiful in that photo, you cannot tell they are ~10 years apart! she almost looks younger there. all those small things added up so well for her there.
Are there any celebrities that haven’t had a nose job?
Rihanna
Suggestion idea (from someone else's comment but wanted to also suggest): celebrities who have not had plastic surgery, especially nose jobs
To be honest, I am not sure if they ever exist.
@@fridakahlo4225 the video is 10 seconds long and is just a title card saying "No one"!
Dr. Gary, I need to tune in more. This was fun😊 I came across Dr. Youn's new book. Haven't watched him in ages.
I had puffy eyelids like hers when I was younger then they became naturally less so like hers. It’s because of genetics in my dad’s family.
Maybe it was just baby fat and it was gone with age. Usually what happens with cheeks for everyone.
@@mirelasemanjaku I was told by friends I looked more attractive at 40 than 20.
😂 yeah No that to much of a change on the eyes and obviously she had plenty of work done to that face along with her fake boobs. Again he a professional and the before and after pictures don’t lie.
In 2022 when you said you see no change to me I see a change in her nostrils they look much smaller. I also believe she got veneers in her early 20s 2010-2011. Her teeth look bigger to me.

Such an informative analysis - as always. Fascinating! I would love it if you analysed Roxie Nafousi’s evolution. She looks gorgeous, in my view. Yet, so different from her younger years’ photos. I really wonder how she’ll achieved her current look. Thank you in advance!
Obviously it wouldn’t garner as much attention, but I think it would be interesting for you to do an analysis of just a regular person. Have them send some photos of themselves throughout the years and then guess what procedures they’ve had done! 🤷🏻♀️
Enjoy your fascinating and well put together video's, even if i'm not familiar with who it is you're discussing. I'd love to see a Jen Aniston video. Her enormous chin reminds me of Jay Leno. So masculine. I think big chins are all the rage on women in Hollyweird.
Thank you.
Please analyze Emily Blunt's features next.
