    I did not know that Hausa people prepare 'tofu' in Nigeria. I am really impressed. I am happy to know that there is something like this to eat when I return to Nigeria.

      I am going to attempt to make tofu but this just add a twist to the normal tofu. I shall experiment

      We usually use dry seasoned pepper to eat it or pepper sauce

      We also do it but we coat it with crispy flour,fry and then shake them with bbq seasoning powder.
      But best for me we put meatballs or vermicelli with veggies as the filling then covered with crispy flour fry and eat with chilli sauce or shrimp paste sauce 🤤

    As an igbo,I was born and raised in kano ...... It's called awara and very tasty,they have dankwa,gurassa,dan wake, gwaza,kunun samya,alewa, e.t.c there is love in diversity and food ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    We call it BESKE here in ilorin. I came to serve as NYSC Corp member first time I tried it I didn't like it but now I love it 😅

    Enjoyed wara as a child, my cousin's grandmother fried it and cooked it in stew. Scrumptious delicacy.
