Hope you enjoy this week's tips. I go from disease control to Christmas lights.
Here's a full guide on how-to put up your own professional Christmas lights - the same ones I use in this video
drive.google.c...
We are selling out fast on the lights, sorry.
You are a National Treasure sir!
thanks!
Allyn, I absolutely love your videos. Your my lawn guru. You have taught me so many things throughout the years and made me more comfortable working in the yard. However, when it comes to the Christmas lights I think you are missing the mark. The days of climbing on the roof every year to install lights are becoming ancient history. Maybe you are getting paid to do these videos, but the future is permanent lights. You install them once and you are done!!! No more are the days of climbing on the roof yearly putting yourself in jeopardy. They look just as nice, but they are smart and the possibilities are endless with them. Program your own light show, sync them to music or a movie, etc. I bought a set of Govee this year and omg. What a difference. Just a little food for thought for next year. Love you brother!!!
20:37 very nice brother. Always looks clean. We do the same for our home also. Never ceases to amaze me how clean the warm toned lining the roof looks. Excellent job.
Patience has a huge learning curve. I work on it daily. As always I love the content you put out. I meet people all the time that mention you when we talk about our lawns. I flex and say I had lunch and a beer with you. HAHAHAHA Cheers Dude!
To make sure you have no "coming up short" on your lines. Plug them in first, then install the lights onto the shingles.
You're officially a professional at installing Christmas lights! 🎄🎄🎄
Really just depends how detailed you wanna be i would draw it out and idk how you ended up short unless you got a few that are similar length/ number of lights i would just re measure even count the shingles start eith the longest run add a few extra and test on a smaller one or even all of the smaller ones then finish the longest one last and keep track of any similar differences like 4 runs of 20ft but 2 have 20 lights front left back right and front right has 21 and back left has 19 lights or top left/ top right left is 23 right is 22
Eh Al,
Disease is everywhere I gave up.
You know what ? The lawn still looks decent. I just feed it N ❤
Bundled up with 71 F is wild! 🤣
The domination is strong in the light game.
Your such a pimp daddy with all your sponsors
😂
Ordered some C9 bulbs with the steaks to go around the perimeter of the landscape very excited to see the results soon
I use zip ties and a sketch to do reinstalls. I also mark all peaks a certain color with zip ties. I need to clarify that I purchase a variety pack of zip ties with different colors. Also I use a fishing vest for extra plugs, wire, etc. Great video!
Thank you so much for this amazing video! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Just did my roof and my clips were all tangled just like yours
Come to Ontario, Canada. It's 4*C - 39.2*F --- Hoodie and shorts weather baby! Hell yeah!
I live in Boca Raton, FL (South Florida) and I have a large bag of you 7-0-20. Should I lay this all winter or should I grab a bag of your high potash 0-0-48? I have zoysia
Use up the 7-0-20. You can apply it every 30 days where you live - year round. Keep it nice and green.
Is the open house at your place?
I'll give you advice on how to avoid tangled messes.....install perm lights on your house....then the world is your oyster! I augment my perm lights w/ all kinds of stuff in the yard every year....and the DIY is so cheap :P
Thank you for your videos.
Thank you for watching and commenting !!
Hey Al, if the Armada jug is 2lbs, wouldn't it be 32oz instead of 64oz in your info-graphic? So at the high rate you really cover 21,333 sqft or so. Or am I missing something here?
yes my bad on the math good catch!
All the old heads switching the glasses is hilarious 😂❤
🤣🤣🤣
Allyn first time ever watching your videos and I’m disappointed with you. We’re is the house’s roof plan sketch with each ridge labelled. It’s a good method to label the lights, would a wire hold for each section help with detangling the lights. My lights for the greenhouse will be going up this weekend.
Put mine up on a clear warm 55f November day last week. We wont even be getting above freezing mark next week 🤣
fyi never store them with clips on they will always be tangled even if put on a reel
YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! I was eyeing the Yarbo!! yessss!!!!!1
It's meaty.
0:10 not this Cowboy Allyn. We still kicking ass and looking like spring 😆
Alan it’s -20°C and snowing in northern Alberta. Thanks for the video. However I’m sure you could handle temperatures lower than 71°F 😂 that’s like a nice June/July temp here!
Look , real good look , classy and it's neat looking keep up the good work🫵🏾👌🏾
0:02 man, at least get the wife to help out! Ha that’s brutal
70 degrees? Ha, come to Chicago in the winter! Love your videos, bTW!
He used to live in Indiana
I just did my last cut.It was 40 degrees ,cloudy and windy and i was sweating with a hoody and a winter hat like that on.No way i could be that covered up at 70 degrees and full sun lol.Christmas lights look great though.Wish i had the time to do all that.I also don’t like heights and being on my roof 😂
71F 😂 4:20
What ? I couldn't hear you. It's so loud 😂
Those bluetti and pretty much all of those battery systems that don't have a 25 year warranty are all junk. If you leave it in storage for a few years until you need it, it is guaranteed to be dead (as in you can't even charge it). A gasoline of diesel generator is the only way to go. These battery things are just not worth the money.
People don’t expect things to last 25 years if they have battery chemistry… does your car battery last 25 years dude? Leave it plugged in to a trickle charger and you’re fine. And yeah the lack of noise makes it worth it.
You are quite the huckster. 😉
First ❤
