I hope that someday, either humans or aliens [if thy exist] could possibly use advanced tech to stop some of the events that will wipe out all light in The Universe. It's hard to believe that whoever RLL is knows so much about the Space part about the future and not the Technology part of the future.

Think of it like this; the level of detail required to properly predict local weather any given time into the future is exponentially more complex than to say that "in 4 billion years the thing that is moving towards us in a predictable pattern will arrive". That is like saying, "summers are warmer than winters".

The event that created the universe was repeatable. On an infinite timescale, it will most likely happen again and create a new universe.
This video also doesn’t cover the longer timescales beyond the end of the steliferous era. There will thereafter be an era dominated solely by black holes, until they all evaporate the Hawking radiation. After that, any remaining baryons (protons, neutrons, etc) will decay. Eventually, all that will remain are individual electrons and positrons flying around at random until a pair of them meet and annihilate. Once all of them have annihilated, the universe will truly be empty.
