Great video, Lia. You look hip & very NYC. And the bucket hat is (chef’s kiss). The place you stayed reminds me of one of my favorite things about the city: sure, some places are clearly advertising what they are on the outside, but with so many funky /great places, what you see at street level is nothing compared to what treasures await inside or just a few floors up.
Just watching you enjoy your time in NY made me smile 😊! Looks like you had a great time and was fun to hear your great rendition of That’s Amore. Old Dean would be proud!

Looks like you curated a great trip for yourself. I can’t wait to see more. It’s super cool that you took this trip for yourself. Maybe Nyc will be your place to go to refresh your creative self every so often. Always creative, super unique things happening. When I meet friends there for trips, I always book a couple days early for myself and walk and wander all around the idyllic West Village (just beyond the Comedy Cellar) until I’m rejuvenated. It’s my soul food. Not to make this blog all about ME 😅 but I’m just so happy you’re in my favorite place on earth. 🥰 Love your rendition of this song. 🎶

How was it?
While you are in your apartment you could Google all the ways to get to places and take screen shots, that way it isn't running your battery down. And you could briefly check maps if you need to.

Good morning Lia, this is so random but I found a cure for my bruxism and I thought I would share. I saw a dentist on UA-cam who said it is caused by a vitamin D Deficiency. I upped my vitamin D dosage to 5000-10000 IU every day and it has gone away. I remember in one of your videos you have bruxism also. I know you probably won’t read this but it’s worth sharing 😊

Thank you Lea, for showing the real New York! I can't stand when people go there and make it all look like some pristine place where everyone is just living their best life. Its dirty, gritty, smelly, and just so full of real life character of every extreme. I'm loving this series! And by all means become a sessions singer if you don't want a career in music, your voice is too pretty not to be shared.

Joel has his own channel now, and he posts videos every week. But yeah, they definitely don't do videos together anymore.
They posted videos today Wednesday August 23, 2023. They broke up and they are not doing videos anymore. Very sad.

I’m from New York and we we use Manhattan proper ( as opposed to the outer boroughs) and New York interchangeably when referring to Manhattan. Though all five boroughs comprise New York City the most celebrated common reference for Manhattan when referred to by people in the four outer boroughs as well as from the suburbs in nearby Westchester County, and Long Island is “ The City”
I don’t know how the word celebrated got in there. I didn’t type it and since I’m not on my PC I can’t edit.
