I sprint 3x week at the beach, go to the gym 5x week (heavy lifting) eat liver, eggs, kefir and fish for my protein some veggies, olive oil and ghee, I fast some days, and have unlimited energy. Doing sprints has definitely improved my vo2Max and my strength. Last time I measured it was 2 years ago, the doctor said I have a heart of a soccer player and couldn’t believe my speed and endurance for 12 min run. My body percentage is 11% and I am 43 yrs. young. 😜 I really love my sprints, feel like I can have regular cheat meals or some sugar and burn it while I sitting. My sleep is 8-9hrs. super deep and I feel 100% every morning. When on my period I just increase my liver intake and never lose the energy. Love saunas, cold plunges and ohhh one of my most important mineral I take before y sprints is SALT! keeps me hydrated all day long. Still I always try to improve and learn new things! Thank you for a great interview! ❤️

Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycle to school, work or for fun.
Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
Make a bicycle your transportation option for short distance travel. Your brain will thank you.

I have been listening to this issue, about the sleep deprived consequences. The same goes with alcohol too. So, I have gone through some serious emotional traumas through my life. From 2000, to 2015, I was drinking almost everyday, sleeping very little, and waking up at 6:Am to go to work through the week. On the weekends, I would binge on alcohol, and would not sleep much at all. Still, people kept telling me that I looked very young. I mean, they didn't know my age, but they thought, I was like in my 30s when in reality, I was like 40 ? After 2015, I quit the alcohol. However, I went to a non-sleeping mode for 6 months, due to the fact that my eldest son, passed the way to cancer. So, I have tried hundreds of alternatives to help me sleep, at least, 6 hours straight?. Nothing has worked. So, after 2015, I have not only slept deprived, but nutrition deprived too. Sometimes, I only have one meal a day, and for the most part, I only have 2 meals a day. I don't eat sweets, or eat anything in between meals. I am on my 60s now, and people, still keep thinking that I am 50 years old or younger? I don't say anything, and just a thank you n bye. However, when I get more involved in the conversation, I tell them that I don't know what the miracle is about me, looking young, when I have literally, run by a train, over and over? I strongly believe that having a clean heart of toxicity, anger, and bad feelings, has a lot to do with looking younger on the outside?? My lifestyle, attitude, and beliefs, are close to a monk's way of living. I try to live, in a peaceful mode, most of the time. I don't even exercise either. However, I have been working on my body's meridians. Very interesting video. Thank you 🙏❤️

Oh yeah, and about being around people too, I have been living a completely isolated life, after my son's departure. I completely withdrew from social life after my son flew away. When I am physically having a human conversation, I am totally distracted, and I feel, like I am in two different places, and not paying attention to the person talking with me. So, I decided to stay alone instead, and keep working on my healing and spirituality. I don't even have one close friend at all.

As a cancer patient, it was hard to find out the diagnosis when I was active. I grew my own vegetables I ate organic. I cook my own food. I was lonely, although I had a family.
