1:49 Orange to make them easier to see if you lose it overboard . Also light travels differently under water - wavelengths toward infra-red filtered out - blue light penetrates water farthest. Orange/red interior could (?) help more visible light from deeper under the water reach your eye and get a better contrast to the image your brain interprets from the data reaching your retina.
