    Recipe and ingredients:
    200 ml of hot water.
    7 g of dry yeast.
    120 g of flour.
    Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

    360 g of flour.

    Stir until there are no lumps of flour.
    Cover and set aside for another 20 minutes.
    20 minutes later.
    Sprinkle the table with flour and make the dough.
    We work with flour.
    Repeat after me and you will be successful.
    Fold the dough along the edge towards the center.
    Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
    Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    Let's give the test another 20 minutes.
    1.5 tablespoons of flour (40 g).
    20 ml of cold water.
    50 ml of boiled water.
    Egg yolk.
    Lubricate the bread with the prepared mixture.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C (360 ° F) for 35 minutes.
    Important note. Place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven to keep the bread soft.
