I am new to Publisher. Your tutorial was the best one I have viewed. It was simple, to the point but led us to an awesome flyer. Thank you. I'd love to see more advanced tutorials on Publisher.
This is an excellent tutorial to MS Publisher. I have been away from using Publisher for a way, but this video brings all the fun things that can be done. In my case, I have to produce a short monthly newsletter to my department regarding all of the resources which my library has to offer. Great job Kevin!!!
Before I even watch this I’m going to hug you! I’ve been searching for a good video on how to use Publisher. What’s out there is awful. I just know you’re going to do this software justice. Thank you!
I have been using the basics of Publisher and did not know I could do more until I watched this video. Thank you so much. I'm excited to try what I have learned here. 😊
Hello, Kevin. The video was well done. If you ever think of creating another on Publisher, please consider including multiple pages and the best way of creating a booklet. Thanks!
@@SaintsEdified I'm also interested. I think you would need to insert a page to the project and then design the layout page by page. I'm also interested in being able to add fields and populate those with a merge file.
I hope y'all get a nice job opportunity for each time you heard the word "cookie" on this video! Thank you so much for the tutorial (and for making me crave cookies)
I love what you are doing. It is my intention to watch all the videos on this channel and get all this skills for free. The best things in life are free anyway like free time. They say freedom is not free anyway
Thank you! I’ve used almost all the other Microsoft tools but I wasn’t familiar with Publisher. This is a great overview! I always appreciate your tutorials.
One way to store it or share it is to take a screenshot. As a screenshot, the flyer becomes a pic. It can be used or stored anywhere without actually sharing the file itself.
You do a nice job Kevin. May God bless you and fulfill the desires of your heart. I like how well structured your work is on this channel and I am a great fun. "When I grow up, I'd like to be like you" if not better. Hahaha Thank you for the good work.
Hi Kevin, I've enjoyed many of your videos. Do you have one on creating a newsletter in Publisher? How to set up a template for a newsletter that can be used for each month's publication? I'd appreciate seeing it!!
Very helpful , thank you. I was hoping to see a tip on sizing individual cards, and applying multiple cards (or images to a common 8.5 x 11 paper) for hand cutting to save paper. For instance multiplying 9 images to one paper for printing. Also how to exact the size of each.
Thanks Kevin. I've never looked at publisher before but I followed your step by step tutorial and it all made sense. Now I'll try to use it and be scratching my head a lot! I'll come back and watch it many times. Very good tutorial. Jim
Thanks very much for this Publisher tutorial. There aren't many out there. Building an actual document during the tutorial is really helpful...it's easier to retain steps when they're in context.
Thanks for the excellent video. I use to use Publisher years ago in W98 and now I need to relearn it. I want to build display ads that will appear in Pinterest. But first, I need templates for that. It seems the most popular template is 236x354 pixels. Wish me luck.
Hi Kevin your tutorials are the best, thank you. Just an ask is the a chance that you can do a tutorial on Event planning using Publisher where you have your speakers and the topic they will be covering for an education or conference event please.
Great tutorial Kevin! I use Publisher already but what I can't figure out is how to apply a picture over 2 pages so its spread out, not creating 2 backgrounds on a 2 page view but just 1 picture over both ... appreciate yours or anyone in your community's feedback! Thanks
I'm just learning to use Publisher but if you simply cut the image you want to use in half and save it as 2 image files, then you should be able to upload each half onto each page separately (at least, if there's not a way to extend 1 image over 2 pages like in a children's picture book).
Hello, Insert the 2 pics one at a time; then use Bring Forward and Send Backward tools in your Home (Arrange icons) Tab. Bring Forward and Send Backward options appear once you click on the photos. Thanks and I hope this will be of Help.
